May I add the facts

1. the king remains in charge for (at least) 10 up to 35 years without any chance of elections can be called by Parliament?
2. the king can propose his son/daughter as a candidate (and may I say " the most probable ") as future king/queen?
3. the citizens can't propose a candidate directly?
4. it's absolutely not clear who is in charge of the legislative power, if not the king himself?

Monarchy may be an acceptable government form if just representative and/or as a control over the Parliament's and Government's operate, but the proposed one is kind of autocratic (that's why "anachronistic" have been wrote), having the legislative powers, the right to establish the whole State's policy directions , veto powers on Parliament's work and the rights to propose or appoint most of the major charges .

Those powers seems more CEO's ones but, that way, we're going to have a company, not a State. Proposed Constitution seems to be made to have a " company disguised as a State " more than other.

And that's understandable:

1. a company couldn't have UN's recognition ,
2. can't seems like a State, while acting like a company
3. can't have citizens (who pay taxes ) but must have employees (which must receive a stipend )

Patents are for devices, inventions, processes, and similar items that are either tangible or part of a tangible process that produces, normally, a standardized product.

Copyright is for literature, art, documentation, and similar devices that result in the creation of something that is unique.

Trademarks are for branding purposes: an identifying symbol or mark that represents a larger thing, like a name or symbol.

Please do not continue the stupidity that confuses these things.

No se si os habeis paseado por los demás foros de la comunidad asgardiana, pero hay muy poca actividad como aquí. Además no se porque tenemos que estar divididos en paises ¿n0 lo entiendo? ¿Acaso no nos hemos afiliado a un nuevo país para eliminar esas barreras? Divididos no somos gran cosa. Deberíamos hacer algo para que toda la comunidad hispanoparlante se uniera en un solo foro. Yo lo estoy intentando con mi nuevo foro Comunidad Hispana, pero ya me han tirado de las orejas, Desde la dirección del foro me han mandado un aviso de que, si envío mensajes con el mismo texto se considera spam. Vaya majadería.

Más que opinión te diré lo que pienso que me ha ocurrido a mí para convertirme en ciudadano asgardiano en cuestión de horas, nada más leer el manifiesto del fundador. Sólo te llevaré la contraria en una cosa: Agardia no desaparecerá nunca, al contrario, cada día se hará más y más fuerte y nadie podrá evitarlo. Asgardia siempre a existido en el fondo de nuestros corazones. Cuando ves las tremendas injusticias que se cometen impunemente a diario; la muerte de los inocentes; la esclavitud medieval en que viven todavía los humanos en muchos paises; la discriminacion por el color de la piel o el sexo, la profunda corrupción que existe en los medios políticos y públicos. En fin, no tendría suficiente espacio aquí para seguir relatando todo lo que me disgusta de la actual "civilización" humana. Solo cabe en mi corazón una idea: Si yo pudiera cambiar todo esto ¿Qué haría?. La respuesta es ASGARDIA. Un lugar donde la humanidad pueda empezar desde cero, donde no importe de donde vengas ni cual es tu cultura, donde se pueda empezar de nuevo. Donde además nos una un objetivo común: la colonización del espacio. Mira mi joven amigo, dices que el handicap es el dinero y te doy la razón ahora, pero ¿Cuando seamos un millón de Asgardianos, o dos o veinte? Y créeme si te digo que de aquí a final de año pasaremos de los dos millones. Y eso sin spots televisivos ni anuncios en los periódicos.
