How will an Asgardian orchestra rehearse? It cannot be done over a live link due to the impossible time lag. Has anyone got any thoughts or ideas about this?

I operate a studio and produce, compose and engineer. I am a multi-instrumentalist but my principle instruments are Electric Bass and Guitar...a virtual orchestra would be fun, not sure how it could be coordinated though...
