Воспитательный процесс. При воспитании детей, с раннего возраста, следует уделять внимание развитию «чувства локтя», развивать чувство настоящей дружбы, понятия взаимопомощи. Прививать готовность прийти на помощь товарищу. Стараться вырастить ребёнка всесторонне развитым, с понятием ответственности и взаимовыручки. В этом процессе несомненно большая роль принадлежит не только родителям, но и учебному заведению. Сначала дошкольному, где эти качества должны взращиваться и прививаться в виде игр, а также во время занятий. Затем в школе, где эти качества должны быть закреплены. В последствии они должны стать нормой общества.

Понятно, что народ Асгардии состоит из различных этносов, со своими обычаями и порядками внутри семьи, но рано или поздно произойдёт некая стандартизация норм поведения. И к тому моменту хотелось бы увидеть среди устоявшихся норм настоящую дружбу, готовность прийти на выручку, взаимопомощь.

Имеет смысл обратить внимание на опыт различных детских и молодёжных организаций, действующих на постоянной основе и участвующей в формировании черт личности во время учебного процесса.
