Noy in a whole that it can think and talk but more in a way of it careing for its self. Or trying to at least. Too much heat, throw up some volcanos to cool it down, too dry make seasonal rainstroms, some areas too much rain, bring La Nina and El Nino winds to allow everywhere to have fresh air. Though sadly everything is falling apart at the seams. The reefs are dying causing Extinction of many ocean lifeforms and breaking the food chain leaving many, many more lifeforms to suffer and die out. The world cant help itself anymany.

Through the research I've done show the radio singals leaving our planet are around 200 light years away. All in a bubble 200 light years away in a every direction. But the earth spins and orbits the sun's, and the solar system moves through the arms of our milky way and the milky way spins and moves through its space. So many like a bubble but moving like many this radio signal bubble has a tail or dissipates at a certain point.
