News have been released of a Cosmonoaut being accused of a crime committed (for the first time ever) in space. https://www.cnn.com/2019/08/23/politics/nasa-astronaut-bank-account-first-criminal-allegation-space/index.html Will this fall under the Asgardian government's jurisdiction?

They were partners before and the astronaut has had the access info for the bank account. The partner should have changed her password after their breakup. She didn't so it's her fault. The Astronaut did not hack the bank account she just used the access code to view the activity. ...

No it will not because for now Asgardia is not recognized from the other countries plus Asgardia doesn't own the space so the jurisdiction in this case passes to the United States (State where the woman own the citizenship).
