The legal system of Asgardia is founded on the Asgardian Constitution. The Constitution takes precedence over all other legal documents and is directly applicable. Asgardia’s legal acts include referendum decisions;
decrees of the Head of State; acts of the Royal Council of Supreme Values; international treaties; laws; acts of Parliament; Government resolutions; National Audit Office acts; prosecutorial acts; National Bank acts; acts of ministries; security service acts.

Dr Ana María Moure Pino
Supreme Justice of Asgardia
Dr Ana María Moure Pino is a Chilean legal scholar and expert in European, international and comparative law. She holds a PhD in European Law from the University of Alcalá, Spain, in cooperation with TU Dresden, Germany, an LLM in European Community Law from Leiden University, Netherlands, and a Law degree from the University of Chile. An Associate Professor at the University of Chile’s Faculty of Law, Dr Moure Pino specialises in Public International Law, European Union Law, and Latin American integration. Her professional background includes serving as Director of International Relations at the Faculty of Law, University of Chile; legal adviser to the National Children’s Council; and legal work with the NGO Group for the Convention on the Rights of the Child in Geneva. She is an active collaborator with the University of Alcalá’s Regional Programme to Support the Ombudsman of Ibero-America and participates in global academic and institutional networks dedicated to human rights protection.
