Before we worry about a national currency, I think we should first come up with a banking system that is as tamper proof as can be. We do not want a repeat of what has happened in the US. I don't think so. I do not get the impression that Asgardia is intended to be based on some libertarian ideology at all. And If you read the concept page, in regards to scientific base of knowledge, there is reference to it being accessible 'free and direct', there is even an emphasis on ' especially those from developing countries' being given free access. I would imagine this 'free and direct' access thing would apply to other things, like healthcare, clearly it does education, at least. So, I don't see the libertarianism you do. I agree with Aragorn92, Liberland sounds in many ways like the antithesis of what Asgardia is aspiring to be. Asgardia was describe as a 'matryoshka doll', so I don't imagine it being a disconnected libertarian 'no public services' Liberland like place. And if Asgardia was to be based on extreme libertarian ideology, I doubt many people would be so excited and want to join. I certainly wouldn't have.

Asgardian philosophy is oriented to well-being of humanity, and that means that we are all responsible for each other. Liberland, in my opinion, is selfish, self oriented state. If someone tries to do suicide - leave him, that's his/her choice. But does Liberland's "leader" Jedlička knows that many who had not manage to done suicide are happy they are alive? So, in my opinion, definitely not, Liberland must not be an inspiration to Asgardia.

Hi, greetings from Spain. I've been searching for Transportation and can't find it. I would suggest a Ministry of Transportation to regulate space travel, licensing and permits. For example if someone builds a spaceship or a cargo-ship and wants to be a pilot or navigator or whatever it would be called, who would regulate it?? Thanks!!

Naw, what we need - IMHO - Is a place for input minimally.. Sure, we could just spam the forum with raw code but ideally it'd take some form of collaborational tools(in the list of not happened since December). Then we can actually build solutions - ideally based around open source projects(easy to maintain, and customise) and the only wait is how long it takes them to decide to impliment the proposed changes. Over time, it should be able to modularly adapt to suit needs... As to the consumption of resources in this aim, the people that will be doing it will really want to be doing it. It shouldn't take them long with most things, especially if they can operate as a collective.

Parabéns pela campanha limpa e honesta, digna de um Asgardiano. Nos dias que antecederam as eleições parlamentares em Asgardia, eu conheci pessoas altamente qualificadas para ocupar um cargo no Parlamento, mas que por algum motivo não conseguiram chegar alcançar este objetivo. O que eu tenho a dizer para estas mentes extraordinárias que não foram eleitas para o Parlamento é que todos nós Asgardianos temos um papel para cumprir na construção de nossa siociedade. Não precisamos estar no Parlamento ou no Governo. Em Asgárdia somos todos iguais em importância. Apenas as o local de trabalho é que é diferente. Estas mentes brilhantes e sonhadoras poderão auxiliar parlamentares e ministros, contribuindo com o seu conhecimento para a construção de Asgardia. Precisamos de pessoas capacitadas, acima de tudo, bem-intencionadas para auxiliar o parlamento e o governo e estas pessoas já mostraram do que são capazes ao se dispor a assumir cargos públicos de liderança e, certamente serão requisitadas em um momento oportuno. Isto é admirável. Qualquer pessoa que coloque o interesse coletivo acima do interesse particular é digna de meu respeito e admiração. Ele precisa de conhecimento aliado ao amor aos seus irmãos. Se eu tiver a honra de ser escolhido, sei que terei pessoas especiais, de caráter e conhecimento necessários para o desempenho de minhas atividades Ministeriais. Não temo o futuro pois terei os meus irmãos altamente qualificados para construir o nosso ideal. Eu gostaria que os futuros legisladores em Asgardia se lembrassem disso. Como acabei de dizer, quando começam suas atividades, a Lei deve ser baseada em princípios morais, não nos princípios morais de nossas sociedades originais, mas nos princípios morais que governam a natureza humana boa e fraterna que possuímos.
