The enlightened  people who will be entrusted with the onerous  duty of running  the administration  of the country  must be responsible  to account  to the people for their  activities.

Space communication. It is possible to communicate in space trough radio bands. The first satellite to the orbit of the earth named Sputnik 1 used two radio beacons. The frequency of those radio beacons were 20.005 MHz and 40.01 MHz.

Where USA used 108.00 MHz and 108.03 MHz for their first satellite named Explorer 1.

The question is what would be the radio beacon frequency for Asgardia. And what will be radio band for other communication purposes like image, song or even for duplex communication (in future).

The Russian ISS (International Space Station) module uses the band from 628 - 632 MHz.

China's Meteorological satellites also use 480 MHz for down-link.

ARISS (Amateur Radio on the International Space Station) typically uses frequencies in the 144 - 146 band. A very popular frequency for many amateur satellites is 145.825 MHz.

NASA ground stations in the Deep Space Network uses  S, X and Ka bands.

It should be keep in mind that higher the frequency the cost will be higher but can provide higher data rates.

Kais completed his LL.B (Hons.) from University of London, UK and heading to Barrister at law. He pursued his post-graduation from Bangladesh University of Professionals in the department of Peace and Human Rights. He has an extra ordinary command in the field of Arbitration and completed an Advanced Professional Training Course on International Arbitration at International Law Institute, Washington D.C under direct instruction of Mr. Ronan Joseph Mchugh, Managing Partner, Bailey Law, Washington D.C.

While in the UK, Mr. Kais completed a number of mini-pupillages at reputed sets of chambers in London and marshalled with a number County Court and Crown Court Judges. Prior to naissance of Perception Management Services, Kais worked at Quader Chambers under the tutelage of Mr. Syed Jawad Quader, Barrister-at-Law, where he represented and worked closely on important litigation and documentation matters of Qubee, Radisson Blu Bay View Hotel Chittagong, Sheba Group, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Dhaka City Corporation and Board of Investment.

After the end of the contract with Quader Chambers, he joined A M Mahbub Uddin & Associates as an Associate under the guidance of Barrister Mahbub Uddin and now practising independently in his own Law Firm named ‘Law Associates’ located in Dhanmondi, Dhaka. His law firm, ‘Law Associates’ is enlisted as a panel law firm of several conglomerates of Bangladesh. Simultaneously, he is working as the Director-Legal of Perception Limited (www.perceptionlimited.com).

Kais has visited Ireland, Scotland, Malaysia, Thailand, India, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Myanmar and has an affiliation with lawyers from England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Pakistan, Mauritius and USA.

Bengali is the mother-tongue of almost 170 million Bangladeshis. Besides, a huge portion of the population of West Bengal and some other states of India speak this language. It's the seventh mostly-used language in the world. There is a strong history of Bengali nationalism that has led to its rich literary tradition and cultural diversity. People of Bangladesh sacrificed their lives for the Bengali language on 21st February 1952 (The then East Pakistan). Moreover, in The Bengali Language Movement in Barak Valley , Assam, people sacrificed their lives on 19 May 1961. As a tribute to those valiant struggles, UNESCO, on 17 November 1999, declared 21 February as International Mother Language Day to promote awareness of linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism . It was formally recognized by the United Nations General Assembly in its resolution establishing 2008 as the International Year of Languages .

But it's a matter of great sorrow that Asgardia did not include Bengali in their language list. I know Asgardia is first of its kind, there's still a long way to go, but I wholeheartedly hope Asgardia will include Bengali in its journey.
