Statement

We live in a time of enormous challenges and groundbreaking discoveries. In a bare second on a cosmic scale, we the humans developed modern civilization, understood the structure of matter, eradicated many deadly human diseases, and decoded our own DNA.

One of the human endeavors, the Hubble Telescope, allowed to look into the most spectacular and mysterious depths of the cosmos, observe stars born and die, some of them so far from us, that their light travelled almost 13 billion years before reaching our eyes. Latest Space Telescopes allow to study galaxies formed just one billion years after the Big Bang.

Humans deepest dreams of space exploration is turning into reality. New generation of space technologies make interstellar travel feasible. Soon, the humankind will depart the Planet Earth to become a Space nation. To do so, the Earthlings must prepare themselves mentally, physically, emotionally, and educationally. Are we ready for the task?

The inadequate state of the Space System education highlights the pressing need for systematic reform. If elected to the Asgardia Parliament, I will use my knowledge and skills to empower its citizens through education.  I plan to develop new strategic approaches and activities to engage learners of all ages in Space education placing strong emphasis on inquiry-based learning .

I strongly believe education will significantly advance human’s ability to become a space nation. I plan to lead the development of an array of equational products for students of all ages, and the public, including exhibitions for museums, science centers, and universities combining formal education with and online courses, collaborative games and the use of virtual and augmented realty experiences.

My motto: Inspire to educate! Help students of all ages to recognize that they are on a journey to the life in Space and help them to be prepared for such mission.
