To ensure that every Asgardia citizen has equal right to get in the ark, to explore alien and to find habitat
* Digital Assets
In Asgardia, Digital Asset is also a kind of property. National Basic Digital System should have free open APIs for enterprises, reduce business and social costs.
The Digital System API includes but is not limited to:
- planet weather information （at runtime)
- Citizenship information
- Information and validity of public service personnel
- Digital certificates for corporate and social organizations (legal seal)
- Geospecies information for each planet
- open tender
- State-owned information authorization is divided into full authorization, limited authorization.
- Citizenship and corporate credit information.
Digital systems should use open source projects.
Monetary economy
Asgardia currency as much as possible using bitoin-like block-chain technology, aspects of financial accounting and open and transparent.
* Organization and company
Encourage NGOs and corporate propaganda to produce Asgardia related sci-fi movies, games, newspapers, magazines, fiction, comics, live, and cultural propaganda on earth.
* Civil space project
Satellite network: A distributed network telecommunication system consisting of orbiting satellites as an infrastructure to provide communication services.

鼓励NGO和企业宣传制作Asgardia相关科幻电影、游戏、报刊、杂志、小说、漫画、直播，在地球进行文化宣传。
* 公民太空项目
卫星网络:以轨道卫星为agent构成的分布式网络电信系统为基建，提供通讯服务。
星球遥感系统：Asgardian可控遥感卫星在外星球搜寻矿产和栖息地
