My flag design is of the Great Tree Yggdrasil. I chose this concept, being also of Norse origin (as is Asgard) as it represents the bridging of worlds, whether here on Earth, or between worlds yet to be found. The wording around Yggdrasil reads: "In the pursuit of knowledge and unity, We reach for the stars." I feel these words express, in my opinion, what Asgardia is about, uniting the world's people in a common goal. I chose the colors blue and burgundy for the meaning behind each of these colors. Blue: symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, and truth. Burgundy: symbolizes determination, steadfastness, and the willingness to push forward against all odds.
