Depuis quelques semaines, je reçois des demandes d’arguments concernant le Dividende Universel. Il y a bien sûr la multitude de liens, d’explications et de justifications qui se trouvent sur l’article Wikipedia qui le concerne , mais je vais résumer ici les bienfait qu'apporteraient un Dividende Universel.

1) L’Art, les logiciels libres, les écrits libres de droit, le travail non marchand effectué par l’action associative ou individuelle etc… Que fournissent chaque citoyen, est une valeur, incommensurable, qui bénéficie au secteur marchand directement ou indirectement. (par exemple internet fonctionne avec une couche de logiciels libres qui ont été développés et distribués sans aucune reconnaissance monétaire).

Ces valeurs sont difficilement monnayables, parce que ce qui fait leur valeur, est justement l’adoption par le plus grand nombre, d’autant plus rapidement que c’est gratuit. Or sur ce substrat de valeur, se développent des valeurs marchandes qui, elles, valorisent leurs produits raréfiés.

2) La Création Monétaire par effet de levier est une dissymétrie qui accentue les écarts capitalistiques sans raison. Parce que X, Y ou Z ont un avantage capitalistique de départ, on leur permet de surévaluer cet avantage par un effet de levier de création monétaire, qui dévalue la monnaie existante, et leur permet à tout moment d’acheter ou de copier toute innovation par création de fausse monnaie momentanée (éventuellement détruite lors du remboursement de la fausse monnaie-dette émise, mais le mal est fait, et toute l’Histoire montre que jamais cette dette n’est réellement remboursée par les plus gros bénéficiaires, sommets de pyramides de Ponzi…).

Le Dividende Universel est une création monétaire neutre et symétrique dans l’espace et le temps, qui rend à la monnaie son sens premier : un Crédit Mutuel entre Citoyens , versé non pas en une fois, mais progressivement, tout le long de la vie, et de façon relative à la richesse mesurable (Proportionnelle à La masse monétaire / Citoyen), sans léser les générations futures, ni aucune classe d’âge.

3) La valeur fondamentale de toute mesure est l’observateur lui même. En effet hors l’observateur il n’est point de mesure, alors que hors objet extérieur, l’observateur peut toujours se prendre lui même pour objet d’observation. C’est le point minimum et suffisant pour toute mesure.

L’humain est l’observateur de l’économie, autant que son acteur fondamental, et son service en est l’objectif premier. Or cette valeur fondamentale nécessite d’être valorisée sur une base éthiquement acceptable, afin que son potentiel de création, de travail pour autrui, de choix de développement économique, soit libre et non faussé.

En valorisant l’humain par un micro-investissement continu, tout le long de sa vie, c’est l’ensemble de l’économie qui investit dans chacune de ses composantes économiques fondamentales, le « risque » étant noyé dans la multitude.

Le Dividende Universel est un micro-investissement global et continu sur la valeur productive fondamentale de toute économie : l’humain.

first things first , let me pinpoint something as important than mostly unknown by everyone :
People who create money and distribute it decide what they wanna see build or not .

So i think the power of creation ( then may i say co-creation ) should be avaliable for all .
if we have the old and outdated based on debt system we alredy use , we will just repeat the error from the past and wont be able to go forward .

You might think that it is too dificult to integrate a popular creation system within a cryptocurrency but it is not . on the contrary .
ther is a simple solution that can nullify the inflation problem !

Let say every month , everyone recieve a dividende equal to the monetary mass divided by the number of user ( mm/n ) without mining/working , as a universal basic income or a universal dividende .
let say that rignt now there are 100 users and the dividende is 100 SOLAR ( 100S )
so the monetary mass is 10000S , ok .
but next month the monetary mass will double ( we don't destroy money )
and if there is 10 more user it'll increase even more .
but since the dividende is equal to mm/n it will remain propotionnal
1dS ( 1 SOLAR dividende ) was 100S and is now 210S
okay so the dividende was multiplied by 2.1 this is not good
let say the price of a "pain au chocolat" was 1S and is now 2.1S
the price also remain proportionnal .
so instead of counting with S we just have to count in dS
and the pain au chocolat which costed 1S = 0.01dS will still cost 0.01dS the next month .
yay we just nullified inflation \o/

So each user will co-create and recieve monthly 1dS no matter how big the monetary mass is and no matter how much user there is .

Even better , with this solution the money will become "melting" .
the 1dS that we made last month is less than the 1dS that we made this month ( of course , the first one was worth 100S and the next one 210S ) so on second month we won't have 2dS on our account ( if we didn't spent any ) , but 1.48dS and this is important because with this way , the user that was here on DAY1 won't be privileged against the user that arrived on DAY100 ( it is called temporal symetry of free-money ) or their own childrends who will be born on DAY10000 maybe . woudn't that be unfair for them to be less rich just because their parents became Asgardians more lately than other or because they had children later ?

So this solution solve inflation , inheritance inequality ...
that makes us wonder why the old world didn't make it sooner or at all ...
that said , as a debutant and i hope as a more-involved-member of asgardian life , i would like to be the candidate that support the idea of this Basic Income principe with the help of your support and your votes .

So far, an incredible amount of work have already been done on information and communication.

However, there is still a lot to be done. Although there are many important things to focus on at the very beginning of our adventure, we should definitly not underestimate the importance of data.

Information - or data - are really key points of building anything in a good way.

Among a huge quantity of ideas - which will be shared later - my main objectives are :

- help re-designing and optimizing asgardia website, our main information portal

- help optimizing and centralizing information broadcasting to the world

- help deploying tools to communicate, collaborate, search information in line with current technologies

- help organizing data

I think we could drasticaly improve the effectiveness of the whole system and all the asgardians by improving these axes.

Comment avoir pu apprendre l'existence d'un tel projet, si ce n'est en naviguant à une heure tardive, alors que le réveil allait bientôt sonner la perpétuelle routine de nos vies, sur des sites ayant un rapport avec la science, les dernières technologies, avec les étoiles, l'Univers... et peut être, au fond, en rapport avec notre besoin d'autre chose, notre besoin d'ailleurs... avec ce soupir intérieur, mêlant l'angoisse que quoiqu'on fasse, les erreurs passées semblent avoir inéluctablement tracé le destin de notre petite planète vers une obsurité politique et commerciale bien triste, et notre culpabilité de, peut être, ne pas en avoir assez fait à notre niveau pour faire changer les choses...

C'est pour ça, "enfin...", parce qu'il n'y a qu'un projet de cette envergure qui puisse transformer enfin ce besoin en envie, ce soupir en espoir !

L'envie de participer à un projet planétaire, et de pouvoir l'amorcer sur des bases saines, sans risquer de se décourager d'avance face aux cicatrices laissées par l'histoire, et l'espoir de pouvoir enfin participer à l'évolution de l'humanité dans son ensemble, en étant les pionniers pacifiques d'un nouveau monde... Et cette fois, pas de guerres, pas de conquêtes, pas de peuples à dominer pour voler leurs terres ou pour imposer nos idées. Seulement une page blanche, à remplir tous ensemble.

Un appel particulier aux français, trop peu représentés pour l'instant. Parce que l'Espace aussi aura besoin de râleurs ! :-) Plus sérieusement, j'appelle tous ceux qui ont l'impression d'être nés au mauvais endroit, à la mauvaise époque... tous ceux qui ont décidé de ne plus aller voter... tous ceux qui donneraient un bras pour savoir à quoi le futur ressemblera... tous les geeks perdus... les farfelus qui bricôlent dans leur garage... (et tous mes confrères vegans, parce que là-haut, ça va être compliqué d'élever des vaches !)

When the self-proclaimed space nation Asgardia was announced last year, one of its lofty ambitions was "digitising and storing the wealth of human knowledge in space." But because its "citizens" are allowed to upload files to a database due to be launched on Asgardia's first satellite, some of them have been filling it with pirated images, songs, and video for anyone to stream or download.

Earlier this month, Asgardia's founder, Russian entrepreneur and businessman Igor Ashurbeyli, encouraged its 225,000 "citizens" around the world to upload files to a database that will be launched into orbit on a SpaceX rocket. "Your … data will forever stay in the memory of the new space humanity as they will be reinstalled on every following Asgardia satellite, orbital satellite constellation, not only in the near space but also on the Moon and anywhere in the Universe wherever Asgardia will be," Ashurbeyli said at a press conference in Hong Kong.

According to its website, Asgardia's ultimate goal is to become "the first ever space nation" spreading across multiple satellites, the moon and "other celestial bodies", complete with its own citizens and legal system. Its constitution states that the space-based nation will "respects the laws of and international treaties concluded by the Earth's States, and wishes to be recognised as having equal status." Yet it also goes on to state that "Asgardia does not interfere in any affairs of the Earth's States based on reciprocity," and that it "shall recognise the immunity of commercial secrets and bank secrecy," leading some experts to speculate the project could attempt to act as a kind of off-planet tax or data haven.

However Asgardia ends up, it's all set to begin with the launch of its small initial satellite later this year. The satellite, Asgardia-1, is a small CubeSat with a half terabyte solid state drive, due to be launched on a resupply mission from Cape Canaveral to the International Space Station in November. According to a recent filing with the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC), data will be updated and downloaded from Asgardia-1 using the Globalstar constellation of communication satellites.

Anyone agreeing to abide by Asgardia's constitution can become a citizen and upload 100Kb of data for free, or pay $10 for each 100Kb extra. "Maybe the photo of your little cat, or of your neighbour, or your mother, or your child. Whatever comes to your mind," said Ashurbeyli.

However, what comes to mind for some would-be Asgardians are copyrighted music and videos. Browsing through the over 7000 uploads on Asgardia's website reveals multiple files that are protected by international copyright laws. You can listen to Daft Punk's intergalactic Voyager, watch the anime Attack on Titan, stream Freethink's documentary short about living in orbit, and never give up rickrolling your friends in zero-g. You can also download any of the files with a single click.

While Asgardia's draft constitution says "Asgardia does not interfere in the affairs of the states on Earth on the principle of reciprocity," its terms and conditions warn users that: "Asgardia reserves the right to refuse access… to any user… [violating]… any of the copyright or trademark laws of the United States, Austria or Great Britain." Websites—and possibly self-proclaimed nations—hosting infringing material can be liable for infringement of copyrighted material if they do not comply with takedown demands. Asgardia also has a contact page for copyright owners who think uploads may infringe their rights. In this way, it is not so different than YouTube or Imgur or any other site that hosts user-generated content—except that it plans to physically host the data storage mechanism in space.

Michael Dodge, assistant professor in the Department of Space Studies at the University of North Dakota says the fact that it's in orbit won't offer much in the way of protection from earthly copyright laws. "It doesn't really matter that the infringement will also take place in space," he says. "Because the satellite is going to be launched from the US on an American rocket, it would appear on our national space registry." Under the United Nations' Outer Space Treaty, that means the Asgardia-1 will technically be under the legal jurisdiction and control of the USA.

In fact, if Asgardia doesn't tame its illegal file sharers, the database could jeopardize the operation of the satellite, and even its launch in the first place.

"The FCC will have some say over what can and can't be distributed through the [upload] signal," says Dodge. "And SpaceX's launch license from FAA requires it not to violate international laws. They can rescind it if necessary."

Asgardia did not immediately respond to request for comments. The 'space nation' is currently in the process of voting for a flag, ratifying its constitution and selecting a leadership team from among its citizens. It describes itself as a "future member" of the United Nations. "They can say that all they like but it's not going to make them an independent state," says Dodge. "Until they are recognised by other nation states, and perhaps by the UN, it will be difficult for them to claim that other states can't reach in and force them to obey their laws."

Les chercheurs conçoivent actuellement toute une variété de plats qui comportent notamment du tofu et des fruits secs pour les apports en protéines. Il s'agit d'un débat sans fin, mêlant philosophie, éthique, justice, etc... Et je pense qu'il appartiendra au peuple de prendre cette décision de façon démocratique.

Pour ma part, je suis contre.

Et je pense qu'une nation souhaitant montrer l'exemple, souhaitant prouver à l'humanité qu'il est possible d'évoluer vers une ère d'union et de paix, devrait logiquement être contre. Mais encore une fois, le débat n'est pas simple...

Je pense que c'est surtout un geste traditionnel, un résidu de système juridique précivilisationnel, un tabou anthropologique. C'est pour ça qu'il y a peu de justification convaincante à la peine de mort : ce n'est pas une démarche rationnelle de mettre quelqu'un à mort : c'est l'échec de la raison.

La France est un pays pris en exemple par beaucoup d'autres dans la lutte pour l'abolition de cette peine.

Il faut quitter la discussion sur les instincts, sur le "bien", sur le "mal", et revenir à cet état de fait que l'abolition est un paradigme choisi qui a fait l'effet d'une décision politique. Si on veut décrire certains phénomènes politiques par des instincts, on tombe dans une impasse. Et historiquement, c'est un retour en arrière, une décision qui ne peut pas se justifier. Je ne vois pas l'histoire comme un grand progrès continu, mais certaines décisions de retours en arrière sont terribles...

On peut comprendre le besoin de s'exprimer, la liberté d'expression n'est pas une question en France. Mais nous avons choisi de vivre dans une société gouvernée par la politique et non pas par la nature. Plutôt que la raison, il faudrait expliquer l'utilité : pourquoi traduit-on en justice un père de famille qui se venge d'un crime commis sur sa fille ? C'est terrible, c'est injuste, mais il vit dans cette société et malheureusement ses codes ne peuvent pas satisfaire tout le monde. C'est pour cela qu'il faut arrêter le processus explicatif, sinon on déligitimise la décision politique.

Nous avons décidé de refuser de recourir à l'exécution pour réguler le cadre juridique. Que dire de plus ? Que c'est un choix de civilisation.

C'est pourquoi on ne peut pas dire que les pays pratiquant la peine de mort sont des pays barbares : la barbarie est arbitraire.

La France par exemple n'applique pas la peine de mort, mais laisse indirectement mourir des personnes de faim dans les rues, et cela est proche de la barbarie...

À l'inverse, certains pays appliquent par exemple des peines de flagellation. Ça ne peut pas être considéré comme barbare, car c'est une peine faisant directement partie du système juridique de ces pays...

On peut voir à quel point un débat ne saurait trouvé de réelle "point final".

Je pense qu'il devra donc s'agir d'une décision votée, dont tout le monde devra ensuite assumer les conséquence, qu'il soit pour ou contre, de façon démocratique...

One can understand the need to express oneself, freedom of expression is not a question in France. But we chose to live in a society governed by politics and not by nature. Rather than reason, it would be necessary to explain the utility: why do we bring to justice a father of a family who avenges himself for a crime committed against his daughter? It's terrible, it's unfair, but it lives in this society and unfortunately its codes can not satisfy everyone. This is why the explanatory process must be stopped, otherwise the political decision is de-legitimized.

We decided to refuse to use enforcement to regulate the legal framework. What more can be said ? That it is a choice of civilization.

This is why it can not be said that the countries practicing the death penalty are barbarous countries: barbarism is arbitrary.

France, for example, does not apply the death penalty, but indirectly leaves people starving in the streets, and this is close to barbarism ...
