We are at a key moment for the progress of our society.

Focused on the information of the vulnerabilities and needs of the diverse communities in the district, including also the benefits of the basic rights and freedoms that every citizen enjoys, the goal of my strategy focuses on benefiting the Governor with my support and that of all my allies to promote the construction of a life for the most human district, with true dignity and with greater opportunities for growth.

My approach takes the following lines of thought as main objectives:

· Protect and promote the lives of the district by strengthening social recovery with prevention measures through education and the use of information technology.

· Empowering with means of subsistence and solutions in accordance with the historical context in which we live and the opportunities to prosper today.

· Promote social inclusion and a culture of peace between the locality and the adjoining regions.

· Activate and preserve a healthy lifestyle and coexistence with safety for the citizens of the district with their due organization and implementation.

COMMUNITY NEEDS

Next, you will know my main starting points to make a safe and prolific district.

Taking into account the factors that define a safe and strong community, we know that in order to achieve our objectives, it is essential to work together to meet the following needs:

· Must have communication skills between community players such as family and friends, psychological support concentrations, as well as government operators and public officials, in order to have the support of a cooperative environment which provides what is necessary, regarding services and goods.

· It is recharged in a solid infrastructure and services that promotes lodging, health, energy, transport and water systems, with the capacity to maintain, repair and/or renew them adequately.

· It is built with the ability to identify their problems, establish priority cycles and thus be able to respond effectively to them.

· It sustains and operates its capacities to take advantage of natural assets, being able to enhance the value of the qualities of the area with its due protection and empowerment, after a good management of its assets.

· It promotes a sustainable economic system where it is empowered with job opportunities, sustainable income, and other relevant financial services, maintaining a flexibility based on providing the available resources, prepared to accept and respond to changes in a collaborative manner and with its own initiative.

· It has the ability to discern, manage and measure your risks, making it prepared and healthy at all times.
