Realized Strategy

Hi,

A mod stopped comments on an Alien thread, and scheduled it for removal.
Said that should contact a group admin -- which presumably he is.
However this forum doesn't seem to have any kind of private-message feature.
So I'm posting here.

Well aliens are definitely part of the noosphere.

Most Grey aliens live underground of course, but they have spaceships also, and live both in the Earth and Mars.

The next "event" likely to gain significant "real news coverage" would be the satellite launch. IMHO. Not many would ignore that.
Jun 13, 17 / Can 24, 01 09:29 UTC
I think that video is 5 months old. Unfortunately, that's about the time that many news agencies covered the story of Asgardia, and about when I found out about it. Since then, we have been off the radar, probably will remain so until we do something that garners attention. That ...

Has anyone considered what Asgardia''s défense force might carry as their weapon loadout? The reason I ask is because "service rifle" selection is tradition (and/or constitutionally entrenched) in a large number of earth nations.
Jun 13, 17 / Can 24, 01 09:29 UTC

True, but still lasers would be very bad for us, considering the hull breach wouldn't be easy to repair or stop.

Jun 13, 17 / Can 24, 01 09:29 UTC

Metal is something likely to be in limited supply in space for quite some time.

Pragmatism is generally paramount. That's why I don't think we should try to force experimental government systems. If they were clearly practical, they wouldn't be experimental. The government is a tool to solve problems too big for individuals to handle. Deferring government responsibility to private individuals and organizations of individuals ...

Thank you for your feedback, sammich. I would respond by saying that Asgardia itself is an experimental concept, and so using unconventional ideas and wisdom is not dissuaded, but encouraged. We do need to ensure the survival of Asgardians, I 100% agree. However, we need to be pragmatic in our ...

I am opposed to unconventional government systems. There are two primary reasons for this: 1. Experimental systems are experimental and people regard them as such. We need a government that Asgardians can immediately be confident in for securing the survival of every single Asgardian who is actually residing on the ...
