This pertains to Asgardia finance, funding, and grants administration (also for scholarships and other awards).

Based upon my understanding and experience, I believe that a Different Type of grants program is appropriate, fitting and necessary for Asgardia and its Mission Objectives.  This program must be developed carefully and it will be distinct and (r)evolutionary in comparison to the administration and processing of conventional, typical grants and awards as has been the practice in the past several decades and even the past century and longer on Earth.  We are working on very similar models within MIRNOVA Academy and Foundation and its Programs.  See http://mirnova.org and contact us.  Let us work together to develop a grants program that is good for the Future of both Earth and Space.

For instance, there is an excellent basis in the Academic OLYMPIAD programs that have been conducted for decades in Russia and previously in the Soviet Union.  We are now working with several Russia universities, institutes and centers, in cities that include Moscow, Zelenograd, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk, and Tomsk (and there will be more) on a ROBOTICS OLYMPIAD program.  This will have a very strong SPACE focus.

Asgardia.space profile appears not editable using any of the popular Android mobile browsers while using a VPN. Are not individual integrity & sovereignty of data creation, transmission, storage, access, and replication intrinsic Asgardian core values?

Cannot update profile (nor update this blog post) using Tor Browser on Tails 3.0. This also seems rather un-Asgardian. It would be a shame if these methods continue to be blocked, for I cannot participate in good conscience without data security implemented as a fundamental value.

If anyone sees this, please do let me know if the technical hurdles have been addressed. It's a shame to miss being among the first 37,000 to ratify the Constitution; which I would be today, if the web systems were up to hobbling 2017 Earthling standards.

I've been silently watching these forums develop and have to say, all being said I am very impressed with the way things are going.
Despite the bugs and things breaking I think that you all have done an amazing job at holding together a huge multicultural community with very little support.

That being said I finally decided to create an account today and join in the conversation because I have to say enough has become enough on a certain issue.
But I will come to that in a minute -

When I created my account today I discover that a bug won't let me create the profile I need to complete my registration so that I can vote and accept the constitution,
so bravo on whoever decided to take emergency action and extend the voting day-
Looking at the fact that there have been at least 50,000 additional new people come on board this week I guess that they are all in the same situation.
Despite the arguments to the contrary this seems like a viable solution to the fact that your servers are obviously breaking with this huge load.

I say to everyone at this point YES I am accepting the constitution I have lived in many Constitutional Monarchies and I have never seen a single Monarch cease control.
Although I suppose the potential is obviously there, I am absolutely shocked at the amount of paranoia and distrust that is currently in his community and I applaud the Global admins Rebekah Berg and Jason Rainbow for their wonderful
control of the situation.  As well as the whole team of moderators who are so many I really cannot remember all your names.

and I am absolutely disgusted to find that you are "Chapter Advocate for Japan" and that you actually are a representative of this wonderful project.
You are by far the most vocal advocate against every component that Igor is trying to establish here, and you are a representative of this person that you are publically stabbing in the back.

No I will not vote for you, and I would strongly advise everyone else to not vote for you or your LEGAL expertise either,  if you are able to turn coat on your team so easily how can I trust you to represent my interests without
stabbing me in the back later when your own political interests cross my opinion - that you are swearing to uphold??

I would also like to ask about your LEGAL knowledge that you seem to hold over the team of apparent professional lawyers who helped officials write this constitution.
Looking up your name on google all I find is this http://www.richiebartlett.com/ which i presume is some sort of online attempt at a resume, but I can find no references to your legal knowledge, which I would have presumed would have been on your resume.

While I agree I know nothing about team that made the constitution document I do see a lot of professionals were credited in the acknowledgments.
