Moving Forward – A Proposal For Establishing
A Sustainable Community Development Plan
INTRODUCTION
Now that a foundation is being laid for the formal establishment of the Asgardian community both on Earth and beyond, it is my feeling that it will be necessary to establish a territory somewhere, that will allow Asgardia to practice its principles on Earth, before transplanting those practices to a location beyond Earth.
This will serve a number of purposes:
1. The development of a funding model that will allow Asgardia to advance its vision and goals.
2. The establishment of a more formal ‘community’ that will allow members to practice living the values that they are wanting to bring to Asgardia.
3. The establishment of a formalized territory, for the purposes of establishing diplomatic relations to bring awareness to the vision and goals Asgardia aims to promote.
4. The establishment of a model that will set an example, but also set the standard, for how communities on Earth can be created in the future, for the benefits of humans and our planet.
Russian President Putin has already made an offer for people to have land in Siberia.
Through meaningful negotiation, perhaps Russia may be willing to recognize an Asgardian Earth-Star Nation state within its boundaries.
An ideal location for a community would include the following considerations:
1. proximity to the Belt and Road Initiative, for the purposes of commerce/trade
2. proximity to at least two bodies of water; lakes, rivers or a combination.
3. proximity to at least one of the cosmodromes – unless there is technology that Asgardia can create where cosmodrome facilities may not be needed.
4. An allocation of land to be negotiated, but recommended to be at least 10km2.
It is going to be KEY to plan this community carefully from the beginning for numerous reasons. Of course, proper planning will eliminate wasteful spending in the future. Also,
Asgardia will be watched by many communities for its planning and development.
Asgardia will become the model by which other communities will want to follow.
However, it is going to be more than just creating the physical community. As I have written in several blog postings, there are other very important factors that will need to be considered and addressed if the community is to succeed.
One of my blog postings deals with how many ‘utopian’ communities fail and why they fail: https://asgardia.space/en/blog/25682-why-39utopian39-communities-fail-andwhat-asgardians-will-need-to-do-to-prevent-it/
Another blog posting explores the ‘control dramas’ that all humans have, and how it will be necessary to identify, release and heal our desires to control other humans:
https://asgardia.space/en/blog/25806-asgardian-mps-101-understanding-control-dramasthat-every-human-has/
Therefore, there will be a lot more to consider and focus upon, to help make Asgardia a successful project. Having a dedicated territory on Earth, will allow for the practicing of the ethics and morals that its citizens are claiming to want.
LOCATION
As mentioned, location will be important to the success and design of the community.
While the western world, thanks to the corrupted media, has not informed people of the advancements China (and Russia) are making, it is clear that more and more countries will be moving towards the East to do business, and that these countries will be changing to participate in a gold or resource-backed currency system, to replace the criminally fraudulent, fiat currency USD and other western currencies.
China is actively moving forward with its Belt and Road Initiative, a land and marine economic corridor that has been called by many ‘The New Silk Road’. Having a community close to this economic corridor may allow for Asgardia to market its hemp and all hemp-based products, to provide resources for the ultimate design and creation of the future space-community station.
Having a location near at least two significant water sources will allow the community to develop in a healthy and holistic way. Through the construction of biospheres andgreenhouses, it will be possible to create a comfortable and aesthetically-pleasing community, even in a darker and colder region where many may not choose to live.
Indeed, this is good practice for living on a space station.
Technology is already available for space travel, but the question remains as to whether or not it will be made available to the general public. The forces that have been enslaving humanity and destroying our planet are in the process of being exposed and arrested, or at least removed from their positions of power and control. Being close to one of the cosmodromes, or at least a facility that has the capacity for launching into space could be an asset in the short-term.
SELF-SUSTAINABILITY
This community is a test-model for living in space, and therefore, it will need to be as self-sustaining as possible, and also provide some challenges of living in a hostile environment.
HEMP is something that I believe every community can use to make itself self-sustainable. Hemp can be used for almost everything that a community will need for its basic survival.
As people learn how to use hemp to make things like biofuel, hempcrete, clothing, paper, food, medicine, rope, and expand to learn how to make vehicles with hemp, then the industries will expand within Asgardia, and products can be exported to raise funds for Asgardia's future projects and space mission.
Hemp matures in about four months, instead of forty (40) years for trees. Hemp helps to clean the soil, and it is naturally pest-resistant. One acre of hemp can produce as much paper as four acres of trees. As well, if biospheres are built (using hemp), then fruits and flowers can be grown inside that require bees for pollination. This will create an amazing industry of raw honey, beeswax, candles, etc. I personally only use beeswax candles now. They burn hotter, brighter and they are cleaner than paraffin wax.
I estimate an area of 1km2 will produce more than enough hemp to provide for the needs of the initial community to get started before expansion. Combining horizontal wind turbines with hemp biofuel should provide most, if not all of the heating and energies needs for the first phase or two of the new community.
COMMUNITY DESIGN
Until the specific geographical location is chosen, it is challenging to design the community in a specific way. However, a very general community design is being offered and proposed as follows:
In the diagram below, a small lake may be the centre of the community. If there is a larger, flowing river, then perhaps the river may flow through the community in some way, so that the core of the community has the opportunity to share in this resource.
The community is designed with an indigenous principle in mind, with a more modern adaptation. The core of the community is where everyone interacts and is safe. There will be no vehicles operating within the core. Battery-operated, tram or magnetic levitation vehicles could provide for the movement of people and the transportation of goods and services throughout the community.
There could be six to eight primary transportation routes from the core to the outside area, where many of the jobs and the hemp crops will be located. In different areas around the community, there will be areas to focus on specific industries.
Several images, created as part of The Venus Project, show how such a circular community might look:

COMMERCIAL/RETAIL AREA
The commercial/retail part of the community will be on the outside. This will again help keep the community safe from the movement of unnecessary vehicles within the core.
As the diagram highlights, one region outside the community will focus on using hemp/cannabis to provide food and medicine and greenhouses for other foods.
In another part, there will be facilities to turning hemp into paper and textiles. This is part of creating a series of green industries, and employment for those living in the community.
In another part, there will be facilities to create biofuel and hempcrete for the community. Extra fuel or hempcrete can be exported for additional revenue.
RESEARCH FACILITIES – that will be tasked to provide the solutions for the development and delivery of the future space station that will be home to the Asgard community.
Hemp will be grown on at least 20 acres of land. One acre of hemp provides as much paper as four acres of trees, and hemp matures in less than four months, while trees mature in 30-50 years. The community can generate resources very quickly with hemp.
As well, there will be an abundance of bee hives all around where the hemp and the food is grown. Children can learn about the value of bees, while also learning how to harvest bees wax and honey, while also creating food and wax products that can be sold for revenue for the community.
RESIDENTIAL / CORE COMMUNITY
Senior citizens will live closest to the core, as they are more limited in health andmovement. Everything that contributes to the health and unity of the community will be a part of the core.
As the diagram indicates, the following will form the ‘heart’ of the community:
Vertical tower gardens for the growth of food – Specially-trained people will oversee these facilities, but students from school, and volunteers from the community will care for the food and the harvest.

Schools – There will not be a ‘formal’ curriculum as outlined by the western agenda.
Kids will be trained according to their aptitudes, skills and gifts/abilities. Bringing children back to the Earth, including Arts, music and more.
Wellness clinic – As many of the latest holistic healing modalities will be available, as well as nutrition, and other programs relating to holistic health.
Community Centre – A central place for the community to gather for events, ceremonies, etc
Performance Hall for theatre, music, presentations, etc – A central place with facilities where people can enjoy performances of all nature.
Sports and other training facilities – On top of sports, there are ideas I have where kids can participate in activities that will develop their spiritual gifts and awareness.
The idea is to create a fun environment that will entice children to spend time away from computers and mobile devices, while interacting socially and also developing their unique skills and abilities.
The following are some possible ideas for the construction of hempcrete buildings. The apartment buildings I think, will be best on the outside rings of the community.

As well, I envision a community that includes super-adobe homes, such as the ones in the photos below:

TRANSPORTATION
The idea is to keep as much vehicle traffic outside of the core community area as possible. This will make the core community quieter, healthier and safer for all.
Within the community, I am envisioning one of several possibilities: a light-rapid or tram style system that will travel regularly through the community; a magnetic levitation type of train system or a system of battery-operated vehicles to either pick up seniors, carry possessions for people moving in or out, or to transport possessions from cars or the parliament building. As well, electric bicycles can also be used for transporting goods from shopping for food or other goods.
Depending upon the location of the test community, a high-speed transportation network, possibly a hyperloop, could be built to link Asgardia to the nearest Cosmodrome, if the community is in Russia. This way, the community would have a link to a facility for launching whatever it needed to launch, until such time that Asgardia can build and/or negotiate another solution.
At the parliament building, which I will describe in the next chapter, vehicles can be kept there, where people travelling outside of Asgardia can use to travel on roads to other countries.
‘
FLAGSHIP ASGARDIA’ - PARLIAMENT / EMBASSIES / CORPORATE /
COMMERCIAL / MEDIA CENTRE / JUDICIAL/HOTEL / BANK(S) AND HOSPITAL.
This would be located at the heart of the airport and waterport, providing all the administrative services for both.
Corporate headquarters and all business activities could be based out of this core, andsince it is close to all transportation, there is no need for visiting officials to be travelling through the community core, disrupting the lives of everyone who is not impacted by their presence.
Access is immediate (from the points of entry to Asgardia) and everything and everyone is kept within the areas that are most relevant to their business.
The parliament building, government offices, judicial offices, embassies, hospital, banks, media, hotels, corporate offices and more can all be housed in this aestheticallypleasing, futuristic building.
As Asgardia aims to be a non-Earth colony, a tower, such as the one present in this diagram, can be created for craft to enter and leave Earth. In the short-term, it could be used for flying vehicles that may be visiting Asgardia.
The corporate/commercial offices/headquarters can be kept to the lower-levels of the facility.
POSSIBLE INDUSTRY FOR MONEY GENERATION:
Sweden has proven the success of collecting trash and incinerating it for energy and heating. It has been SO successful, that Sweden now has a ‘trash shortage’.
If Asgardia were to create an incineration facility, nearby countries and communities would pay Asgardia to dispose of their trash. The money generated would allow the community to fund the creation of biospheres, greenhouses as well as the future space station, while providing energy and heat to the community.
People need a place where they feel safe, and can be empowered to contribute to the community and share, without feeling like they are losing anything. Restoring the health of their physical bodies, while giving them tools and practices to deal with their 'control dramas' and their own unique, personal traumas throughout their respective lives, will help to prevent harm to others. Teaching this to children, will give them a chance to grow up WITHOUT the limitations that the older generations were forced to experience.
