Dear sister Zahira, "Discussion for the constitution table of contents" on the topic double posting exists even now.

I have noticed that when you click to make a post, and get a 404 error, if you try to resend the post (thinking it didn't go through), hitting F5 or going back and clicking to resubmit, that can cause those double-posts.
