Can anybody who is infected by potentialy infeceous virus like HIV/AIDS ...HEPATITIS ...etc can be a citizen and travel to space?

As Asgardian, I belief we should first establish a true asgardian community on earth and leave space travel to future generations of Asgardians.

I suggest we first do a screening of all who actually want to go to space. And later on when we are more established work on cures for the virus's.
