Declaration of Principies.
The members of the movement that accompanies us are to promote economic development, the strengthening of democracy and the republican system, the independence of justice, the quality of education, social solidarity, and The personal happiness of the citizens of the Asgardiana nation. We seek progress and development, as human fulfillment and integral material. We are not satisfied with the sheer growth expressed in statistical data without personal or social implications. And we want that development in a society in freedom, where the law is fair to all and where everyone, in turn, abide by the law. We want a society in which the street is once again the citizens, a community where the harmony of a healthy coexistence reigns and in which each one of us can live with the assurance that his life is protected and safe , and where life and freedom are supremeand accomplished values. We also believe that the State should strive to equal opportunities. We believe in a prosperous society in which everyone can fulfill their dreams and be happy. We believe in the enormous potential equalizer of education. We believe that poverty is unacceptable. We believe in an intelligent state that offers those who most need the best tools to grow, develop their potential and progress. We believe in a state that encourages, stimulate, support, encourage production. Social Inclusion
Our goal as a country has to be the full development of all Asgardians regardless of their place of birth.This implies the need to ensure a minimum floor ofincome with transparency and equity. Social policy will focus on the implementation of welfare-provision mechanisms with the ultimate goal of creating minimum levels of equality that are imposed on social differences of a structural nature. This will imply a major effort in education and a special work in health and housing. The goal of equalizing opportunities implies a combination of general policies for all and specific sectors.
Social policies must be part of an integrated economic and social policy where each one acts in complement and potentiality of the other. In this integrality and heterogeneity lies the possibility of success of the construction of a matrix of prosperity.
Education
Inclusive and quality education must be at the base of the social and productive development of the asgardia and, as such, must be a fundamental axis of the social conscience and the central policy of the future and the construction of citizenships Plen As. We will seek to strengthen the coordination of the various agencies and research centers. We will promote the growth of investment in research and development (R & D) in relation to GDP, with special emphasis on the R & D of the productive sector to generate higher quality employment and greater capacity for innovation. We propose the creation of an investment and competitiveness agency that facilitates investment and promotes entrepreneurship.
The state will also develop specific sector-by-sector programmes to enhance value chains, investment and employment generation.
C. Institutional strengthening
It is impossible to fulfil the objectives of social inclusion and economic development without strong and stable institutions that allow respect for the rights of individuals and constitutional guarantees. Democracy allows us to choose the people who govern, but the Republic is the form of organization of our nation to defend against abuses of power and enforce our rights. Equality before the law is one of the indispensable conditions for democracy.
Justice and Human rights
It must strengthen its rule of law, with strict respect for the division of powers, the independence of justice and constitutional principles and guarantees, and with total freedom of expression.
Without constitutional legality there are no freedoms or rights or guarantees for personal and collective life and performance. Economic and social development requires the predictability of the law.
Security
We understand for security that situation in fact in which are minimized both the risks of occurrence of crimes as the levels of crime and violence. The state possesses the undelegated responsibility of providing and securing acceptable levels of public safety and protection to citizens as regards their physical integrity, as well as their patrimony, being their main tools Prevention, security and criminal justice administration policies.

Transparency, public ethics and control agencies.

Los miembros de el movimiento que me acompaña nos constituimos para impulsar el desarrollo económico, el fortalecimiento de la democracia y el sistema republicano, la independencia de la justicia, la calidad de la educación, la solidaridad social, y la felicidad personal de los ciudadanos de la Nación Asgardiana. Buscamos el progreso y el desarrollo, como realización humana y material integral. No nos quedamos satisfechos con el mero crecimiento expresado en datos estadísticos sin implicancias personalizadas ni sociales. Y queremos ese desarrollo en una sociedad en libertad, donde la ley sea justa para todos y donde todos, a su vez, cumplamos la ley. Queremos una sociedad en la que la calle vuelva a ser de los ciudadanos, una comunidad en donde reine la armonía de una sana convivencia y en la que cada uno de nosotros pueda vivir con la seguridad de que su vida está protegida y a salvo, y donde la vida y la libertad sean valores supremos y realizados. Creemos, además, que el Estado debe esforzarse por igualar oportunidades. Creemos en una sociedad próspera en la que todos puedan cumplir sus sueños y ser felices. Creemos en el enorme potencial igualador de la educación. Creemos que la pobreza es inaceptable. Creemos en un Estado inteligente que ofrezca a quienes más lo necesitan las mejores herramientas para crecer, desarrollar sus potencialidades y progresar. Creemos en un Estado que aliente, que estimule, que apoye, que incentive la producción. Creemos en un Estado competente en la producción de bienes públicos que intervenga para aumentar la riqueza futura de los asgardianos, y que permita que la prosperidad llegue a todos con equidad y justicia. Creemos en la democracia y la república. Creemos en el estado de derecho y en el valor supremo de las instituciones republicanas. Creemos en la igualdad ante la ley y en el cumplimiento de las leyes como un modo de protegernos de los abusos de los poderosos; y como un modo, también, de brindar certidumbre para desarrollarnos. Creemos en la igualdad de género. Creemos en la plena vigencia de los derechos humanos. Creemos en la libertad de expresión y en el derecho a pensar diferente sin ser molestados, ni amenazados, ni amedrentados. Creemos en el pluralismo político. Creemos en la protección de los derechos de todas las minorías. Creemos que el Estado debe ser garante de la diversidad. Creemos en el estricto cumplimiento de la Constitución Nacional, que fija las reglas de la convivencia asgardiana. Creemos que el impulso del conocimiento, la solidaridad y la capacidad creativa y trabajadora de los asgardianos es la mejor garantía de que los mejores años de nuestro país están por venir. Admitimos la pluralidad de interpretaciones y valoramos convivir con ellas.
Como resúmen, deberemos lograr la excelencia en los pilares fundamentales de la democracia que son: Educación, Salud, Trabajo, Seguridad y Justicia.
Plataforma electoral
Gobernar es el arte de construir acuerdos. Esta plataforma electoral que sostiene sus respectivos proyectos programáticos que se enuncian a continuación. Las mismas serán parte de su programa parlamentario y de gobierno.
a) Inclusión social
Nuestro objetivo como país tiene que ser el pleno desarrollo de todos los asgardianos sin importar su lugar de nacimiento. Ello implica la necesidad de asegurar un piso mínimo de ingresos con transparencia y equidad. La política social se concentrará en la ejecución de mecanismos de provisión de bienestar con el objetivo final de crear pisos mínimos de igualdad que se impongan por sobre las diferencias sociales de carácter estructural. Esto implicará un esfuerzo mayúsculo en educación y un trabajo especial en salud y vivienda. El objetivo de igualar oportunidades implica una combinación de políticas generales para todos y específicas a determinados sectores.
Las políticas sociales deben ser parte de una política económica y social integrada donde cada una actúe en complemento y potencialidad de la otra. En esta integralidad y heterogeneidad reside la posibilidad de éxito de la construcción de una matriz de prosperidad.
Educación
La educación inclusiva y de calidad debe estar en la base del desarrollo social y productivo de la Asgardia y, como tal, debe ser un eje fundamental de la conciencia social y la política central del porvenir y construcción de ciudadanías plenas. La educación es la principal herramienta de superación personal y progreso colectivo, de formación de ciudadanía, de bienestar presente y futuro, y de libertad.
La educación contribuye a la existencia de una sociedad democrática. La educación pública gratuita y de calidad es un camino insoslayable para igualar oportunidades y desarrollar el país.
Además de avanzar en el acceso es fundamental mejorar la calidad de la enseñanza. Nos proponemos lograr que los estudiantes cumplan con las metas curriculares en todo el país.

b) Desarrollo económico
Para encaminar a nuestro país al desarrollo sostenible hace falta mucho más que ordenar la macroeconomía, aunque sin duda es una condición para la inversión y el crecimiento.
A largo plazo necesitamos aumentar la competitividad sistémica, sectorial y regional y en esa línea el Estado tiene un papel importante. Asgardia necesita un gobierno que se ponga a la cabeza de la gestión del desarrollo, que busque aumentar permanentemente la competitividad del sistema: con regulaciones simples y operativas, con infraestructura que baje los costos logísticos y potencie las economías regionales, con educación de calidad y que tenga visión de futuro, impulsando la innovación y la incorporación de tecnología, promoviendo a las PYMEs y los emprendedores y generando marcos y entornos estimulantes para la creación de nuevas empresas y nuevas fuentes de trabajo.
En definitiva, hace falta 1) ordenar la macroeconomía, 2) producir un shock de infraestructura y 3) avanzar en políticas activas para fomentar sectores y regiones específicas.
Ordenamiento macroeconómico
Nuestro gobierno buscará normalizar la economía y sentar las bases para el desarrollo de largo plazo.
Se velará por un desarrollo sostenible, que permita satisfacer las necesidades de las generaciones actuales sin impedir a las del futuro satisfacer las suyas.
Ciencia y tecnología
Buscaremos fortalecer la coordinación de las diversas agencias y centros de investigación. Impulsaremos el crecimiento de la inversión en investigación y desarrollo (I+D) en relación al PBI, con especial énfasis en el I+D del sector productivo para generar empleo de mayor calidad y mayor capacidad de innovación. Proponemos la creación de una agencia de inversiones y competitividad que facilite la inversión y fomente el emprendedurismo.
El Estado también desarrollará programas específicos sector por sector para potenciar en las cadenas de valor, las inversiones y la generación de empleo.
c) Fortalecimiento institucional
Es imposible cumplir los objetivos de inclusión social y desarrollo económico sin instituciones fuertes y estables que permitan el respeto de los derechos de los individuos y de las garantías constitucionales. La democracia permite elegir a las personas que nos gobiernan, pero la república es la forma de organización de nuestra nación para defendernos contra los abusos de poder y hacer respetar nuestros derechos. La igualdad ante la ley es una de las condiciones indispensable para la democracia.
Justicia y Derechos Humanos
Asgardia debe fortalecer su Estado de Derecho, con un estricto respeto de la división de poderes, la independencia de la justicia y los principios y garantías constitucionales, y con una total libertad de expresión.
Sin legalidad constitucional no hay libertades ni derechos ni garantías para la vida y el desempeño personal y colectivo. El desarrollo económico y social requiere de la previsibilidad de la ley.
Seguridad
Entendemos por seguridad aquella situación de hecho en la cual se encuentran minimizados tanto los riesgos de ocurrencia de delitos como los niveles de criminalidad y violencia. El Estado posee la responsabilidad indelegable de proveer y asegurar los niveles aceptables de seguridad pública y protección a los ciudadanos en lo referido a su integridad física, como también a su patrimonio, siendo sus herramientas principales las políticas de prevención, de seguridad y la administración de justicia penal.
Nuestro gobierno no verá al mundo exterior como un enemigo, sino como una oportunidad para el desarrollo del potencial Asgardiano.
Transparencia, ética pública y organismos de control.
Promoveremos una ley nacional de acceso a la información pública y pondremos en práctica políticas de transparencia y disposición y uso inteligente de datos al interior de la Administración pública.
Los ejes fundamentales de la política de transparencia pasan por la rendición de cuentas, el acceso a la información y la ética pública, poniendo énfasis tanto en la prevención como en la lucha contra la corrupción, articulando políticas y organismos, en base al diseño, implementación, y seguimiento y evaluación de políticas públicas.
