If we are above the nationalities, why choose the representatives we have that barrier. And I speak from my own experience. I have lavished generously on all levels, sharing everything that comes to my hand. But I am a citizen of the world. I was born in Uruguay, and I live in Barcelona. I  have postulated for ambassador, position that by itself implies to  understand and to be able to communicate with diverse people. But here we are few, and friends from outside the region who would like to vote for me, can not. Of  course the same thing can happen to more people ... I think it is a  contradiction to put the barrier of the regions if we are above the  territorial differences. Why not let everyone vote who they want, since we are all Asgardians?

you also can't vote more than once or rank your vote. you can't really build up support without one of those things. we need at least a petition to be a more plausible candidate.
