I am wondering if each Ministry will have their own insignias? If they do will their subdivisions also have their own? I was looking at some in the contest for the national one and there are a lot that would be great to be used for a Ministry or a subdivision of one.

Ive been here for a bit of time, and I've listened to the radio station quite a few times, and I've noticed a large drop off in kinds of music. There seems to be no metal/metal sub-genres. I get that we're supposed to be a space nation, but I hate techno/electro. I'd like to tune in to the radio and hear some metal. Anyone else?

Where should I begin my journey? I am not sure where to start. I do have ideas about creating an Asgardia Citizen Support structure design or ACS. This structure would support Asgardia Citizens in every way possible, especially if they need help. I do not want to go to Space as it is against my Creators beliefs. But I would love to be on Earth helping Asgardia citizens each day they need it. What I can do is the following: I will go home tonight and begin designing a document outline on where to start. There is not doubt that English will be one of the official languages in Asgardia, and the most important one. But many Asgardians are not native English speakers, like me. We speak English in different accents, and often make mistakes in grammar. When we leave the earth, and live in somewhere in space together, a new dialect will come into being, just like a new dialect came into being when Englishmen went to America. But what will the language in Asgardia be like?

My name is Linda Noyes, (born Linda Marie Rodrigo in New York City, U.S.A.). I am blessed with a wonderful daughter and granddaughter. My profession is in music and vocal composition, arrangement, recording, production, performance, publishing, and Life Art Figure/Portrait Modeling for colleges, universities, and art studios. Since age of 8, I have played and composed music on the piano, and am presently studying to obtain my Associate of Science Degree and certification in Audio Engineering, Music Technology and Production. Upon graduation, I plan to work in the field of my degree while composing music for film, software, etc., recording and releasing original musical works, and furthering my studies into Acoustics, Psychoacoustics, and Music Therapy to assist and comfort children and adults with physical, mental, and psychological ailments. The study of the effects of frequency upon matter (as in cymatics, which create sacred geometric patterns), has always been a topic of great interest to me in that it proves how frequency can truly affect all living and nonliving things, and be utilized in improving our conditions. I began studying Aviation in 1982, and flew my first solo flight at age 17, in September 1983, with goals to join The Air Force. Although I decided not to go into military flight training, I still love to fly and be out at sea. It would be an honor to have the opportunity to use my skills and knowledge toward becoming an integral asset in peaceful space exploration and protection of our beautiful planet, Earth. I'm sort of disturbed, as an artist & designer, why Arts & Culture is the only section not considered as a Ministry. I have written a proposal to invite others to develop an Arts & Culture Council, however now that the forums are open and the Ministries listed, it seems clear that Arts & Culture have been taken down a notch when compared to things like Science, Justice, Education, etc. I believe Arts & Culture deserve the same respect and I would like to see that happen. I will be posting my proposal here with some changes, however it is this exact concept, a Ministry of Arts & Culture (which I refer to as a 'Council') that would oversee creative projects, develop a repository for and plan programs for arts, music, culture & various alternative forms of creativity. I believe the creative arts and resulting culture will be integral to the foundation of any nation, in space or otherwise, and will need attention, guidance and respect from visual and non-visual artists, educators and historians to be successful. Am I the only one who noticed this anomaly?
