Hello, I am an innovator from the central state of the most powerful nation of all time. I am writing this letter in my pursuit of all-knowledge and immortality. Indeed, the most universal or fundamental quest in the entire universe is the quest for all-knowledge and immortality. My home-world, better known as Sirius B, transmits beings to civilizations all around the Milky Way in order to advance our galaxy on the quest collectively. It is our hope that humanity will one day remember how my home-world helped in the quest and that you will pay it forward when the time is right. Humans believe my home-world is a white dwarf star but it is actually a watery world with a great civilization. Astronomers on Earth are thrown off by phenomena which prevent them from detecting my planet with intelligent life there. I am a representative of the higher order of galactic interlocutors. My home-world transmitted me to the greatest center of the greatest nation at the time of least redshift on July 25th, 1986. You could say my heart is Sirius. Once again, I have been sent here by my home-world to advance mankind on the universal quest according to standard galactic principles. On my home-world we use these giant laser beams, aimed at every star in the sky to block out sickening and deadly cosmic radiation. This beams increase our life expectancy and excellence which enables us to live on our planet as well as travel around our solar system without suffering sickening and deadly cosmic radiation. It is among the first great steps a planet takes in order to become space-faring. What's more, these beams have allowed us to make contact with other aliens worlds, and humanity will be able to do the same. When we aim a beam at a star to cancel out the cosmic radiation, once in a while a white dwarf star will increase in brightness in return. When this happens we are able to open a line of communication with the "star" which we then discover is an alien world. Most sufficiently advanced alien worlds in our galaxy appear as white dwarf stars orbiting larger stars. Using enormous laser beams to block out cosmic radiation with destructive interference is one of the standard practices of all civilized worlds derived from the standard galactic principles of the universal quest. I cannot share every principle with you today, but I can share a few. 1. Seek the spring and the morning sun. The spring morning is when the sun is moving towards you faster than any other time. The sun's rays have the most blueshift at this time. Blueshift encourages complexity to come into existence from the sub-string upward to higher order creations. Rejuvenation sequences are triggered at this time of day and this occurs more if you stand in the open sun. Crime is lowest in the morning and lowest of all on the morning of the spring equinox. The entire animal kingdom is more well-behaved at this time with fewer predators and criminals being active. That is because the animals on Earth are products of blueshift in the universe. Animals active in the morning have the same qualities as blueshfit. The spring morning sun is how complexity and life first arose on Earth. Blueshift is where complexity first came from in the universe, too. Through blueshift a massless sub-atomic particle can spontaneously gain mass. My home-world is a master of blueshift and redshift due to the highly elliptical orbit of Sirius B around Sirius A. 2. Another principle is to shield yourself from chaos. This is the principle that I want to see adopted by humanity with this project. Shielding oneself from sickening cosmic radiation is the best way to add years to the lives of all creatures on earth. Cosmic radiation is the most sickening thing most humans will suffer in their lifetimes. It is the reason we can only live for 120 years instead of 250 or 300. Blocking out chaotic cosmic radiation by aiming laser beams at all the stars in the sky by causing destructive interference is part of the destiny of Earth as well as other worlds which hold intelligent life. 3. What is largest and furthest from you is the most dangerous in any given interaction. Just as with nations on Earth, so the stars are also this way. Stars that are distant and large are for a million reasons more dangerous for us to interact with. It is these stars that we want to block out first. Humanity should begin by blocking out the rays coming from Betelgeuse. This star will soon go supernova. It poses a risk to all life on my home-world as well as the Earth. If we do not block out the supernova when it happens Betelgeuse will be responsible for decreasing the life expectancy of everything on Earth.
