I put the best of me for serving to the Nation of Asgardia. As a part of the team of the Minister of Science I will assume responsibility and loyalty to the President of Asgardia and members of the Government and will be sure to attend recommendations of the Parliament members.

My first intentions are focused onto:

(1) Create and assist a global educational system for Asgardians. I would like to hear the citizens of Asgardia about different points of view regarding to their original countries on Earth about how to solve local (and then global) education problematic issues. I believe that our progress in science and other traditions must be accomplished in team work. Also, as a new nation that, until certain point, represents the cultural heritage of different races living in our planet, we have to be distinguished and contribute with an improved version of education across the earth.

(2) Propose and guard a plan within exopolitics for exchanging knowledge and expand the rights for exploration of space as in the future we will contact with extraterrestrial civilizations. This will suppose a debate but we, Asgardians, are entailed to improve any practice adopted till now by the other governments on Earth.

(3) Create a regulation organism for exchanging knowledge and resources with Universities, research centers and other institutions on Earth. This apparatus must be created in order to avoid a lack of communication with the prestigious and traditional schools in our planet, but to preserve cooperation and establish alliances with the other governments within education sector.

(4) Promote the exchange of outstanding Asgardians and people from Earth so we can benefit each other to develop new scientific discoveries.

However, I will support to whatsoever scientific council, Parliament or Ministry of Science formed. I wish success to all of the other contestants as we all are Asgardia.
