Article 51

Asgardia The Space Nation shall prepare the following articles for the future of human race with high hopes and expectations.

1. In preparation for an extraterrestrial biological emergency, Asgardia The Space Nation shall increase and expand research and preparedness.

2. In the future, should the emergence of a new space-adapted human race be confirmed, Asgardia The Space Nation shall give priority to involving them in the administration of the government.

二，将来，宇宙に適応した新人類の発生が認められた場合，その者たちを優先的に政府運営に参画させることとする。

My name is Daniel . I am a all round researcher and believer, also a potential leader.
