Before thinking about life in Space, my first goal is to convince the local governments to save our only viable vessel at this time: The Earth itself! I think it is achievable by planting about 10 billion trees per year and following the planting of them on a blockchain.

Asgardia communities could act as political force to convince mayors around the world to go ahead with the planting before the national commitments, which will come in time, but that may come too late to make a difference. You wouldn't want to plan a spaceship escape from an underground bunker on a planet devastated by overheating and nuclear radiations, would you? If Humanity doesn't act really fast, I may soon become impossible to escape from a boiling planet Earth and all our multi-planetary dreams will vanish for at least thousands if not millions of years.

Today I'd like to iterate on my vision of a futuristic base on Earth that will showcase the technologies we are developing before their integration in Space.

Asgardia Earth base should be a giant research and showcase center before anything. It will feature free online introduction classes for any citizen willing to apply and, on site, solar funded master classes for the best pupils.



It could be docked to an other country with a special zone status, or completely at sea like Peter Thiel sea city project https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seasteading

The common link will be that the base will be operating in the "Cosmonaut Economy" style which means that the city will be able to produce all it needs and have zero un-recyclable waste.



This Earth base, will be a laboratory for experimentation on materials and techniques. It will also be where we conceive the space-city blocks and modules. We will also produce the construction robots that will be send to Space. Most of the Space base will then be assembled in Space by robots.





We will learn how to use all food/carbon the best way in order to create abundance.This abundance will be a source of revenue for the country.



The air will be extremely pure thanks to advanced natural air cleaning techniques



If at sea, it will make use of the free energy provided by sea water temperature differences (OTEC)

Solar is going to be the Asgardia money. It will bring all of us financial stability and energy autonomy. The crypto-currency world is opening to the masses and we have a chance to implement a great revenue stream for all of us.


My plan is simple.

1-We are going to do a fundraiser (ICO) in BTC, ETH, XRP, other cryptos and FIAT Money. We will then distribute SOLAR concurrency coins to the contributors prorata.
We will then purchase photo-voltaic generators and sell the electricity generated on the grid for Solar coins. The clients will purchase their energy via these coins with a VISA/mastercard. They will buy the coins from the bank of Asgardia or the Asgardians contributors. Some of the value of these sales will be redeemed to the coin holders while an other part will be re injected in photo-voltaic purchases. The value of the coins will be linked to the power sold on the network.

2-New investments will be done to get to a critical mass of power. The holders will see their capital gradually reimbursed in SOLAR coins from the energy sales of the solar centrals in Proof of Stack style (POS). Once the invested capital has been reimbursed several times to contributors, the stacking bonus will be gradually slowed down and the extra coins will start to be allocated to the rest of Asgardia population.



3-Some SOLAR coins will be allocated on the principle of Universal Basic Income, a scheme in which each citizen will have access to.

4- We will start to deploy such solar centrals in space as soon as the technology is ready, where the land cost is inexistant and the power generated maximal.

5- With the UBI distributed in SOLAR, first and foremost, we will encourage our citizen to first make sure there is plenty of abundance in their life. To do that we will start to plant the setup of massive group autonomy systems to produce most our our daily needs. One citizen could use its SOLAR in the first phase to vote for which autonomy system he wants to benefit from the first year. Then, the following year, one could spend again the SOLAR on a different system, let's say autonomous hydroponic food systems and continue to benefit from the group purchase on the long term.
Each year one would progressively be more and more autonomous thanks to his SOLAR investments. A system like that would help our nation extract our citizens from the money slavery while providing gradually what the people need. Then, when we have a functional circular and efficient economy, we would have mastered the skills needed to live in a resilient and science-based space system.

By ultra mechanization of production systems and autonomy systems implantation, we won't need much money in the first place. Systems of abundance include food, electricity, water, housing, and basic equipment. All could and would gradually be provided by the central organization financed by the SOLAR sales. One could go to the library and borrow a camera or go on the internet to follow a MOOC (massive open online class) for free, and go buy his favorite clothes with some of the SOLAR provided with the UBI.

L'humanité est entrain de faire sa révolution. L'énergie solaire est de moins en moins chère et elle nous permettra bientôt d'accéder à l'abondance! En effet, de l'énergie à très bas prix permettra de faire fonctionner des systèmes actuellement très gourmands en énergie comme la désalinisation. Qui dit énergie et eau en abondance dit fin aux guerres!

Je voudrais rebondir sur une préoccupation de beaucoup de nos concitoyens par rapport au statut de Royaume d'Asgardia. Cela suppose qu'il y ait un Roi. Pour moi le Roi devrait être un super ordinateur.
