Greetings to all the Asgardians I haven't written any thing for some time .But now is the time

As many of you know Asgardias Parliament has been going through some changes lately . While some may view these changes as a failure ,I see them as a refinement of Asgardias mission . A mission in which all true Asgardians share, the moving and thus saving of humanity by moving into space.

But this movement take commitment . A commitment that I share with others who have payed their resends fee.

Many of Asgardias followers thought and may still think that every thing would or will be given out freely .

No society can freely give services The funds have to come from some where .Asgardia is a free market society

Whether it is from Resident fees or taxes on Company's with in Asgardia

I and other members of parliament have been working on ways To bring businesses and jobs into Asgardia .

That's why payment of resident fees are so vital to the operation of the government and will be for some time

Currently these fees help us to promote Asgardia and it's mission and culture

We have a need for people in all fields from Frontend Programmers to Supply Chain managers

We want people who want to form business alliances with the Nation of Asgardia

But to do these things you have to be a resident not just a follower .

And while for the time being if you have a business that can provide a service to Asgardia you will pay tax to your home nation and a agreed sum of business to Asgardia

your employees will not be tax by Asgardia even if they are Asgardian residents ,they only pay the yearly residents fee

As our Resources grow so does our Equity And so does yours as time goes by .

If your an inventor within Asgardia ,once we have recognition as a nation your inventions will be protected . The same for copyrights. Yes there are many things in the works . and they are not just for Asgardias benefit but for all Asgardias benefit and humanity's

Just imagine the year is 2121 and asgardia space station is build and thank to bio tech you have an chance to live just enough to see this dream come true.. Now doing this time ( 5 years later ) 2126 We have an asgardia movement to leave Sol in  new intergalactic ships to travel the stars  towards the closest space goldilock zone...                                                                                                                                       I would you stay on the station or travel the seas of space ????

If the nations of the world were to gather together to build an space elevator making getting to space cheaper then rockets and building an station in out of space would be much more affordable then doing by rockets... Also I was thinking if that were to become reality maybe build an starship on earth then lift it into orbit, hmmmmm... Theres also the ones that thinking like this that truly want to goto the stars and see things as possibility and know that they can't physical live long enough to get to that point let alone as the human body cant take radiation from out of space at the moment                                                              So I do hope asgardia go some p

Hello and many Greetings Fellow Asgardians and those thinking about becoming Asgardians

I know that many are worried about what the CF will be used for .

Simpley put it is to run the nation . It will be used to set up services, to develope our space infarsturcture

It will also be used to help in aiding Asgardians in areas where nature has do it's worst.

100 euro's is alot for many all at once I know , but it can be payed over time by making arrangement thru citizenship@asgardia.space .

We are currently working on a number of things within Parliament and the Ministries. Laws which have to be impelmented according to Asgardias constitution .

We also have to do as other nations on earth , and adhear to internatoinal norms

All of which take time .Time to be sure it's done right the first time .

I know that many thought that Head of Nation would foot the bill fully, just because he is rich .   But that is very unrealistic.  And when he didn't many started the bad mouthing

It is up to those who want to be true Asgardians to make things possible .

We do for one another ,not one doing for all .

Its been awhile since I last posted anything on the forum So please forgive me if I miss any interesting news or events/ideas relating...                                                                                                                                             1) I love the idea of building in earth orbit but I think it would be better at first to have an very very advance city state in an country in south America ( No i dont live in south america ) to have alot of asgardia member to gather and make and the tech to get the star faster then relay on multi government/ corp bodies.. I do have an location in South America.                                     2) It scare me to have 1 station or maybe the idea to have afew station or other spot in our sol system.. I need more info on that                                  3) Protect the earth against meteor , asteroid , etc... Isn't theres plans to mine them for resource I forget which company planning on mining in the future, but it would be nice to get them before certain bodies start claiming everything.                                                                                                 4) Asgardia needs fresh blood to start moving quickly and get people excited to be apart of something great,still we need a place where can gather together on earth So members in other countries can safely reach that point.. I do understand if an place like that become reality then we need alot of people doing their best to try to learn of people culture,language , and ideas. At this point all i see people say their a member and and and thats about it. maybe that station in the future that will be build house millions might be finish in 2100 and something                                                                       5) If the ball dont get rolling i can see in future someone taking asgardia and doing thing on earth first to gain money , power , and resource in the beginning... and very high tech or researching tech to get us there.                                                                                                                                              I try to write everything in mind before they got away forever. So what do you guys think.

Greeting Everyone  Well Christmas has pasted and the New Year is a pawn us .
The next Digital meeting of Parliament is scheduled for January.
Where we have many things to discusses ,and some items to vote on ,such as the heads of the ministers.
And the upcoming budget for  EY2019/AY0003.
I know a lot of you are unsure about the citizenship fee and it's purpose and what you get in return.
As with an y government it has to have money to operate. and the head of nation can't fund every thing .
I my-self have payed in order to run for parliament and that came out of my disability pay.
I know that many who want to become citizens can't pay 100euros a year . But I hope that a compromise can be made on that point .
But I know that what I pay in will go for the development of the mission of Asgardia in protecting the earth and it population From space hazards
I want you all to know that the people we have involved are highly educated ,with many years of experience in their fields of endeavor . Whether it be Aerospace or Justus . So I ask all to remain calm and be patient .
To set up a new government let alone a new nation is no small task .
It take much hard work and nerves and coffee.

What is leadership. Is it charisma , or a understanding of people . Is it the ability to place others before your self . or to see a future that others can't , and then be able to convince others of that future. Sometimes leadership isn't out front but behind . Do leaders really now that they are leaders . Or are they followers that have been pushed to the fore-front for one reason or another.( John F Kennedy) once said" Our privileges can be no greater then our obligations. The protection of our rights can endure no longer then the performance of our responsibilities" So I ask Again what is leadership And when does it end . We Few we MPs .We are that leadership , we started that role when we decided to run for office. And even after we leave , we will always be a part of that leadership. Because we were the First. We will still be involved in our nation even if it is just to bring understanding to our fellow citizens. Some of us will move on to other posts, some may become mayors ,others Ambassadors. Maybe we'll start companies or have a radio show or go into space . But no matter where we end up in life ,we are still leaders

As your Repercentive in Parliament I ask you to vote for the people who you think will best serve the Asgardian community They may need finacial help also please do so .

As a MP I my-self can not do so as to avoid any bias as who becomes mayor

Mayors are very important to our community as they help to keep you the citizens and us in parliament and the government informed as to needs and concers

Hello to all Asgardia  It been a little bit since I've been on here .

Since the elections and the start of parliament .I have been busy keeping up with the goings on.

Vienna was a very busy time for all of us. Many had a few days to discuss just what it was we expected from Parliament in it's opening . We talked about different way to create income for Asgardia . the Security and Safety of our nation, and how best to go about these issues. Many of the committee members  have come up with proposals to the ministries . And some laws are being worked on to be decided on at the next meeting of parliament After some lengthy discussion I'm sure. Yes this is a special time for Asgardia and history

The setting of the workings of a young nation ,It's no small task.

But it is one that we all  should be  proud of . For those of us you have elected are geared to doing our best for all Asgardians

This is now the opportunity  To create a nation That no other government on earth every wanted to see come to fruition.
