.The project involves the development of a fleet of Micro -Terrestrial Drones and equipment necessary for their operation on the moon. and make available a link independently for each Micro -Terrestrial Drone. Satellite Internet and able to be controlled is connected to your PC or SmartPhone. The development of MIcro Terrestrial drone capable of flying to the Moon is the most difficult challenge. The project involves the construction of a Micro - Base self-sufficient in a position to give assistance and all necessary facilities for the fleet of MIcro Terrestrial Drones on the Moon in real-time by connecting with the land, this will have to be sent with a vector space with the coordinates of landing on the Moon .The Micro Base will be equipped with all necessary devices to be self-sufficient and to communicate with the earth with a satellite. we need to acquire a transmission channel. The Micro Base will be equipped with solar panels that can recharge the Terrestrial drone fleet and instrumentation.

The project includes the development of a community plattaform in the Internet. This will offer the services running connections to the fleet of Micro -Terrestrial Droni in real time .

E’ stata testata con successo la prima videochiamata trasmessa con criptografia quantistica tra Cina e Austria utilizzando il satellite cinese per comunicazioni Micius.

La videochiamata intercontinentale tra Pechino e Viennna e’ resa sicura dalla crittografia quantistica ha visto il faccia a faccia tra Chunli Bai (Pres. dell’Accademia Cinese delle Scienze) ed il suo collega Anton Zeilinger (Pres. dell’Accademia Austriaca delle Scienze) insieme ad Heinz W. Engl (Rettore dell’Università di Vienna).

Per inviare le chiavi quantistiche si e’ utilizzato il satellite quantistico Micius, inviato nello spazio l’estate del 2016, in orbita intorno alla terra ad una altitudine di 500 km. Il satellite ha spedito fotoni alle stazioni di terra in Cina ed Europa.

In Europa la stazione di terra e’ il telescopio per comunicazione quantistica di Hedy Lamarr, installato su tetto dell’Istituto di Vienna della Accademia Austriaca delle Scienze.

La prima videochiamata quantisica intercontinentale e’ stata resa possibile dalla collaborazione internazionale di ricercatori di fisica di Jian-Wei Pan e Anton Zeilinger denominata QUESS (Quantum Experiments a Space Scale) avviata nel 2013.

Lo stesso Zeilinger afferma: “Lo scambio di informazioni quantiche criptate sulle distanze intercontinentali conferma il potenziale delle tecnologie di comunicazione quantistica aperte dalla ricerca fondamentale”. Il ricercatore austriaco in oltre afferma: “Questo è un passo molto importante verso un’internet quantistica a livello mondiale e sicuro”.

Il Rettore Heinz W. Engl conferma: “Una telefonata mostra oggi il potenziale innovativo della ricerca fondamentale – in questo caso il potenziale innovativo della lunga collaborazione in fisica quantistica tra l’Università di Vienna e l’Accademia Austriaca delle Scienze”.

first of all, I would like to point out that I do not like the definition of "leaders", because too often, among humans, leaders are individuals who aim for power, to fulfill their ambitions, aim for money and personal benefits.

So I apply to be not a leader, but an "enlightened" person who can be a good guide.

Asgardia must not repeat the mistakes ever made on Earth; it is necessary that absolute democracy works on Asgardia (the majority of who has the right to decide) and also is necessary the real participation of all people. However, a filter has to be established: the right to decide and vote will only be of those who, through special tests, will demonstrate that they have a minimum level of knowledge of history, law and civic sense, psychology and sociology. Otherwise, the votes of people who do not have enough information and awareness, threaten the whole system.
