The Asgardia declaration says nothing of leaving Earth behind completely, and I don't think that is the point of this project by any stretch. It does however state the protection of Earth, and being an Asgardian citizen, there isn't anything that says you are required to leave Earth completely or it's orbit. Asgardia will always have a presence on Earth, so thus connection to it is already a given in our mission statement. As such, I argue that the point of this petition is lost on me and therefore moot. I don't mean any disrespect either to anyone. I just wish to make it clear that as I understand it, the point of Asgardia is unity not separation from our home world.

Quantum teleportation or quantum telecomunication, quantum satellite , quantum entanglement technology ,whatever the name is , :)))  ,I  forget the right term :))))  would soon be applicable for everybody

I agree with the sentiment, but don't see this as petition-worthy because quantum communications are aready being considered, and invested in by others who are well ahead in the game.

Quantum-entangled Communications are being developed by several nations, though it should be noted that these technologies are not working quite how you might think.

True quantum-entangled communication would mean you could play Minecraft, World of Tanks etc., in real time, even if you were on the other side of the Universe. You could hold a skype call anywhere in real time. I don't think the two quantum-entangled satellites that were recently announced, are quite the same, and seem to be more about unbreakable encryption, than communication at a distance, without distance being an issue.

Though as I understand it, it shouldn't be too hard. Split one photon into two photons (done routinely by science and happens accidentally in nature all the time), and make damned sure you can keep them where they can't escape (already done in science), and then proceed to 'prod' photon one. Whilst 'prodding' photon one, photon two instantaneously responds (though not how you might expect). Regardless, as long as you can detect an event (also achieved by science), this event can effectively be ascribed a value of 1 or 0.

Because you can ascribe an arbitrary value to this event (like morse code), you can do this at very high speed, and behold you have a digital binary signal. the important bit is that when you 'prod' photon one, wherever in the universe photon two is, it will respond, and vice versa. I think the difficulty is the actual reading, for if you know the speed of one, you cannot know the location of the other, and vice versa in quantum mechanics, but you can know that something has occurred, and that should be enough.
