For being a good diplomat you have to learn first being a good politician. Here is what a politician should learn.

What distinguishes political science as an academic discipline is its emphasis on government and power. However, the study of government and power is not confined to political science—it naturally permeates into other social sciences as well. For example:

• Economics: Economic and political processes are closely related because the actions of political institutions frame—and can either expand or constrain— economic activity. Republicans are more likely to promote free-market policies such as tax breaks and business deregulation, while Democrats favor business regulation and government intervention as a way of promoting economic equality. Additionally, economic conditions can have a direct influence on political institutions. Throughout history, the outcomes of many presidential and congressional elections have rested on the economy. Voters tend to vote against the party in power if they perceive a decline or standstill in their personal financial situations.

• Sociology: Political scientists also study the social bases of politics. For example, what are the political activities of various social classes, races, ethnicities, and religions? How do political values, attitudes, and beliefs come about? How do social forces work together to change political policies on issues such as abortion, criminal justice, foreign policy, and welfare? How do social movements outside of the formal institutions of political power affect politics? For example, the civil rights and women's suffrage movements helped to not only reshape public policy but public opinion as well.

• History: Political scientists attempt to analyse and understand historic political patterns in addition to specific political events. This requires putting historical events and texts into a political context. For example, how have political party systems helped to create long-standing changes in the electoral landscape and reshape traditional party coalitions throughout the 19th and 20th centuries? A good textual example is the U.S. Constitution. It is both a historical (and historic) document, in that it describes the creation of a new form of government by the Founding Fathers, and a political one, in that it sets the framework for the functioning of the U.S. government as a system of shared powers, checks and balances, and federalism.

The country’s burgeoning space sector could be a useful foreign policy tool.

On June 30 of 2014, India celebrated another successful launch of the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV), the workhorse of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). This time, India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi was in attendance. His SHAR speech emphasized the role of technology in aiding development and referenced the humble beginnings of the ISRO. Among the many points he made, two were geopolitically significant. First, he observed that the satellite being launched, SPOT 7, belonged to a developed nation: France. Second, he challenged the ISRO to develop a satellite that would serve the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation nations. Those thoughts coincide with two of the three major foreign policy issues that confront India, as noted by Shivsankar Menon: its relations with major powers and its need for a peaceful and prosperous neighborhood.

That is what we need to run better diplomacies with other nations on the Earth and in the Space. We don't know our possible neighbours in the Space and we do not have any information about them! So we have to research them, make a good relation to them and through the peaceful technology work with them and build our power.

Constitution, Chapter 7, Article 29: 2, 3

• Achieving international legal recognition of Asgardia, including establishing diplomatic relations with the Earth States, and opening embassies and consulates in such States, shall be one of the objectives of Asgardia’s foreign policy.

• Asgardia shall open embassies in all continents of the Earth.

That is what our law wants for our nation and I believe we just can reach this with good diplomats, who knows good diplomacy. Who has experience and has practiced diplomacy would know different present diplomacies on the Earth.

Just when you know them, you can handle different wings of diplomacy and I will assure you with what I experienced in my way to here it will be possible! I used to know and handle East block diplomacy like Iran and Iraq and also used to work with and in the West block doplomacy like Germany!

We all believe in a life in the space and that we are the first space nation! For me that means, having diplomatic relationships not just with nations on earth but in case of finding other nations in the space, making a diplomatic way with them to have a safe Asgardia!

And also be proud to have peaceful relationships with another nations in the space! It will be the first official Space Diplomacy!

in our constitution Chapter 3 Art.10 Nr.1 & 2:

• The Government shall guarantee the rights and freedoms of Asgardian citizens by exercising its powers and using available resources.

• The Government is responsible for implementation and protection of the citizens’ rights and freedoms.

This sentences give us the right to ask our Government about our freedom right. There will be not just our freedom in Asgardia but our freedom global! Here we need a diplomacy strategy for our government, which protect us global for our freedom.
We need a good relationship with other nations to negotiate about our fellows there and their freedom.

What do we need for this?!
Diplomats and people who understands peace diplomacy!
Help me and let me work for you and help you in this field. There are not just studies but also experiences, which help a diplomat to act right and make the right decision in the right moment. I did it in my career as the head of Immigration and Foreign Affairs in Iran and Germany and I would tell you that I know two sides of diplomacy.
One side are nations who are not easy to negotiate with like my country Iran, and there are countries, which are available to negotiate but you have to be smart to win rights of your nation for your people like Germany and European countries.

We know that we are all here to make our wishes for a peaceful society happen. To be proud of our paths and strategies about solving problems which in our world and countries are not so beautiful ways to solve them.

We all know nowadays how important foreign affairs is and how good diplomacy give our people a better life, our businessmen a safer trade and our families possibilities to travel happy without any negative thoughts and stress. If our foreign affairs choose to be right and in peace with all nations, there will be no war. No need for war! No need for political conflicts and sanctions against each other!

Why I am saying all of these?! Because I felt that bad diplomacy by myself and I worked in another society for it to make thing better. Now here and after all my experiences a member of federal board of a political party in Germany and working in this very field "Immigration and Foreign Affairs" I have nominated myself to work for you as a diplomat.

It doesn't matter if Minister or a Secretary but a good diplomat! All of these are just some texts and without your support I/We can't do anything. I'm looking forward to your messages and supports!

I believe that Exploring the universe and building on it a new concept of history will bring to mankind new experiences and new dreams. The dream of seeing an entire nation together, having international relationships without being harmed in whatever terms. A diplomacy worthy of recognition and aspiration by many. Diversities and opinions being respected and valued according to their ethical and moral value. Without discrimination or disenchantment.

In 1924, inspired by his friend the Russian pioneer of space travel Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, who designed a manned space station in 1903, Kazimir Malevich published a series of architectural constructions modeled to resemble spacecrafts. These he called «Planits,» stating that those temporary abodes would - on Earth as well as in space - have to be adapted to aeroplanes. And it was Tsiolkovsky who proposed to call the first satellite launched on 04 October 1957 «travel companion,» which means «Sputnik» in Russian.

But Space Art and Orbital Art concepts should not be presented in a terrestrial museum. The adequate place for Space and Satellite Art would rather be orbit itself, respectively a satellite. This is why ZKM works towards acquiring an art satellite in which only Space Art would be presented. But how would this kind of art be visible for people on earth if the works themselves rotate in orbit? It is this very issue the Munich project «SpacePlace: Art in the Age of Orbitization» deals with. The project is a test bed to explore the idea that in the future, by means of their mobile phones serving also as PCs, people will have wireless access to all data stored - as far as these are not «classified matter,» i.e. censored, and also, of course, access to information stored in satellites.

In the future, information will be stored outside the Earth and people will be able to retrieve data from extraterrestrial sources at any time. The experiment at the ZKMax in Munich is a first step in that direction. The ZKM intends to develop a ZKM-satellite dedicated to the storage of and access to orbiting art. Such Space Art rotates in orbit, but is accessible for terrestrials via mobile screens. The technology required is presented in the scope of this cultural project for the first time as a prototype for consumer or 'prosumer' (producer/consumer) devices.

«SpacePlace» is in Net vernacular, a 'Mashup,' (See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mashup_(web_application_hybrid),) a moving curation of collected space-art data configured by Philip Pocock that is based on Web2.0 applications and strategies and that contains information from different spheres of artistic production relating to notions of «orbit.» The database of the project comprises contents from fields such as fine art, architecture, science fiction, film, music, digital arts or media. Currently, more than 400 entries on Orbit Art, ranging from, for example, projects by artists such as Marina Abramovic, Nam June Paik, Woody Vasulka or Arthur Woods, can be accessed in this constantly growing data pool, open to all SpacePlace member entries.

Both via the project's website http://spaceplace.zkm.de and via mobile phones at http://mobile.orbit.zkm.de [depreciated], users can navigate the database or upload texts and images to this universe and thus collectively create its contents and structure.

The ZKMax functions as display and space of interaction as the current status of the «SpacePlace» project is made visible and audible on two large projections screens: One screen serves as a forum for interaction offering the possibility to explore the data pool as well as to add new information via many mobile phones with free public access Bluetooth protocol. The second projection syncs with selections made by the public on the first projection, and plays them as an «Audio Wobble Movie:» images and video 'wobbling' fluidly to the sound of incoming RSS newsfeeds from webblogs and Net sources concerning science and art in outer space. The soundtrack, the result of text-to-speech synthesis of online information, is narrated by an artificial computer-generated voice, over an added track of the 'sounds of space,' a radio feed that 'listens' to what scientists are studying with radio telescopes in real time. This audio controls the generation and spacial distortion of still photo and video sequences retrieved from the data pool by guests in ZKMax. The visitors experience the terrestrial simulation of an orbital artwork. This Bluetooth interface is local to ZKMax, yet simulates a sort of 'ground station' of inquiry into Space Art by guests acting as «orbitants.»

From 07-16 June 2006, the 49th session of the UN-Committee on the Uses of Outer Space will be held in Vienna [http://www.unoosa.org]. The launch of the project ªSpacePlace: Art in the Age of Orbitization´ online and at the ZKMax in Munich on 07 June 2006 marking the day the United Nations convenes in Vienna to discuss the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.
