MY NAME IS NAIIM ABOU KHALIL.  I WOULD LIKE A PLACE IN THE ASGARDIAN GOVERNMENT TO REPRESENT ASGARDIANS TO INSURE FAIR AND IMPARTIAL TREATMENT FOR ALL CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF ASGARDIA.

I SEE A FUTURE WHERE ALL HUMANS ARE GIVEN THE BASIC RIGHTS EVERYONE DESERVES. I SEE THESE RIGHTS AS THE BASIC RIGHT TO HEALTHCARE, HOUSING, FOOD, AND SECURITY.

THESE ARE NOT OUT OF REACH TO ASGARDIA.  THROUGH THE CAREFUL REGULATION OF SPACE IN OUR STATION, PROPER ALLOCATION OF RESOURCES, WORK, AND WEALTH WE ON ASGARDIA CAN ACHIEVE WHAT THOSE ON EARTH COULDN'T DREAM BEING POSSIBLE.

MY VISION OF ASGARDIA

MY VISION OF ASGARDIA IS ONE WHERE THE CITIZENS DON’T NEED MONEY TO LIVE DAY TO DAY. FOOD GROWN OR PRODUCED ON THE STATION WOULD BE RATIONED TO EACH CITIZEN ON A DAILY BASIS.  ALL WOULD EAT HEALTHY FOOD WITH NO ONE GOING HUNGRY.  CLOTHING WOULD BE PROVIDED AS A UNIFORM FOR DAILY WEAR AND DRESS UNIFORM FOR OFFICIAL EVENTS.  DAMAGED OR OLD CLOTHING WOULD BE EXCHANGED FOR NEW. THE OLD, BEING MADE OF RECYCLABLE MATERIAL WOULD BE RECYCLED.  EDUCATION WOULD BE MANDATORY THROUGH TO HIGH SCHOOL AND CAREER EDUCATION.  CAREERS WOULD BE BASED ON ACADEMIC ABILITY WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF CAREER CHANGES.

WORK WOULD BE ASSIGNED BASED ON TRAINING OR EDUCATION.  THE SALARY WOULD NOT BE PAYMENT AS WE THINK OF IT NOW.  IT WOULD BE BASED ON A CREDIT SYSTEM.  THESE CREDITS WOULD BE USED FOR PERSONAL ITEMS SUCH AS TRIPS BACK TO EARTH, OR ITEMS FOR SALE IN ASGARDIAN SHOPS AND MARKETS.  THESE WOULD NOT BE EVERYDAY ITEMS PEOPLE NEED BUT COMFORT ITEMS.  ASGARDIA WOULD MAKE INCOME FROM WORK PERFORMED BY CITIZENS TO SELL BACK TO EARTH IN THE FORM OF GOODS, INFORMATION OR SERVICES.  THESE ITEMS WOULD BE SOLD AT 60% OVER THE COST OF PRODUCTION.  INCOME FROM ASGARDIA WOULD BE BROKEN DOWN AS SUCH 40% FOR PRODUCTION 20% FOR ASGARDIA EXPANSION AND UPKEEP.  40 FOR THE CREDIT SYSTEM.

IN TIME THIS SYSTEM WOULD BUILD UP A FINANCIAL HOLDING DUE TO THE FACT THAT CITIZENS WOULD NOT BE DRAWING CREDITS ALL OF THE TIME, LIKE BANKS TODAY, THE CREDIT SYSTEM WOULD BE ABLE TO HOLD A RESERVE LARGE ENOUGH TO COVER ALL CITIZEN CREDITS. ALSO SHOPS, MARKETS, AND SERVICES ON ASGARDIA WOULD PAY TAX FOR THEIR BUSINESSES.

IN THIS WAY THE CITIZENS OF ASGARDIA WILL BE FREE OF THE BURDENS HUMANS ON EARTH HAVE HAD TO CARRY SINCE THE BEGINNING OF TIME.

I BELIEVE THIS IS POSSIBLE, VOTE FOR ME AND TOGETHER LET’S REACH FOR THE STARS AND MAKE IT HAPPEN.

Time has come and humanity is ready to ascend into the space. We shall roam the universe one day. Einstein was among the first who could imagine it and helped a lot to advance our race and existence to this very moment. In my opinion in order to make this mission successful we should assign roles to each and every aspect of lives of Asgardians. We shall commit to our roles and duties and excel at each and every aspect of them. We should strive to Unity and Synchronisation among us as people of the Future. We gonna be the pioneers and settlers at the orbit. We shall remain calm and peaceful observes and guardians of the humanity. Science fiction is now more real than ever. You just have to open your eyes. Generations to come will see in you and me the example of admiration and action. So weighing thoughts, words and actions carefully is of high value. May the Future guide our path and kindness to all living beings guide our hearts. Sacrifices will be necessary and it would most prominent to sacrifice our stereotypes towards each other and each others resources and abilities to work according to the Conduct. The Conduct must be the heart of our community. Otherwise there is no sense in Ethics and Law and Order. Generations should be raised with accordance to morals and guided towards the Light within. Cause in Space there are many stars. And the only light that we will maintain present at all circumstances is that one we carry with ourselves.

I'd like to nominate myself for the role of leadership for the presence for thorough advanced thinking and openness to ideas. I will put the nation of Asgard and it's well being as my top priority to guarantee advances in Technology and Social Humane existence. Our steps to wards exploring the space begin as baby step, but as the old proverb goes journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. So let us begin and be pioneers, brave explorers, and good example for generations to come.

I'm talking about how to deal with life after school - how to pay taxes, buy a car/apartment, find a kindergarten and school for your future kids, right a CV, look for a job and much more stuff that are very crucial, but are not taught. It can be hard for someone to leave the life that he knows and try and survive by his/her own when he knows nothing about some things that look simple only from a first glance, like getting a place to live at by your own. Not everybody have someone to teach them this stuff out of school/college/university and/or help them with this.
I know that some schools had this subject in late 90' and early 00' and some universities in Russia had it at the 80'. But somehow, even though it proved itself as the most useful subject, I suddenly don't hear about it anywhere anymore.

Think this book by Yuval noah Harari should be our root of education.

For those who havnt read it, please do , its an amazing book explanning the origin of human kind and their developmant.

A must know facts and theories by any future asgardian citizen in my opinion.
