Studies have shown that the energy value of cosmic nutrition should be at least 2,800 kcal per day. The optimal variant of the meal schedule is four times at intervals of four to five hours. Sublimation drying of products is the removal of moisture from fresh frozen foods under vacuum conditions, which allows almost completely (up to 95%) to store nutrients, vitamins, microelements, even the original form, natural smell, taste and color. The method of freeze drying allows to preserve high taste qualities and nutritional value of food products for a long time (up to 5 years!) At irregular temperatures (from -50 to + 50С!).
Sublimation of foodstuffs excludes the use of any flavors, dyes and preservatives. One of the most important advantages of sublimation is the small shrinkage of the initial product, which allows to avoid their destruction and quickly restore the freeze-dried products having a porous structure in the case of hydration. Fruit, vegetables, dairy products, meat, fish, soups and cereals are perfectly preserved by the method of freeze-drying.
The process of preparing cosmic food involves traditional technologies - canning with thermal sterilization, dehydration, thermal and freeze drying. Meat for a batch of food is purchased a little (not more than 20 kg) and necessarily doubled. Other raw materials are taken in the amount that is necessary for cooking products for two days. The main thing is sterility. First, the food is cooked on the stove - it's borsch, soup, porridge. Then cooked dishes are transferred to another shop, and the temperature difference before their packing should not exceed 10 degrees (for each product - its thermal regime). In the departments of freeze drying, masters in sterile gowns and masks pour ready soups in trays with a layer no thicker than 2 cm. Also pour into the trays and cottage cheese. From 50 kg of ordinary cottage cheese it turns out 12 kg of "space".
