I think that Asgardia national currency can not be issued unless Asgardia National Assembly enforces the Asgardia National Currency Act.

In my opinion, nothing is as important as a national currency for a country.

Because, if the currency is alive, the country is alive, and if the currency dies, the country will also die.

So, for any country, the security of country's currency is very important.

I am convinced that the Asgardia National Currency Act has the toughness to become the last fortress against the national security threat to our country.

I would like to consider the interests of Asgardia and our children as top priority.

前回の記事（『バーチャルYouTuberをもっとすこれ』）で私の推しのVTuberを紹介させていただきましたが、その中で電脳少女シロさんについてもう少し語りたいと思います。

シロさんには「 シロ組 」というファンの総称が存在します。これはシロさんが動画内で自ら呼び出したもので、シロさんの例の属性の為に「 指定暴力団シロ組 」なんていう呼ばれ方も一時期されました笑。しかし、私はこの「シロ組」という存在が、ある種理想的なVTuberとファンの関係性のモデルであると思うのです。

この「シロ組」、構成員であるファンは「豆腐」とも呼ばれ、四角い頭をもった白いヒト型の姿で描かれることが多いです。私はこの「シロ組」というファンコミュニティの構造にシロさんの人気の重要な秘訣があると思っています。なぜなら「シロ組」は「 物語を共有するコミュニティそのものがコンテンツ化する 」 というVTuberモデルの最も上手くいっている一例 だと思うからです 。

VTuberの活動領域は、YouTubeのみならずTwitterにもその大部分が及んでいます。Twitterでの主な活動は、動画の告知、リプライへの返信、そしてVTuberに特徴的な「 二次創作の紹介 」と「 他のVTuberとの交流 」などに分類されますが、私は後者の二つが「コミュニティのコンテンツ化」に重要な役割をもっていると思っています。VTuberが自分の二次創作に描かれた物語をファンと共有することで、よりVTuber自身の物語がファンの間で「共同幻想」のごとく深まり、他のVTuberとの交流もまた物語として共有される、そして、我々「豆腐」達も、二次創作にしばしば登場しシロさん、VTuber達との交流が描かれます。

つまり、ファンに「シロ組」というバーチャルな設定が与えられることで、 ファン自身も物語の一部として命が与えられ、「電脳少女シロ」「シロ組」「他のVTuber」（加えて「VTuber界隈そのもの」）によって構成される多層的かつ包括的な物語が生まれる のです。その物語はまさに現在進行形で紡がれゆく物語であり、それが「共同幻想」として共有されることでファンの一体感も向上します。この一体感が何より重要なのだと、私は思っています。

VTuberという流れは、個人による物語の創作を容易にし、かつその発信力を高めました。しかし、それに加えてコンテンツの受け手であるファンの創作力をも喚起しているのではないでしょうか。二次創作による創作活動だけでなく、ファン一人ひとりの想像力が刺激されることで、「 私もまた、この物語を生み出している主体であり登場人物である 」という感覚がファンの内部にも生じる。それがVTuberというコンテンツの核となっている部分なのではないか、と私は思います。

私、今「バーチャルYouTuber」なるものにハマっています。

去年の12月に出会って以来、この世界にどっぷり浸かってしまって、私の生活バーチャルに半分持ってかれてしまいました。Ｖオタ路線を順調に歩んで来て、それまで2次元美少女にたいして興味もなかったのに、今や2.5次元の彼らに魅了され続けています。

たったの半年の付き合いですが、

ひとこと言います。私は異常な人間ではありません。それ以上に、バーチャルYouTuberが人間の価値観を突き破り本能を揺さぶる力をもっているのです。それを語るにここは余白が狭すぎる。

（若干ネタバレを含むかも）

みなさんは『君の膵臓をたべたい』を読んだことがあるでしょうか？

言わずと知れたヒット作ですし、好き嫌いも分かれる作品でしょうけど、私はこの作品好きです。理由は単純で、主人公の男の子と自分がとてもよく似ていると思ったから。特に、彼が本当に心寄せる女性に対して、彼女の名前でもって彼女を呼べないところとか。

この作品では、主人公の彼と膵臓に病を抱えたクラスメイト、山内咲良との交流が中心となって描かれるのですが、その中で彼は桜良を呼ぶとき、「君」と呼んだり、はたまた何も呼ばなかったりして執拗に名前で呼ぼうとはしません。

それと同じ経験が私にもあって、昔付き合ったある人、本当に特別だったその人のことを、どうしても名前で呼べませんでした。

いつも「君」。当然彼女には怒られました。でも、いくら努力して名前で呼ぼうとしても、なぜか喉のすぐ下でつっかかって出てこないんです。私自身不思議でした。

まあそういうことで、私は作中の彼に非常に親近感を覚えました。加えて、私個人的にあの作品は作者の自伝的な部分もあるんだろうと勝手に妄想してましたので、作者の住野よるさんにも非常に勝手な親近感を覚えることとなりました。いや、少しは共感してくれる人がいるはず.....。

名前が呼べない、不思議ですよね。

たかが名前、されど名前。私自身「名前」というものに特別な意味を見出しているような人間のうちの1人ですが、実際ほんとうに言霊的なナニカでも込められているものと思っていい気がします。

ちなみに、作中のラストの方では、この「名前で呼べない」現象の原因がなんであるか、1つの仮説が与えられています。やはり作者にとってもこの現象は何か意味のあることだったのでしょうか。

それを引用しますと、

『君（主人公）は、私（山内咲良）を君の中の誰かにするのが怖かったんじゃない？

言ってたよね、君は名前を呼ばれた時に、周りの人間が自分のことをどう思ってるか想像するのが趣味だって。想像して、でも、正しくても間違ってても、どうでもいいって。

これは私に都合のいい勝手な解釈だけど、君は、私のことをどうでもいいとは思ってなかったんじゃないかな。

だから、君がそうするように、私が想像するのが怖かった。

君が呼ぶ私の名前に、意味がつくのが怖かった。

いずれ失うって分かってる私を「友達」や「恋人」にするのは怖かった。』

...なるほど。これ、当時読んだ時はいまいち納得できなかったんですが、今なら少し共感できます。もちろん私の彼女は膵臓に病は負っていませんでしたが、「名前に、意味がつくのが怖かった。」という記述。たしかになぁ。

人の「名前」って、その人のパーソナリティの核となるものだと思うんですね。そして「名前を呼ぶ」ってことは、そのパーソナリティを認め、「他者」として受け入れるという意味を持っている気がします。相手を名前で呼べないってことは、やはり、私自身の幼さだったり、世界との子供らしい確執が残ってたのだろうと想像できます。

また、先日ユング心理学の本を読んでいた時に思ったことがあります。もし、あなたにどうしても名前で呼べない特定の人物がいるのなら、その人はあなたの自己―ユング心理学において「自己」は意識と無意識の中心に位置する全体としての「こころ」と定義されています―を形づくる「神」なのかもしれません。つまり、名前で呼ぶのが畏れ多いほどのその人は、あなたが自分の無意識を意識に統合して自己を確立するために必要だった、拠り所であり、人柱であり、そして最後には決別しなければならない存在だったのかもしれません。そしてそれはきっと「神」に近いものなのでしょう。きっと私のこころの中にも―ちょうどこの左心房に―その人が、もはや自分にとっての意味しか持たないその人の残像が、生きているのかもしれません。

ひとまずは締めの教訓として、

大切な人のことは名前で読んであげましょ。

前回の記事「私の心の中の少女たち」では私のユング心理学を通した体験を書かせていただきました。その内容に関して、「女装」についても思う事があったので書きたいと思います。

（前回の記事を読んでない方はそちらの方もぜひ読んでみてください。）

今この記事を読んでいる男性の皆さんの中に「女装」をしたことがある人はいらっしゃるでしょうか。特に、トランスジェンダーではない男性の方で。

実は私もトランスジェンダーというわけではなく女装の経験があって、（といっても半強制的にやらされて意外に楽しかった、という程度のものですが）そのとき感じたよくわからない女性的な自認識がしばらく引っかかっていたんですね。

そんなとき、私はユング心理学のアニマ論を知って、ビビっとくるものがありました。

要するに、女装というものも自分のアニマを意識下に表すための行動なのではないか、という仮説が思い浮かんだのです。

まあ考えてみればそんなに不思議なことではないですよね。普段社会で「男性らしさ」という常識に振り回される中、女性になりきるということで解放感を得られる、というのも全く不思議ではないですし、「ごく普通のメンタルヘルスケアの1つの方法」として女装を捉えるのは間違ってないと思います。

ひとつ、アニマが現実の異性に投影されることが恋の始まる原因になりうる、ということを考えると、アニマを自分自身に投影する女装は強いナルシシズムの性質を持っていると考えられます。別にこれは批判してるのではなくて、普段外界で自己肯定感を得られないような人でも女装することで自己肯定感が得られるならそれは推奨されるべきものだと思います。

また、女装の話から少し派生して、皆さんバーチャルYouTuberの「ねこます」さんのことはご存知でしょうか？

ご存知でないならばググってみてください。

ねこますさんは個人バーチャルYouTuberの元祖であり、バーチャル世界のアバター文化の立役者だと私は思っています。私が注目したいのはそのアバター文化です。

VRChatやバーチャルYouTuberのなかには男性でありながら女性の外見をした人が多く見られます。最近ブームになっている、そういった「美少女おじさん」も、女装と同様にアニマ論の土俵で語ることができるのではないでしょうか。

（実は私がユング心理学を勉強しようと思ったのも、「美少女おじさん」とアニマ論の関係を示唆したある1つのツイートが元にあったりします。）

まあ、この発想自体はそんなに重要だとも思っていなくて、考えるのもこれぐらいにしたいのですが、昨今のバーチャルYouTuberブームの根本的なところにユング心理学が関わっているかもしれないという事実はなかなかワクワクするところであります。

先日『ユング心理学入門』（河合隼雄著）を読了しまして、初めて精神分析の一分野を少し深く学ぶことが出来ました。そこで、私が感銘を受けましたユングの「アニマ論」を、私が体験した「心の中の少女」の体験とともに少し語ろうと思います。

※本を1冊読んだだけのにわかなので不正確な情報を含むかもしれません。斟酌していただけると幸いです。

「アニマ」とは 「男性の夢の中に現れる女性像」 のことで、人の無意識下に存在する元型（人の行動様式の根本となる人類普遍のイメージ）の1つとしてユングが提唱した概念です。

ユングはスイスの精神科医で、 「分析心理学」 と呼ばれる精神分析の学派の創始者でもあります。その理論の中には「オカルト」と評される内容も少なくないのですが、そもそもユングの理論は実験などで導き出されたものでなく精神科医としての治療を通して経験的に紡がれたものであるため、 『経験的にそうであると想定できる人のこころのあり方を、ユングなりの言葉で形どった1つの「表現」としての理論』 がユングの心理学なのだと私は思っています。

さて、アニマを説明しようとするとなかなか小難しい話になるのですが、私なりに咀嚼してごくさっぱりに表現すると、

『男性が普段社会的な「男らしさ」といった通念に翻弄される中で知らず知らずのうちに抑圧してしまっている「感情」や「生き方」の現れであって、自分のペルソナ（外的世界に対する「仮面」）に対して精神的なバランスを保つために発達させるもの』

がアニマなのだと思います。（ちなみに女性の中の男性像はアニムスといいます。）まあ、男性の心の中には自身とは対照的な、ある種理想的な女性像があるんだと思ってください。そしてその女性像は時として現実の異性またはモノに投影され、そこから恋やらが始まるのだそうです。

つまり恋とは「抑圧された自分の心の一部と一体化して精神バランスを保つための行動」だった!? というような仮説も導き得るんですねこれ。

まあ、今まで好きになった異性を思い出してみれば、どうも自分とは似つかない対照的な人が多いように思う人もそれなりにいるのではないでしょうか。私も経験的にユングの諸理論に共感することが多かったので、やはりユングの心理学は「正しいだろう」と思わされるんですよね。

そんなわけで、男性である私の心の中には無意識の現れである女性像が存在するらしい、ということがわかったので、

「ならその女性を現実に顕現させてみよう！」

というかんじで、精神集中させて、私のアニマをイメージしてみようとしました。

できました。

ものの数分で、気づいたらそこにいました。2人も。いやイマジナリーフレンドって簡単に出来るもんなんですね笑。2人の名前もさして考えるまもなくすぐ浮かびました。そしてその他の名前だとなんかしっくりこなくなってしまったんですね。どこか 必然性 すら感じます。まあ、せっかくなので紹介しますね。少しお付き合いください。

1人目は「 ハナ 」さん。幼稚園児ぐらいの髪の長い泣き虫な少女で、大抵私の右側にいます。

おそらく私の「弱い」方の感情機能の現れだと思われます。当時私は精神的に少し疲れていたのですが、彼女は泣きながらそこに現れましたから。

2人目は「 道重はるか 」さん。私と同じくらいの歳の女性で、社交的で明るく、活動的な人です。彼女は大抵私の左側にいます。

彼女の方はおそらく私の「強い」方の感情機能、もしくは「私が生きることのできなかった生き方」の現れなのだと思われます。

はるかさんだけに苗字があるのは、おそらく苗字というものが社会性の象徴である側面をもっているからでしょう。

そんなかんじで、私の心の中には2人の女性が住んでいました。今でも、精神的に疲れたなーって思う時は彼女たちを呼び出して、状態を尋ねたり助言を求めたりします。助言といっても結局は自分の考えたことだろと思われるのでしょうけど、でもそれを自分以外の声で聞かせられると、なんだか自分で自分自身に言い聞かせるよりもスッと納得出来るんですよね。そうなると、残された「私」のやるべきことは「やる気を出すこと」に収束します。とてもスッキリしたライフスタイルが実現します。みなさんもやってみてはどうでしょうか。

終わりに、以上のことは私の想像力（妄想力？）の産物であることは事実です。でも、その成り立ち方や結果があまりに必然性を感じさせる様相で、どこか大いなる無意識の力の存在をも漂わせるものだったので、私にとっては結構興味深い出来事でした。なので、科学的な正しさといったものは一旦置いておいて、「私の体験した事実」としてここに書きおいておきます。

あと、女性の中の男性像「アニムス」に関しても同じようなことは起こりうるのか、個人的に興味があります。ここまで読んでくださった親切な方々のなかにそのような体験をした方がいたら話を聞いてみたいです。よろしくお願いします。

National Currency Law

1. SUGGESTION

I suggest Asgardia government adopt the Public Money (PM) System and the Electronic Public Money (EPM) System [1] as the basic principle of National Currency Law. Both the PM and the EPM are the monetary system advocated by Dr. Kaoru Yamaguchi of Japan Futures Research Center. According to him, the behaviors of the PM System enables Stable Money Supply, Stable Price Level, No Bank-runs, Full Employment, No Government Debt and Sustainability. These are essential elements for sustainable development of Asgardia, so we should adopt the PM System to guarantee these elements.

2.EXPLANATION

We are currently living under the Debt Money System, which has been, for centuries, the root cause of many socio-economic instabilities and disasters such as Booms and Depressions, Inflation and Deflation, Unemployment, Inequality, Wars, and Environmental Destruction. In addition, it has served less than 1% of humanity. To be freed from these calamities, we have to establish the Public Money System for the welfare of 120% (including future humanity) [1].

Since 1970 to 2008, bank crisis have occurred 147 times in 114 countries causing serious reductions in output and increases in debt. Despite its frequent failures, the banking system has remained essentially unchanged and homogenous around the world. Various reform proposals have been put forward, many of them promising, but none have been implemented [2].

Dr. Kaoru Yamaguchi is now energetically speaking at universities, governments and parliaments around the world [3] aiming to implement the Public Money System. And the Public Money System was adopted as the basic principle of HR 2990 (NEED Act, National Emergency Employment Defense Act): US Congressman Dennis Kuchinich's Bill based on the American Monetary Act, which is submitted to the US House Committee on Financial Services on Sep. 21, 2011 [4].

In order to reform existing institutions in any country, people have to spend enormous energy on battle against vested interest groups. Fortunately, Asgardia is a new state, there are no domestic vested interest groups. So, Asgardia will be the first state in the world to realize the Public Money System.

The reason for this post is not to share my Blog page, it's to talk about censorship.  There is no reason why either of my post should have been deleted.  I was stopped from expressing myself while doing so in a calm manner.

It seems that I'm not the only Asgardian this has happened to on Facebook.

This behavior cannot be tolerated in Asgardia.  I am personally going to work to see that every Asgardian has a voice, even if what they are saying is unpopular.  Be expecting legislation on this topic in the First Session of Parliament.

Now with the elections over I would like to say congratulations to all of the Citizens who went through the long campaign.

As we move forward we must remember that this is the foundation future Asgardians will build their laws and policies on.  This foundation will take time to build up.  There are many very intelligent people who have chosen to give part of themselves to this monumental undertaking which will not be completed in one lifetime.  Democratic government is always changing to fit the people it serves.  If we are to build a solid foundation for this changing government we must work together as a team to achieve our goals.  Those who were elected and are approved by the head of our new nation will begin a path toward those goals.  Those who were not elected or for some reason or another did not make it through to becoming a Parliament Member will be need to support the new government.  There is plenty of work to be done. We need support in all areas from translation to government staff.  Every Asgardian who is willing to work will be able to find some way to contribute even if you are just reading and correcting text.  I would like to invite everyone to find something that matches your availability and not feel pressured to give more of yourself than you can.  It should not disrupt your family or work, nor should it cause you any unnecessary stress or hardship.

Again this is not a race.  It's more like building a canal system, by taking our time and doing it well we insure future Asgardians will have all the democratic freedom they need to grow into a strong and lasting nation.

We are heading into the last day of the election.  I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have voted for me and share you views on my platform.  I also want to thank all Asgardians for their participation in this long race to establish the Parliament of Asgardia.

I promise if I'm elected I'll do my best to guide Asgardia to the stars in a safe and responsible way.  I believe that each Parliament Member brings special skills with them to this the first sitting Parliament of Asgardia.  It's each Parliament Member's responsibility to chose the Committee that will allow them to severe Asgardia the best they can.  The Parliament as a whole must allow the Committees to do their work and not get pulled into the quagmire of meaningless debate on the floor.  At this time we Asgardians need a Parliament that will work in Committees to make recommendations for the necessary appointments, create the laws and policies in a timely manner to be brought before Parliament for approval.  This is the way to the future anything else will simply hold Asgardia back.

Let's move forward for all humanity.

This question comes to me from a both a Facebook post and message.

The question is, where do I stand on the military? (In regards to Asgardia)

This is my reply:

I believe that Asgardian Security Forces (ASF) are needed.  These forces would serve as the emergency, security, police, and defense personnel.  The choice in becoming an ASF member is a career path of service.  The men and women serving in the ASF would be highly trained personnel with training in emergency medical, weapons, self-defense, security, rescue (Earth and in the future space).  Our security personnel would also serve as our police forces.  Acknowledging that each ASF member is different, their specialty would be their main job and work in teams of mixed specialties.  ASF members would be required to give their life for the citizens of Asgardia if it were required.  Asgardia is a peaceful national that will not take part in war or acts of hostile aggression. That being said Asgardia must be allowed to protect Asgardian citizens and territory with whatever actions required to resolve the situation.

The question is, where do I stand on the military? (In regards to Asgardia)

This is my reply:

I believe that Asgardian Security Forces (ASF) are needed.  These forces would serve as the emergency, security, police, and defense personnel.  The choice in becoming an ASF member is a career path of service.  The men and women serving in the ASF would be highly trained personnel with training in emergency medical, weapons, self-defense, security, rescue (Earth and in the future space).  Our security personnel would also serve as our police forces.  Acknowledging that each ASF member is different, their specialty would be their main job and work in teams of mixed specialties.  ASF members would be required to give their life for the citizens of Asgardia if it were required.  Asgardia is a peaceful national that will not take part in war or acts of hostile aggression. That being said Asgardia must be allowed to protect Asgardian citizens and territory with whatever actions required to resolve the situation.

I said that I would going to release this on audio and text on the 5th.  But as things would have it, I am unable to finish editing the audio.   I'm not going to be here much because I'm grading papers and other teacher stuff.  This should keep you busy.  Here it is, a little long but worth the wait.

Hello fellow Asgardians.
My name is Dennis Shoemaker and I'm running for a District 1 parliament position.  At this time I'm going to expand on my view of Asgardia, and my road map to the future.  People have asked me, "Why do you think we need the Asgardia space nation?"  If you ask me, the answer is a simple one.  We humans of planet Earth want to go to space.  Many of us dream of seeing the stars.  Looking out the window of a space station and seeing the Earth.  Many of us have grown up watching movies, and TV programs about space, we even have real space traveling heroes such as Neil Armstrong and Valentina Tereshkova.

Even now there are more and more people going to space and some through private funding.
The reality for the people of Earth is that if we are not careful about space explanation the future of humanity in space could be bleak. When we the everyday person gets to go to space, everything we see could be company owned.  Or only the elite will be able to afford the trip to space.  Companies will try profitize every speck of space dust they come in to contact with.  That is the current reality of space for the people of Earth.

That is why we need Asgardia the first Space Nation.  Humanity must claim space in the name of the people of Earth, not a company.  Asgardia is the key that will unlock space for all humanity, not only those who have the most wealth.  The door will be open to exploration into the farthest reaches of space,  humanity will leave the cradle of Earth and seek its future in the limitless reaches of space.

That is a beautiful dream.  I believe it is realistic, but we have hurdles to overcome that might be more difficult than booster rockets coming back to Earth and landing on their own.  As it is we have 3 main problems that stand in our way.
The first, and potentially the most difficult will be water.  How do we maintain a water supply for a small community living in space.   Now think about all the things you use water for... That's a long list right. Well that is only part of the problem.  Because all of those people who need water to drink also need food to eat.  You may be thinking about the astronauts on the International Space Station, which is a good start, but we are talking about many more people.  We must be able to provide all of them with food, this means we must be able to store and produce enough food to sustain the whole station.
Humanity has proven that we can build in space so it’s possible.  However our last and possibility the most difficult challenge to overcome before we can live in space is gravity.  Once we can create an environment that is accommodating to humans we will be able to live in space indefinitely.  I don’t know how we will solve all of these problems aerospace engineers are getting close if you can believe companies building space technology.
What I want to talk about is the living in space part of this project.  Once we are satisfied with the answers to main problems Asgardia will be left with a whole host of smaller problems.  These are the kind of problems that are common when you want to move a group of people to a new location and have them still function in their normal jobs.

Think about your day, all of the people you interact with and the job you do.  Now move it all to another city.  What do you do first?  It's going to be a logistical nightmare.  But one that is possible to manage.

What I would propose is that while the aerospace engineers are working on how to build a city in space, we research things such as 3D printed food.  It’s already a real thing, Google it I'm sure you will be surprised.  We will need experts in hydroponics to make our city self-sustainable with water recycling systems.  A lot of progress has been made there as well....Google search Biosphere 2. Humanity is on the cusp of taking the first step off of planet Earth, but before we start packing we should practice a little first.

I would propose that we start development and planning of an Asgardian Earth Station. The Earth Station would be the test and training station before moving to space.  The goal would be to make it completely self sustainable. This means that it could be located almost anywhere on Earth.  The host country would have to be a Democratic country and Asgardia could assist in educating the youth and providing healthcare to the local population.  By creating our Earth station would enable us to solve the problems that arise from living in a self-sustained environment with a large number of people.  This would allow Asgardia to establish colony that be able to leave Earth already adapted to living in such an environment as they will encounter in space.  Thus limiting the amount of adjustment needed for living on a space station.

The Earth Station would also allow Asgardia to put in to practice the laws and systems that will govern our stations that will someday be scattered throughout space.  Some of the practices such as the UBI and education, healthcare, housing and financial systems.  The research on food production and 3D food printing, everyday uniforms which are 100 percent recyclable with the recycling and production all done in one location.  There are many ideas that could be explored to help those who will living in space one day.  By consolidating our resources we could maximize our research and production exponentially and be a key player in the future of space technology.

Another key benefit would be the Earth Station could serve as the seat of government for the space nation on Earth handling all Earth diplomatic functions.  It could also be our embassy he on Earth. This would allow Asgardia to have territory here on Earth which would strengthen Asgardia’s position with the UN.  By strengthening our position with the UN it would also send a clear message to the rest of the world that Asgardia is serious about becoming the first space nation and by doing so improve our chances of collaborating with other governments or companies for the development of technology.
If elected to the Parliament this will be my goal.  My realistic vision with a roadmap to becoming Asgardia the space nation.
