درباره من حوزه شغلی من مهندس نرم‌افزار با مدرک کارشناسی ارشد می‌باشد و بیش‌ از ۲۰ سال سابقه حرفه‌ای در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات دارم. خود را علاقمند به فناوری، آینده‌پژوهی و مباحث نظری و فلسفی می‌دانم. سابقه‌ام در اسگاردیا در تاریخ 27 مهر ۱۳۹۵ به اسگاردیا پیوستم. در دوره اول انتخابات پارلمان اسگاردیا در سال ۱۳۹۷، به افتخار نمایندگی فارسی‌زبانان در ناحیه ۱۱ انتخاباتی اسگاردیا نائل آمدم. در پارلمان اسگاردیا در کمیته اطلاعات و ارتباطات مشغول به فعالیت شدم و در تاریخ ۱ فروردین ۱۳۹۸ به سمت معاونت و از تاریخ 20 مهر ۱۴۰۰ به ریاست این کمیته منصوب شدم. علاوه بر جلسات مجازی، در جلسات اسگاردیا در استانبول در سال 1397 و تالین در سال ۱۳۹۸ حضور داشته‌ام. در اسگاردیا و پارلمان چه کارهایی انجام داده‌ام من به همراه سایر اعضای کمیته و پارلمان، در پروژه‌های متعددی شرکت داشته‌ام. برخی از این پروژه‌ها با محوریت شخصی خودم و برخی دیگر از پروژه‌ها با هدایت یا همکاری سایر اعضای پارلمان، دولت و اسگاردیا به انجام رسیده. فهرست زیر برخی از این پروژه‌هایی‌ست که شخصاً آنها را مدیریت کرده‌ ام یا در انجام آنها مشارکت داشته‌ام: - باز ترجمه متن قانون اساسی اولیه و ترجمه متن جدید قانون اساسی اسگاردیا به زبان فارسی، - همکاری و مدیریت زیر کمیته روابط عمومی و کمک به فرایند روابط عمومی در اسگاردیا، - استخراج الزامات قانون اساسی مربوط به فعالیت‌های کمیته اطلاعات و ارتباطات پارلمان، - همکاری در پروژه شبکه اجتماعی اختصاصی اسگاردیا(AsgardiSocial)، - مطالعه ابعاد حقوقی قانون آزادی بیان و حفظ هویت شهروندان، - تدوین قانون انتشار عمومی(Broadcasting) در اسگاردیا، - تدوین طرح استفاده از نظرسنجی در تعیین استراتژی‌های اسگاردیا، - تدوین سیاست در زمینه‌ دامنه‌های اینترنتی و پست الکترونیکی اسگاردیا، - همکاری در تدوین قوانین حفاظت اطلاعات شخصی، قانون اطلاعات حساس و سایر پروژه‌های حقوقی کمیته، - انجام مطالعات اولیه برای ایجاد دايره‌العمارف اختصاصی اسگاردیا. در صورت انتخاب مجدد در پارلمان چه می‌کنم؟ باور دارم که تجربه پنج‌ساله کار در پارلمان به ما کمک می‌کنم تا نقاط قوت و ضعف اسگاردیا را بهتر بشناسیم. بنابراین اگر انتخاب شوم: - بر روی تدوین یک نقشه راهبردی(Strategic Plan) برای اسگاردیا کار خواهم کرد. چنین طرحی به ما کمک می‌کند تا بتوانیم توانایی خود را برروی حل مشکلات اسگاردیا از جمله مشکلات اقتصادی، جذب شهروندان بیشتر و به رسمیت شناخته شدن در جامعه جهانی متمرکز کنیم، - در مورد جامعه فارسی‌زبانان اسگاردیا، تلاش می‌کنم که امکان مشارکت بیشتر فارسی‌زبانان در اسگاردیا ایجاد شود. در حال حاضر متاسفانه برای فارسی‌زبانان مشارکت در اسگاردیا به سادگی میسر نیست. من از پیشنهاد مطرح شده در پارلمان برای محاسبه هزینه شهروندی براساس شاخص «برابری قدرت خرید(Purchasing power parity)» حمایت می‌کنم. این طرح به شهروندان اسگاردیا در تمامی کشورها کمک می‌کند تا با توان اقتصادی متناسب با قدرت خرید کشور محل اقامت‌شان به اسگاردیا ملحق شوند. همچنین از هر طرح یا ایده‌ای که امکان مشارکت اقتصادی شهروندان به ويژه فارسی‌زبانان را در جامعه اسگاردیا فراهم کند، حمایت می‌کنم، - در حوزه اطلاعات و ارتباطات که کمیته تخصصی من است، روی قوانینی متمرکز خواهم بود که بتواند ارتباط بیشتر در جامعه جهانی اسگاردیا را تسهیل کند، - علیرغم تمام فعالیت‌های انجام شده، معتقدم که از منظر کلی مهمتر کلید موفقیت اسگاردیا به رسمیت شناخته شدن در جامعه جهانی‌ست. من متعهد به شرکت و حمایت از هرگونه ابتکار یا مذاکره‌ای خواهم بود که با هدف به رسمیت شناخته شدن اسگاردیا صورت پذیرد، ازجمله هرگونه همکاری با کشورها، سازمان‌ها و فعالان صنعت فضایی، - همچنین معتقد به پیداکردن راه‌حل‌ها و ابتکاراتی برای جذب کارشناسان و چهره‌های سرشناس به اسگاردیا هستم. ما ممکن است توانایی مالی یا فناوری برای رقابت با بازیگران بزرگ صنعت فضایی مانند ناسا و اسپیس‌ایکس را نداشته باشیم. اما در زمینه‌هایی مانند مشارکت اجتماعی، فرهنگ فضایی، و دمکراتیزه کردن فضا قابلیت‌هایی داریم که می‌تواند به ما امکان دهد تا بعنوان یک بازیگر عرصه فضایی نقش‌آفرین باشیم. ما باید پتانسیل‌ها و نقاط قوت خود را بشناسیم و از آنها استفاده کنیم و بتوانیم افراد متخصص بیشتری را به اسگاردیا جذب کنیم، - معتقدم یکی از امکاناتی که باید در حال حاضر و در آینده در اسگاردیا بیشتر از آن استفاده کنیم، فناوری هوش‌مصنوعی‌ست. پیشرفت‌های اخیر در این فناوری می‌تواند به گونه‌ای موثر در اسگاردیا مفید واقع شود. من تمامی تلاش خود را برای ایجاد زیرساخت‌ها و زمینه‌های لازم برای استفاده از هوش‌مصنوعی در اسگاردیا به کار خواهم برد. من معتقدم که علیرغم تمام مشکلات می‌توانیم اسگاردیا را تبدیل به یک جنبش جهانی برای دمکراتیزه کردن فضا کنیم. فکر می‌کنم اسگاردیا جنبشی فضایی برای آینده‌ای درخشان‌تر بشریت است...

The primary objective of the Asgardia Space Nation is to establish a settlement in space, and to achieve this goal, organized efforts are being pursued by the governmental bodies and citizens. Although in this path, Asgardia is facing many difficulties such as scientific, legal, cultural and economic challenges. As a progressive and futuristic society, it is expected form Asgardia to employ the best and latest achievements in science and technology for its development. Recently, the arrival of artificial intelligence into human society has brought many surprises and discussions. Large Language and hybrid models, which are publicly and commercially available now, can surprisingly increase the efficiency and effectiveness of various tasks in human society. As Asgardia is a progressive nation, this is not far from expectation that the achievements of artificial intelligence will be used effectively in the government and society of this nation. But the question is how Asgardia can use artificial intelligence for its missions and objectives. Based on my personal experience in last few months with intelligent systems, as well as five years of working with the Parliament, I can suggest some ideas on Asgardia can use artificial intelligence to the extent of the capabilities currently available to the public: - Using artificial intelligence to reduce the language barrier: Asgardia is a worldwide community including people from different cultures. Previously, efforts have been made to use simultaneous translations in a few languages in Asgardia official sittings, and also to publish some important documents, such as the Constitution, in different languages. But AI language models, in addition to increasing the quality of machine translations, can produce or convert the content and subjects discussed in Asgardia in a simpler context for the public and in different languages. This capability can contribute the unity and solidarity of the international community of Asgardia. - Use of artificial intelligence to reduce the expertise gap: One of the problems in Asgardia is dealing with complex concepts. Understanding the technical, scientific, commercial and legal issues that Asgardia deals with, in many cases requires knowledge of the background of the subject or having related expertise. Since the society of Asgardia is built on democratic values and public participation, it seems crucial to have a public dialogue on these issues in a proper way. AI Language models can provide the ability to present and discuss complex scientific, technical or legal issues in a very simple and understandable language. Certainly, this approach can significantly help the exchange of ideas and opinions in Asgardia society. - The use of artificial intelligence in producing of messages and content: one of Asgardia's most important challenges is to deliver the message and its supreme values to people who are interested or active in space-related activities. The production and distribution of suitable contents, considering the financial and specialized limitations in Asgardia, can be expanded by using AI tools. - Use of artificial intelligence in legislation and governance: One of the biggest challenges in Asgardia's parliament and government is the research and drafting legislations, policies and instructions. AI language models at the current level of capability, can be effectively used for research in legal issues and to check the comprehensiveness of documents. This can increase the speed of work processes in the government and parliament. - Intelligent interaction with users through AI web services like interactive chat and analysis the data of user and citizen and planning based on the analyzed data are among the classic applications of artificial intelligence that can also be used effectively in Asgardia. Of course, it should be noted that the use of artificial intelligence is not without problems. Artificial intelligence at the level of its current capabilities may produce or suggest incorrect information and resources, or reflect the biases and orientations of human society in its productions. Among the Asgardian society, there is a good consensus that Asgardian society should develop away from the traditional and historical problems of terrestrial societies. We certainly don't want these problems and hostilities, hidden among the data generated by AI systems to be transferred to the futuristic society of Asgardia. But at the same time, we need to prepare the country of Asgardia in an optimal way for deployment in space, and artificial intelligence can be a central tool in optimization. We must remember that "resources" are limited in space and every possible method should be used for optimal use of resources.

Motivations in human relationships are influenced by concepts such as fear, power seeking, and temptation. This is a reflection of how many people imagine the future to be; technologically advanced, but still plagued by the same problems that have existed for centuries. But what if the future is not like this? As technology continues to advance, it has the potential to solve many of the issues and functionalities that have plagued humanity for centuries. For example, as automation and artificial intelligence become more prevalent, the need for money as a means of exchange may disappear. Production will increase to the point where goods and services can be distributed freely and justly. Moreover, advancements in brain cognition and related technologies may eliminate anti-values such as depression, violence, prejudice, and racism, and strengthen values such as altruism, hope, justice, and moral values. These technologies can help us to develop a more positive and compassionate attitude towards ourselves and the world. Building a utopia or dystopia in the future depends a lot on how we view ourselves and the world now and in the future. If we continue to imagine the future through the lens of the "Star Wars Paradigm," we may miss out on the potential for a truly transformative future. But by recognizing that the values and concepts that shape our society will and should evolve alongside technology, we can work towards a future where humanity thrives.

I am living in the Middle east, somewhere that don't allow driving a motorcycle to women, I know it's tremendously Awful So, I was silent; But I was hearing inside me: I am just a Homo sapiens that is a little bit different! I always knew I wasn’t a man neither a woman– I’d known that since I was a kid. When my friends would talk about sexuality and being attracted to one gender or another, I realized I didn't feel that way. I was attracted to people regardless of gender; But I couldn't come out, to find the words to describe who I am. I would like to say loudly, I'M JUST A HUMAN BEAING!

در روزهای اخیر و تقریباً با شتاب، کار ترجمه فارسی و سپس برگردان نسخة جدید و اصلاح‌شدة قانون اساسی اسگاردیا را به پایان رساندیم. بلافاصله پس از ارسال نسخة نهایی ترجمه‌شده به نخست‌وزیر، همه‌پرسی قانون اساسی اسگاردیا شروع شد. در این میان، از آنجایی که تغییرات اعمال‌شده روی قانون اساسی، حاصل جلسات و بحث‌های فراوان در مجلس و مدیریت اسگاردیا بود و همچنین اغلب همراهان اسگاردیا از زمینه‌های آن بی‌اطلاعند، بر آن شدم تا با تهیة این گزارش، موارد تغییر را به اطلاع شهروندان گرامی فارسی‌زبان اسگاردیا برسانم تا ضمن بی‌نیاز کردن علاقه‌مندان به تطبیق متن اولیه و متن جدید، شما را در جریان مهم‌ترین تغییرات قانون اساسی قرار دهم: فصل ۱- اعلامیه همبستگی اسگاردیا (همچنین ماده ۳ – مأموریت) • بر چشم‌انداز علمی اسگاردیا، تولد اولین انسان درفضا تاکید شده است. ماده 1- نام کشور • اصطلاحات مورد استفاده در تعاریف اسگاردیا توسعه یافته است. ماده 6- شهروندان • شرایط خاتمه‌یافتن و به‌عبارتی الغای شهروندی اسگاردیا بازتعریف شده است. • تعداد و جمعیت هدف جامعة اسگاردیا در میان و بلندمدت به 150 میلیون نفر محدود شده است. • تا زمانی که قانون و تعاریف شهروندی تکمیل شود، افراد ساکن (کسانی که شرایط عضویت در اسگاردیا را بپذیرند و هزینة سالانه آن را پرداخت کنند) از حقوقی معادل شهروندان برخوردار خواهند بود. ماده 13- منابع مالی • میزان و نحوة انتشار واحد پولی اسگاردیا (سولار) برعهدة قوانینی خواهد بود که توسط بانک ملی اسگاردیا تدوین می‌شود. همچنین امکان ایجاد واحدهای پولی دیگر نیز پیش‌بینی شده است. ماده 27- زبان • این امکان پیش‌بینی شده است که زبان‌های جدیدی به ۱۲ زبان رسمی اسگاردیا اضافه یا از برخی از آن‌ها کاسته شود (متأسفانه این تهدید برای زبان فارسی با توجه به مشارکت پایین فارسی‌زبانان در اسگاردیا وجود دارد). ماده 28- پایتخت • تعریف بهتری از پایتخت فضایی اسگاردیا ارائه شده است که در متن قبلی از وضوح لازم برخوردار نبود. ماده 30- حکمرانی • نقش رئیس کشور، از قوای سه‌گانه تفکیک، و امکان انجام تشریفات تاج‌گذاری برای او پیش‌بینی شده است. ماده 31- نظام حقوقی • اختیارات شورای عالی فضایی برای بررسی انطباق قوانین با قانون اساسی و ارائة درخواست لغو قوانین تصویب شدة متنافض با قانون اساسی تصریح شده و افزایش یافته است، البته لغو قوانین باید با دستور دادگاه انجام شود و شورای عالی فضایی تنها می‌تواند در نقش پیشنهاددهنده ظاهر شود. ماده 32- رئیس کشور • بر نقش رئیس کشور به‌عنوان رئیس شورای عالی فضایی تأکید شده است. • شرط سنی برای رئیس کشور حذف شده است. • در صورت بروز هرگونه اتفاق برای او و عدم توانایی‌اش در اداره کشور، مسئولیت به شورای عالی فضایی انتقال پیدا می‌کند. • برخی اختیارات رئیس کشور در عزل و نصب سمت‌های کلید مانند دادستان کل، کاهش یافته و تأیید عزل و نصب این سمت‌ها به مجلس انتقال سپرده شده است. ماده 33- شورای عالی فضایی (که قبلاً در ماده 36 تعریف شده بود) • ترکیب شورای عالی فضایی شامل اعضای حقوقی مشتمل بر رئیس کشور، رئیس دولت، رئیس پارلمان، قاضی ارشد، رئیس دفتر رئیس کشور است و اعضای حقیقی نیز دربرگیرندة هر شخصی‌ست که دستاوردی ویژه‌ برای اسگاردیا داشته باشد و مورد تأیید اعضای شورا قرار گیرد. • صلاحیت‌ها و اختیارات شورای عالی فضایی گسترش یافته و برخی اختیارات رئیس کشور به آن منتقل شده است. ماده 34- مجلس • شرط سنی برای نمایندگی مجلس حذف شده است. • رئیس کشور و شورای عالی فضایی می‌توانند مجلس را منحل کنند. تا پیش از این رئیس کشور و دادستان کل از قدرت انحلال مجلس برخوردار بودند. • برای اعلام وضعیت فوق‌العاده، تأیید مجلس ضروری است، پیش‌ از این، تنها دستور رئیس کشور لازم بود. ماده 35- دولت • برای تصدی سمت وزارت، شروطی مانند داشتن مدرک تحصیلی و تجارب مرتبط و سلامت جسمی اضافه شده است. • شرط سنی برای تصدی سمت وزارت حذف شده است. • در متن اصلاحی جدید تأکید شده است که دولت باید پس از انتخابات رئیس کشور یا انتخابات مجلس استعفا کند. ماده 36- دادگاه • انتصاب قضات مادام‌العمر خواهد بود و تنها در مواردی که توسط قانون پیش‌بینی شده، عزل می‌شوند. • بر الزام‌آور بودن احکام دادگاه‌ها برای شهروندان اسگاردیا تأکید شده است. ماده 39- بانک ملی • بر نقش بانک ملی در راستای ایجاد نظام متمرکز مالی و محرمانگی اطلاعات مالی تأکید شده است. • دوره و نحوة تصدی ریاست بانک ملی با وضوح بیشتری بیان شده است. ماده 42- اولین قانون اساسی اسگاردیا • برخی ابهامات کلامی که در نسخة قبلی قانون اساسی وجود داشت رفع شده‌اند. نوید باصری – نمایندة فارسی‌زبانان در مجلس اسگاردیا
