This goes to all those capable. What's stopping you? What is keeping you from being who you want to be, what you want to be? Let's forget what's stopping you, and start thinking on what will excel you, what will make you whole. What will drive humanity into the future. ...

I can't help but notice how small our innovation feels. There is so much more that we can do, if we just call ourselves to it. No more procrastinating, no more saying, "Tomorrow". Tomorrow never comes. We can do so much more, united! We can achieve incredible and amazingly fantastical ...

I'm very glad to see how our nation is developing. I am excited to see the followers of Asgard grow and I feel great pride to be known as an Asgardian along with all of you!

Hello fellow Asgardians! If interested please say so.

Sep 28, 17 / Sco 19, 01 15:15 UTC

I greatly value and appreciate the end result of those that take up this field. I don't have the patience for efforts though. The food, air and medicines are greatly needed and appreciated.

I love Nature and growing things! Botany will be very important to a future space colony. Not only to help feed the colony and any livestock we may have, but from the production of oxygen and removal of dangerous carbon dioxide. As well as a psychological/mood enhancer. People need ...

Asgardia: the Great beyond

Hello fellow Asgardians, I am Christian M. Sheppard and I have long since dreamed of a future beyond this world. A future of a united people under a united purpose. A people, whos goal is to create, discover, and one day journey throughout the stars. To learn ...

Aboard Asgardia wouldn't it be a good idea to have an artificial breeze amongst certain areas of the ship? Doing this could make certain areas seem more Earth like and in turn feel as if you are outdoors. Cool and warm breeze for different sections and different times.
Sep 20, 18 / Sco 11, 02 04:40 UTC
That's a great idea!
Sep 23, 17 / Sco 14, 01 02:00 UTC

Thanks for sharing this. It will be great for feeling more at home when the Asgardian colony in space is created.

Jun 13, 17 / Can 24, 01 09:26 UTC
You can do that by having different temps in sections of the ship/colony. This is one of the aspects I like about the colony designs by [G.K. O'nell](http://www.nss.org/settlement/physicstoday.htm) It is a good read.

Within these two subjects, what careers do you deem necessary to the development of Asgardia? Before and after the construction of the space nation? Please be specific in writing out the job titles and descriptions.
Jun 13, 17 / Can 24, 01 09:26 UTC
It is highly likely that most of the professions / careers for a space nation haven't even been conceived yet. Even with the Earth-bound economy, there has been a vast change in the number of "new" jobs that have emerged in the last decade, which is only likely to accelerate ...

For those unfamiliar with graphene (not to be mistaken for graphite), it is made from a layer of carbon one-atom thick and is the strongest material in the world, it's completely flexible, and it's more conductive than copper . The applications of this material are quick uploads at one terabit ...

Having a graphene based structure of any Asgardia related structure would be highly positive and useful. Space travel would be much safer with strong walls and frames.

Sep 23, 17 / Sco 14, 01 02:08 UTC

There are currently many places around the world working on different aspects and uses of graphene. It would be great for something like that. Your new limbs would be almost indestructible and heat resistant.

How many people on these forums want to pursue a career in botany, in Asgardia?
Oct 18, 21 / Oph 11, 05 16:06 UTC
Hydroponics will be the botany of the future. By combining solar and hydroponics we can create a terra-formed environment and atmosphere on a space station or new planet colony. We can also utilize the moisture and dust particulates in space by capturing them and then transforming them to biomaterials. That's ...

A rotating wheel or many rotating wheels should make up the space station while spinning on their axis to simulate Earths gravity at 9.807 m/s2. What are your thoughts on the modification of the human genome? Besides that, what are your thoughts on the genetic modification of any species; Flora, Fauna, and fungi?
Jun 13, 17 / Can 24, 01 09:25 UTC
I believe the laws in place for it should be that we only allow fully grown adults to be allowed to genetically augment themselves and have it so children and fetuses can be allowed to have genetic diseases taken out that way we don't end up with designer babies
