Just from a cursory glance at the Asgardian constitution, I'm finding some of the provisions to be a little vague, and at least in USA overly vague statutes aren't enforceable, or are construed in favor of the party that didn't make them.

While I agree with you on most of your points, I am afraid I must disagree on the point of imprisonment. It does little to benefit society and has enormous potential for abuse (See the United States system for evidence). I would prefer a stripping of position and barring of corrupted individuals to assume that level of power again.
