Tenho 8 anos de experiência em B2B, empresas de marketing B2B e marketing industrial, assim como de desenvolvimento de negócios em empresas multinacionais da área química, alimentação e indústria transformação.

Antes da Rocol trabalhei em empresas de lubrificantes de origem francesa, em bolsas de vendas e desenvolvimento de negócios, fazendo prospecção de clientes e mercados;

Sou estudante de engenharia de produção.

Tenho interesse em autoconhecimento e desenvolvimento pessoal.

Gosto de ler livros de gestão e desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional. Em gestão, meus temas prediletos são marketing, desenvolvimento de negócios, estratégia, gestão de pessoas e liderança;

My name is Christian Andreas Miniero Casza and my main goal is to help humanity develop further, studying and developing techniques for self enlightenment (in the sense of self awareness and knowledge) and crafting tools (usually computer software) for "deep" automation, data analysis and machine learning.

As a natural strategist, I managed to become a locally renowned consultant on computer programming and complex systems engineering. As an humanist, I'm deeply involved with Social Psychology and Neuropsychology, also studying and experimenting with the Theory of Mind and neural networks.
