We do not have a bank yet - but there was some legislation discussed today in the Executive Congress that took place in Vienna to allow for the development of the SOLAR institute, which will essentially operate as our bank. Exciting times.

Yes the constitution does have a calses about polls use to be determine the will of the people. But the wording is that the government we don't currently have needs to give them full weight.

Well it seems that the age limits in the constitution matters. Check the age of who you vote for.
