To the question how can we channel all our energies and resources to safeguard our DNA, and above all how can we democratize the very concept of DNA without this term taking on a purely scientific connotation and so distant from the common conscience, I would like to answer as follows: in order to democratize the concept of DNA and place it at the basis of every socio-scientific consideration we need a new model of society based on science and knowledge of all aspects concerning our DNA. Being able to fully understand our DNA means knowing how to preserve, correct and cure it and, last but not least, knowing how to transmit it again in its unaltered state to a new embryo, guaranteeing in such way the survival of the individual and of the human species so long as our DNA. The DNA represents the code of all earthly life, it contains all the regulating principles of our existence and of the existence of the fauna and flora i.e. of the natural environment and our habitat, therefore acting in accordance with the principles regulating the good functioning of DNA is equivalent to preserving life on our planet. Now to the question, how can we concretely give life to a new model of society based on these principles and above all how to find the media power necessary to obtain the consensus of people and the scientific community, I would like to answer by proposing two projects capable of giving life to all that: "The Venus Project" and "Asgardia the Space Nation". Before the parliamentary elections in Asgardia even begin, I would like to provide an elucidatory overview of the principles and reasons that lead me to take part again to it and to establish a model of society based on science and knowledge and to introduce a new institutional figure governed by a hereditary noble title. Und dies ist der Hauptgrund, warum es sich lohnt, ein neues Gesellschaftsmodell auf der Grundlage von Wissenschaft und Wissen zu schaffen. Auf die Frage, warum wir eine neue institutionelle Figur wie die eines Königs brauchen sollten, möchte ich Folgendes sagen: In Buch VIII, Republik beschreibt Platon fünf Arten von Regimen: Aristokratie, Timokratie, Oligarchie, Demokratie und Tyrannei (von denen vier ungerecht sind). Die Timokratie wird als das erste „ungerechte“ Regime bezeichnet. Aristoteles schrieb später in seiner Nikomachischen Ethik (Buch VIII, Kap. 10): "Es gibt drei Verfassungsformen, aber auch ebenso viele Abweichungen, die als Degeneration von ihnen verstanden werden. Die drei verschiedenen Verfassungen sind: das Königreich, die Aristokratie und die letzte Form, die auf der Volkszählung basiert und die angemessenerweise "Die Timokratische Verfassung" genannt wird. Von diesen ist das Königreich das Beste, das Schlimmste ist die Timokratie. Von der Timokratie gehen wir zur Demokratie über, da diese beiden Verfassungen die gleichen Grenzen haben: Tatsächlich will die Timokratie die Regierung der Mehrheit sein, und alle, die einen bestimmten Zensus haben, sind gleich. Unter den korrupten Verfassungen ist die Demokratie am wenigsten gemein, da diese Form der Verfassung nicht so verzerrend ist". Aus diesen Beobachtungen geht hervor, dass die beste Verfassung das Königreich ist, weshalb glaube ich, dass es keine geeignetere und repräsentativere institutionelle Figur als einen König gibt, die in die Verfassung von Asgardia The Space Kingdom eingeführt werden kann. Was den erblichen Adelstitel betrifft, sind die Gründe im Konzept der Kontinuität zu finden, wie es in der eigenen DNA zum Ausdruck kommt. Man ist König, wenn man an der Spitze einer "gerechten Monarchie" steht, man dankt ab, wenn man im Griff von Laster und Korruption ist! Als Alessandro I. gelobe ich feierlich, per Dekret von Asgardia eine "gerechte Monarchie" zu schaffen, die auf Wissenschaft und Wissen gegründet ist. Eine Monarchie, die in der Lage ist, ein Territorium für Asgardia zu beschaffen, vorzugsweise auf dem Territorium der Russischen Föderation, auf dem eine nachhaltige Stadt gegründet werden kann, wie es von "The Venus Project" "Beyond politics, poverty and war" vorgeschlagen wird, ein Stadtmodell, das wo immer nötig nachgebaut werden kann, wo Kriege und Klimawandel die menschliche Gemeinschaft geißeln. Ich verpflichte mich auch, eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit der wissenschaftlichen Gemeinschaft Club of Rome und der Deutschen Gesellschaft Club of Rome sowie enge Beziehungen zur internationalen wissenschaftlichen Gemeinschaft aufzubauen. Außerdem werde ich mich dafür einsetzen, dass Asgardia von der Russischen Föderation und den Mitgliedsländern der (OVN) Organisation der Vereinten Nationen und der (OIC) Organisation für Islamische Zusammenarbeit als Nation anerkannt wird. Mein Ziel ist natürlich auch den Ratifizierungsprozess des Wiener Übereinkommen über das Recht der Verträge zwischen Staaten und internationalen Organisationen oder zwischen internationalen Organisationen durch 35 Staaten zu beschleunigen. Pacta sunt servanda rebus sic stantibus: “Abkommen [d.h. zwischenstaatliche Verträge im Völkerrecht] werden eingehalten, solange die Bedingungen, unter denen sie geschlossen wurden, dieselben bleiben”. Und nicht zuletzt werde ich das offizielle Wappen des gotischen Königshauses ehren, dessen Wurzeln im Wappen des Heiligen Römischen Reiches zu finden sind und dessen Motto "Omnia Lux Est – Alles ist Licht" seinen höchsten Ausdruck in der Wissenschaft findet. https://royalhouse.berlin/index-de.php
