Manifest candidate to major
Today, our security depends exclusively on space. The creation of a sanctuary force becomes essential for this to be possible. Asgardia might just that. In my fifth book, dated 2017, titled "The Civilization of Fear - the World as We Never Imagined It," I also wrote about the economy of the next land.
Asgardia, the utopia that comes from space, is at the service of peace and prosperity for all human beings. I believe that this will be only the first example of many that will rise in the path of building human communities of peace in space, preventing the emergence of new wars by space territories, thus opposing new forms of colonization and economic monopoly.
Personally I believe that creating a demilitarized and free scientific base in space will be clearly beneficial to future generations. For this reason, Portugal will have to play an important role in the peaceful use of space. I also mention that the area of the country to which I am the candidate best represents the Portuguese maritime epic of the last centuries, as well as many of its navigators. Although with another spirit, we will take part of this responsibility.
The hope that comes from space
Governments, economists and corporations are beginning to observe - and to think of - strategies to deal not with the impact, but with the unfolding that the news of the discovery of extraterrestrial life will bring to the present social arrangement of the world. This was stated by Tim Appenzeller, editor of the scientific journal
Nature
, during the World Economic and Social Forum in Davos in 2013. This reading drew attention to the enormous potential of the theme in its socio-economic aspect, and even to create a model of exopolitical analysis of the architecture of power, also described in my aforementioned work "The Civilization of Fear". This vision means the possibility of a new economy based on a philosophical, juridical and scientific aspect oriented to the common good of all the peoples of the universe.
These words are only the desire to prospect a reflection on the inevitable approach to an exo-civilization - reasons that encourage me personally to apply for these elections.
It is also more evident that such a challenge has as an objective the resistance of the tyranny of distance between myself and other worlds, other humanities.
Welcome to Porto!

Manifesto a candidato a presidente da Câmara
Hoje, a nossa segurança depende exclusivamente do espaço.
eu
e os outros
mundos
, outras
humanidades
.
Bem-vindos ao Porto !
