for a nation that believes in its citizens and they trust it.

Parallel universe or multiverse is a theory that use mostly to make scifi. Why a multiverse is possible?? There are atleast 5 reasons for that.

1. Infinite universes . We don't know what the shape of space-time is exactly. One prominent theory is that it is flat and goes on forever. This would present the possibility of many universes being out there. But with that topic in mind, it's possible that universes can start repeating themselves. That's because particles can only be put together in so many ways. More about that in a moment.

2. Bubble universes . Another theory for multiple universes comes from "eternal inflation." Based on research from Tufts University cosmologist Alexander Vilenkin , when looking at space-time as a whole, some areas of space stop inflating like the Big Bang inflated our own universe. Others, however, will keep getting larger. So if we picture our own universe as a bubble, it is sitting in a network of bubble universes of space. What's interesting about this theory is the other universes could have very different laws of physics than our own, since they are not linked.

3. Daughter universes . Or perhaps multiple universes can follow the theory of quantum mechanics (how subatomic particles behave), as part of the "daughter universe" theory. If you follow the laws of probability, it suggests that for every outcome that could come from one of your decisions, there would be a range of universes — each of which saw one outcome come to be. So in one universe, you took that job to China. In another, perhaps you were on your way and your plane landed somewhere different, and you decided to stay. And so on.

4. Mathematical universes . Another possible avenue is exploring mathematical universes, which, simply put, explain that the structure of mathematics may change depending in which universe you reside. "A mathematical structure is something that you can describe in a way that's completely independent of human baggage," said theory-proposer Max Tegmark of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as quoted in the 2012 article. "I really believe that there is this universe out there that can exist independently of me that would continue to exist even if there were no humans."

5. Parallel universes . And last but not least as the idea of parallel universes. Going back to the idea that space-time is flat, the number of possible particle configurations in multiple universes would be limited to 10^10^122 distinct possibilities, to be exact. So, with an infinite number of cosmic patches, the particle arrangements within them must repeat — infinitely many times over. This means there are infinitely many "parallel universes": cosmic patches exactly the same as ours (containing someone exactly like you), as well as patches that differ by just one particle's position, patches that differ by two particles' positions, and so on down to patches that are totally different from ours.

Famously, physicist's Stephen Hawking's last paper before his death also dealt with the multiverse . The paper was published in May 2018, just a few months after Hawking's demise. About the theory, he told Cambridge University in an interview published in The Washington Post , "We are not down to a single, unique universe, but our findings imply a significant reduction of the multiverse to a much smaller range of possible universes".

I firmly believe that Asgardia should refrain from a Constitutional Monarchy. The proposition should be withheld from the final Constitution. The proposed system is far too outdated, and has no place in the state of the future. Rather, we should shift our focus to a technocratic governmental system. As we see in modern Britain, a monarch is but an unnecessary formality that only remains today because of conservative and sentimental views. Not efficient or logical, at all, and not fitting of the world's first space nation. I am sure most citizens agree from what I've seen. This is not what Asgardia was meant to be, and I hope we can change that before it is set in the Constitution. I will leave a poll going so people can share their opinions on this matter in a clean and easily review-able format. Thank you, hoping the best for the future of Asgardia. I propose a Sovereign Money System to Asgardia. Key advantages of a Sovereign Money System is as follows.

1. No one has to take on more debt to create sovereign money.
2. National Bank can directly manage money supply by prohibiting the creation of new money by commercial banks.
3. The government can use all of the seigniorage as government revenues.
4. Commercial banks are unable to deprive the the nation and the people of their wealth.
5. Sovereign Money System reduces people's poverty compared to present central bank system.

Commercial banks have created excessive demand deposits by making loans. And, their new money creation resulted in depreciation of monetary value and people's poverty. Commercial banks, aiming to maximize their profit, expand the money supply faster than is compatible with economic growth, which causes inflation, hyperinflation and asset bubbles. So, our monetary system would prohibit their creation of new money and operation of funds in customer's demand deposit accounts. Therefore, demand deposits do not carry any interest. Customers who wish to invest their money would have to deposit their funds to the investment accounts. Then the commercial bank manage to these funds and also operate such as making loans. This is a system that does not permit the creation of new money by the commercial banks at all. In the Sovereign Money System, only the Asgardia National Bank would be responsible for creating and managing the money supply. Asgardia National Bank would create the digital legal tender SOLAR in exchange for the interest-free permanent bonds issued by the government. Its decisions on money creation would take into account parameters including economic growth rate, inflation goals and prices of financial assets. An independent Asdardia National Bank would have no motives to create an excess or shortage in money supply.

Money created by the Asgardia National bank would be kept in government account of the national bank and becomes government revenue. And the government would allocate the newly created money to education, insurance, public transportation services, citizen bonus, tax reduction, reduction of public bonds, infrastructure development, investment etc. If a organization monopolize the creation rights and the allocation rights of money, the organization would be motivated to supply excessive money. Therefore, issue rights and allocation rights must be strictly separated. First, the amount of newly created currency would be decided by the Currency Issuance Committee, then the Asgardia National Bank woudl create money by permission of the Currency Issuance Committee. Regarding the allocation of money, the government would prepare a budget proposal and the parliament would deliberate and approve it. In this way digital legal tender SORAL would be distributed to people and businesses as a government expenditure.

As above, i have proposed the outline of the money system which would be the basis of the Asgardea nation, but at the same time as the currency system will be established, we must promote and nurture the industry of Asgardia which would be attractive to ourselves.

以上で Asgardea 国家の基礎となる通貨制度の概要を提案したが、通貨制度の構築と同時に、私たちは私たち自身にとって魅力のある産業をプロモートし、育成しなければならない。

I live in Athens, Greece where Democracy has been born 2.500 years ago.

My vision is to bring pure democracy into Asgardia, in order to ensure equal rights for every citizen.

The Athenian Democracy was founded upon the core values of freedom and equality. Freedom of speech, equality in education, health, elected and with an equal opportunities political system. It was these fundamental principles that created the necessary environment for civilization to flourish and great artifacts and monuments to be built.

But, what is the real meaning of Democracy?

Democracy (Greek: δημοκρατία dēmokratía , literally "rule of the people"), in modern usage, is a system of government in which the citizens exercise power directly or elect representatives from among themselves to form a governing body, such as a parliament.

Democracy consists of four key elements:

A political system for choosing and replacing the government through free and fair elections

The active participation of the people, as citizens, in politics and civic life

Protection of the human rights of all citizens, and

A rule of law , in which the laws and procedures apply equally to all citizens.
