My name is Alvin Caseria (known as Ace Caserya). I am a BS Computer Science graduate major in System Information & Technology / ERP Development. I like chess, politics, puzzles, poetry, mathematics, logical thinking & concepts, Space, IT (particular AI, Robotics, System Development). I am a member of a IT Geek, Papua New Guinea ICT & Other Programming Group/Community. Sadly, I acquired Parkingsons since 2012 and is now at stage 3.
My Work / Accomplishments:
I started in college as a Lab Assistant and a Contractual Programmer. From there I became an Assistant Insurance Processor, Data Encoder III, Information Systems Analyst II, Company Head Programmer, Branch Manager. Also work as a Computer Sale & Service Manager, Internet Helpdesk Support Manager, Professional Service Helpdesk Support Manager & Website Designer, Officemart Manager, QA Unit Head, IT Manager, IT Executive Manager, Chief Information Officer. All my life, I work for Corporations using my IT Knowledge and Management Skills.
My biggest achievement apart from my career is the concept development of an ideal ERP Concept that can be used by any corporation. The Concept is that company has the same Cores which can be used over and over even if the business change. These core are divided into controls (parts) which can be classified as System User Controls, Accounting/Admin/Inventory , Sales & Services Transaction, and System Module Control.
System User Control (SUC):
1.) PGC Person/Group/Company as Suppliers/Customer/Staffs/Owner
2.) Communications (Chat, Telephone, Email, Browser, Fax)
Accounting/Admin/Inventory (AAI):
1.) Accounting (Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, ChartOfAccounts/Tax/Payroll/etc.)
2.) Admin (Backup/Restore/Audit/Storage)
3.) Inventory (Products/Services)
Sales & Service Transaction (SST):
1.) Sales Transaction
2.) Service Transaction
System Module Control (Varies depending on Nature of Business)
1.) Banking/Financing

Connection: SUC is connected to both AAI and SSI, while both AAI and SSI are connected to the Modules in SMC
SUC > AAI/SSI > SMC
By these concept of development I do not need to keep developing SUC, AAI and SSI every-time I develop an ERP for a company. If there are new controls needed by a company, I just append and option or new feature that was requested and disable the other features they do not need.
My Suggestions for Asgardia: (As a Nation)

I am new to the concept of Asgardia. And sadly my first impression of it is not that well organized. The first things that came into mind is (as I review the site).
1.) There's too much discussion about Government system, Country, Voting, Law.
2.) Not much ideas and development for space ventures
3.) Messaging focus much on voting.
4.) How about money? WIIFM (What's In It For Me?)
5.) Searching information is terrible.
6.) Site is not always online.
So it get me thinking... "What if it was me in charge?", "How would I do it?"
I always gasp and comes back to the concepts of game development and ERP Development when I am challenged by these questions. This is because it is easier to express myself even to a child how do I want Asgardia to work for me as a country in space.
So I started by opening an Excel Sheet. Named the first sheet as citizen and added columns same as that in Asgardia Profile. Obviously they got this correct. On to the next sheet then... it got me thinking, "What's the objective of any game? To win? What tool do I use? Hey it's always about money right?". So I started researching about currency for Argadia. One site suggested it is "Tatatan". Cool name. Then I thought to myself... How will the monetary system work? These is my draft so far.
A.) Total Monetary Amount (TMA) is EQUALS to Earth Budget/Money (EM) PLUS Space Budget/Money (SM)
B.) Earth Money is EQUALS to Government Money (GM) PLUS Citizen Money (CM)
C.) Space Money is the SUM of Space Projects (SP[0001],SP[0001], ..., SP[n], PLUS the budget of the entity that creates this projects (let's name it Space Council)
so far so good... Since it is easier to explain Project concepts let me start with Space Projects
Space Budget / Money (C.)
Space Projects like any other projects has and will always have a finite amount of budget. When it's done it can only be extended if there are additional budget or the project is self sustaining.
Examples of Space Projects:
1.) Exploration/Mapping

c.) Babylon Craft 1 (Orbiting a planet)

4.) Power Mining (Solar Project that aims to capture power of Sun by farming its rays for future spacecraft use.)

6.) Robotics Development (develop robot that can do 4. or 5. or both or that also transports to 2a, 2b or 2c then loops back on its original location/primary command.

2.) Work allocation to a citizen for the project
3.) Monitoring, Scheduling & Coordination of Project task

Earth Budget / Money (B)
Government money (GM) are used and funded for/by:
1.) By Law creation (Operates only when a law is needed)
2.) System Design Planning (we need to be inventors)
3.) Space Project Budget and Approval (Where space project money comes. Once approved, money is given to the appropriate Space Council that's in charge of the project)
Resources Owned by Government or Citizen
4.) Sales Resource Distribution (Ordering of product, sales & distribution)
5.) Service (Ordering of service and distribution, By Law implementation falls here.)
6.) Manufacturing & Storage (as name implies)
Citizen can have money as:
1.) NGO Group (by donation distributed in conditions)
2.) Corporation (distributed by percentage)
3.) Alliance (distributed equally)
4.) Family (inheritance)
5.) Individual
