PROFESSIONAL AWARDS:

In 1995, Toshiba/EMI has published a CD with complete piano compositions of Kosaku Yamada performed by Irina Nikitina;
In 2001, Irina Nikitina is a laureate of the National award of public recognition of the achievements of women of Russia "Olympia";
In 2009, Irina Nikitina was awarded with the medal of St. Andrew the First-Called Foundation and became its honorary member;
In 2013, Irina Nikitina was awarded the Silver Archer USA Award at the National Press Center in Washington;
As a soloist and member of an orchestra her discography is consists of 13 albums.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:


Since 1988
Irina Nikitina is a teacher at the St. Petersburg Conservatory;

Since 1991
Irina Nikitina is active as a producer of major international musical events in Switzerland, Russia, France, and Japan.

Since 1995
Irina Nikitina has established the Musical Olympus Foundation and became its president.

In June of 1996
The International Musical Olympus Foundation has organized the first festival bearing the same name.

In 1997
The International Musical Olympus Foundation has gained patronage of the World Federation of International Music Competitions (Switzerland) and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

Since 2016
Irina Nikitina is an author and presenter of the musical program "Enigma" on the Russian TV channel "The Culture".
