District 13 - Simple, striking, circles
I added some changes to my previous design, included the Asgardia logo, added the Asgardia's slogan in Hindi and changed the "हिंदी" to "Hindi" so when people who don't know Hindi, see this emblem, they'll know which district this emblem belongs to. Thank you :)

Kırmızı, mavi ve beyaz renkler kadim Türk Uluslarının bayrak renkleridir. Yine Kurt ve Çift Başlı Kartal'ı Bir çok Türk Ulusu Bayraklarında kullanmışlardır. 3 yıldız, Türk Dil Bölgesini, Kartalın göğsündeki kalkan, Asgardia'nın Adaletini, Felsefesini, Bilim ve Teknolojisini, Altın çelenk ise Asgardia ile gelecek olan Dünya Barışını sembolize etmiştir
Red, blue and white colors are the colors used by the Turkish nations established in the past. Eagle and wolf motifs are common symbols of all Turkish nations.
The shield in front of the eagle, Justice in Asgardia symbolizes science and technology and philosophy.
3 stars, representing the Turkish language district.
The symbols of the U.S.A. emblem embody already well-known symbols of the nation: our national colors (red, white, and blue; representing valor, purity, and justice, respectively), our national bird (the American Bald Eagle), and a star (as found on our nation's flag to represent the 50 states, as well as on most official seals).

3 yıldız 3ncü bölgeyi temsil ediyor. Koyu bölge uzayı, açık renk ise Dünyayı sembolize ediyor. Ortadaki slogan, tam merkezde durarak, birliğimiz simgeliyor.
3 Stars represent the District 3. The dark-color area symbolizes the space and the light color area symbolizes the Earth. The slogan stands in the middle and symbolizing our unity.

En el centro los colores que aparecen en todas las banderas hispanas... nuestro lema, Una Humanidad, Una Unidad, y el Distrito IV.
Sun is the symbol of Solar System (our Homeland). Sputnik is the symbol of Russian achievements in Space exploration. Blue background images a peace in the world.
This emblem symbolises Russian coat of arms. Two-headed eagle with crowns (which can tell us about Monarchy in Asgardia).
Bu aramanın 3. Bölge olarak bütün Türk bölgelerini temsil edecek ve Asgardia ile bütünleştireceğine inanıyorum. I believe this coat of arms will integrate with the 3rd region and all the Turkish regions together.

Este emblema tiene un diseño minimalista de amplio. El color azul, simboliza la riqueza de nuestros mares y océanos. El blanco es el color universal de la Paz. De derecha a izquierda y viceversa, destaca la E de Español y la S, en idioma Inglés. Por su forma, representa las alas del ave de nuestras naciones Hispanas y redonda como la Tierra.
My proposal for the French District, inspired by the Asgardia's emblem
Flying High in District 1
"仁" (ren; "universal love"), a core Chinese value & essence of Confucianism. Consists of 亻 and 二. 亻is substituted by a spacecraft with tail flames; while 二 means 2, because we're in District #2. 仁 is in white to symbolize peace & purity. Green,White and Red are colors of ancient Persian flag. The bird in the sun, Simurgh. Simurgh goes back to ancient Iranian empires. This is a stylized design of Simurgh which was used as the emblem of the Sassanid dynasty.
Olive and Pine branch are two symbols of the Persian flag since about 700 years.
The Logo of Asgardia is in the middle.
The emblem represents a recognizable symbol of Russian civilization and the beginning of the modern space age - the First artificial Earth satellite (Sputnik-1) with a reflection of the Earth on the surface. It is assumed that Asgardia, as can be seen from its conceptual documents, is also a "mirror" of the Earth in near space.
