Use current technology to create a 1G presence in space for 320 people at a time. Combine the ISS trusses with 40 Dragon spacecraft in the shape of a 200m ferris wheel. Spin at 3 RPMs to create 1G. Install 0G stations at the center. Each Dragon docking station is owned independently by each club member with the infrastructure costs shared among all of the club members.

It is my understanding that the mayoral election is to establish a general direction of focus for each region, to provide a wide range of growth. I see this as an opportunity to create multiple areas of influence, with a wide-spread convergence of skills, which benefit the whole. While one region may focus on scientific development, another may choose to center on economic growth, and yet another to improve research and development of technology, so on, and so forth.

With that being stated, I feel one of the most important areas of focus would be language and education. In a space-oriented community where many peoples of different backgrounds come to be as one, communication will be key in the rapid improvement of the community as a whole. Without efficient communication between regions, or even within a specific region that involves multiple languages, there can be no work force, no proper education, or even a coalescence of ideas to further our cause: One humanity, one unity.

Without the cooperation of one's neighbors or colleagues, improvements cannot be made, and will stagnate. Communication is necessary to work together, and to overcome issues within a community, as well as neighboring districts/regions.

As there will be an election of twelve (12) standard languages within Asgardia, if brought to position of mayor, I would focus my region's efforts on spreading awareness and understanding of these twelve languages to other regions. This would primarily be done through having those persons who are natively fluent in one language, and have also learned a second language from a young age, work with computer science graduates to develop a program aimed at teaching the native language to others who natively speak the second language. In example, a native English speaker who learned Spanish at a young age, would help to prepare a lesson that teaches English to native Spanish speaking persons who do not yet speak English, and vice versa. This method would ensure that the lessons are efficient as possible, with little to no information loss, improving both the knowledge retention, as well as understanding when translating / communicating.

With age, unfortunately, comes a less efficient retention of learned knowledge. In other words, it is more difficult to retain new knowledge, the older you become. Due to this proven fact, I would work closely with whichever region reforms the education structure for Asgardians, to ensure that learning multiple languages at a young age (primary school to college level) is both encouraged and readily available. This would drastically raise the number of polyglots in Asgardia, and eventually lead to more efficient communication by eliminating loss of information through language barriers.

Another aspect that I see as a necessity is efficient, effective translation, for those who must work and communicate with those who speak a language they do not. For this reason, I would also work closely with a region based in research and development, to produce a digital translation device that can effectively translate each of the twelve Asgardian languages to any of the others as needed. While this is a work around to the actual solution, it is most definitely a necessary one, for those who will not have time to learn a new language, or work with multiple regions, each with a different predominant language. This device would be, in my hopes, standard issue to all Asgardian citizens, provided by the governing body.

Other aspects of the language focus of my region would be as follows:
1) Tutoring for those who are having difficulty learning a desired language, through online or in-person sessions.
2) A focus on gradually reducing the number of different languages that are spoken in the various regions / districs, in a fair, electoral fashion.
3) Ensuring translation of all digital and physical information / research in each of the twelve Asgardian languages, to be stored and available for public consumption in vast digital and physical library systems, providing that sufficient storage space is allowed.
4) The possible merging of different dialects / languages, in the occurrence of a disagreement of a future singular standard Asgardian language.
5) The translation / integration of alien language, should any such species with verbal or visual communication be discovered / contacted in the future of the Asgardian community.

I do not possess a diploma of any sort. I studied for two years at a community college, learning both philosophy, as well as network administration. I am in the process of gaining funds to return to my studies, with plans of earning a doctorate of philosophy in logic, as well as learning no fewer than three languages to supplement my position, which would include Latin, German, and Japanese.

We are making history at this moment with Asgardia Events.

Head of State, Administration, Parliament, Asgardians and  visitors from around the world are coming together in Vienna, Austria either by visiting Austria personally or by media outlets, and preparing for history in the now. We have come from a idea to a reality of thousands of citizens coming from all over Earth to create a fabulous nation that has limitless horizons.

Bringing together Asgardians from all over the world in this upcoming week to not only have our first ever inauguration of our very first Head of State, but also the very first formal meeting of Parliament. So much going on.

Parliament Elects that YOU have selected are coming together to start the foundation, based on our Constitution that Asgardians created. I do hope you have taken the time to start talking to those Elects that you are near or that you feel comfortable communicating with and voicing ideas and concerns. I am coming across some information that is bringing some concern for the future of our nation that possibly already may be inflitrated by backdoor, underground, secret organizations or affliiations of them that will not prove to progress our nation in the direction of peace but follow that of the already existing NWO and like organizational messes that are already causing issues all over the world; especially that of the USA and their counterparts. I am seeing this by research, existing profiles, etc.

Asgardia is no place for these secret, underground, backdoor groups and affliations. We cannot be open and forth coming with each other with the vowed oaths these affliations bring with them. This is not a place for the religious rule from any religion, Illuminati or affliations of them, or any other agenda similar. Humanity is first in our nation, equality, oneness is our nations moto.

I put forth that if you are affliated with these groups leave your agendas with your affliations in your own existing country and not with Asgardia, its people or territories.

Asgardia has already been pegged by many media outlets of being backdoor, underground or secret, or a project of elite hidden agenda and intention , example our symbolism is in question.

This I will be bringing up at our Parliament meetings.

I am not saying these groups are wrong to participate in as humanity is given the gift of free will choice, and that decision is on you individually, but also the decision you made from that free will choice has no place in Asgardia leadership or in the decisions of progress and such similar decisions for the creation of our nation.

I have my own beliefs that I practice daily, but when it comes to making decisons and debating issues for our nation, one has to see no division in religion, creed, origin or color but that of our citizens and their well being, safety, and the issues thereof, in a position as myself.

Most people that are interested in robotics are familiar with Robear, (pictured above) the patient assistance robot in current use in Japan.  Robots used to assist patients  as well as the many other uses and concepts in robotic development for various populations, highlight an obvious but sometimes underestimated societal crisis for our species.  Humans have learned how to outlive our abilities to care for ourselves as we age, and there aren't enough young people willing and able to support and care for the huge burgeoning population of elderly and disabled in the world.  Japan is at the forefront of this sort of robotic development as they rapidly progress to a potential crisis in eldercare.

I read another article in which doctors are being told that they need to improve not only diagnostic accuracy, but their empathy and bedside skills, or face being replaced by robots who emulate these important aspects of communication and care with patients.

Likewise, culturally, the nuclear family and the ties that bind families together for the benefit of caring for elderly relatives have never been weaker, as financial and practical pressures of care compound the societal changes of physical and emotional distance between family members.

We are losing our interpersonal glue in many cases, our technological development is outstretching our sociological development as a  species, which will inevitably cause ethical dilemmas that our species have only just begun to deal with. The emotional connectedness divide between newer and older generations has never been wider, and many younger people can't relate, much less care, about people and things of age and past history.  Old = Obsolete and useless, to the technologically advanced young people, like their computers and technology that obsolesce, with little to no sensitivity for people's life experience, knowledge and wisdom that applies from lifetime to lifetime and rarely becomes obsolete.

Asgardia's greatest strength and challenge is the fact that it is a planet-wide community, with the benefits and limitations of every society on Earth available for nation development and societal problem solving.  Sometimes this appears a chaotic and messy process, it's true, however, whether we are talking about human society or all of nature, any game change that shifts paradigms often behaves in this way. However, our greatest strengths can be utilized more efficiently, saving our energy and potential for higher functioning tasks, and developing strong connection and purpose as a functioning human community together, if we have flexible and functional robotic development and assistance for some important tasks going forward.  More immediately, Asgardia will need flexible and effective robotics for a myriad of other reasons and tasks, including obviously long-term construction of a space station, the running and evaluation of scientific tests, and many other uses yet to be invented and discovered. We are a growing nation, but will need to create many more (AI) hands to assist and facilitate our growth and development, and this integration of robots and humanity has enormously positive potential and unexpected outcomes yet to explore.

I'll be quite straight with you, I am and always have been a well-educated experienced career generalist with a background of success both science and the arts. It's my point of view that Asgardia needs BOTH generalists and specialists for maximum success in the newly-forming Asgardian parliament and government, and to create a dynamic and lively atmosphere for manifesting effective research and development of this new space kingdom.  It is my humble opinion that a fully functional and diverse team comprised of people experienced in all the specifics of creating a viable domain in space, along with people who are experienced in many areas less specified will provide a balanced and thoughtful approach, and grow a healthy and dynamic Asgardian society.   Running for parliament in these current by elections, and I think deeply and seriously about the vast number of tasks and duties in shaping all things Asgardia.  Also, looking forward to participating in whatever capacity presents, for Asgardia's healthy and flourishing development.  What are your thoughts on the topic of generalists and specialists and Asgardia?

According to this article from physicsastronomyzone.com, if the Hadron collider is successful at generating an unimaginably tiny black hole this week, (and we are not annihilated by that effort...they estimate they need to generate an almost unimaginable 9.5 to 11.9 trillion election volts of energy for full success plus they ARE generating a black hole, after all, however multiminiscule) researchers may prove both the “Gravity’s Rainbow” theory and that real parallel universes in up to 10 dimensions exist.  Wow! Is that all even possible? Mind-blowing, if true!

.... And all we Asgardians have to do is build a healthy functioning productive peace-loving space nation.  Surely with focused effort we can figure it out.

(Of course, it would also be helpful if humanity just figured out seemingly simpler problems like how to just get along with each other here on Earth, and addressed other Earthly issues, like war, pollution and mass starvation, in part so we Asgardians don’t take those awfuls with us and our species into space... but maybe it’s easier to discover 10 dimensional parallel universes by generating an actual black hole...sadly, that might end up being the faster, easier-to-achieve task. )

During all the violent and "Crazy-town" energies prevalent on Earth at the time of August 2017's Total Solar Eclipse, I produced and released this short original music video using, in part, space footage from NASA and other stock sources as a peace offering to the world, in an effort to inject some positive energy to our future and as a counter to the chaos in the atmosphere that was prevailing. (Still and ever prevailing, perhaps?)  I'm not sure, but I don't think I knew much about Asgardia at the time, certainly I wrote the music itself years ago.

I offer the video here as a small incomplete snapshot of my personal character, my ideals for humanity and our current dwelling, Earth, as well as just a single sample of my work as an artist and musician, along with demonstrating a few production skills. Q & A #13 by-elections - Cheryl Gallagher, MP candidate

Thank you for asking me some questions on facebook, I'm very happy to answer to the best of my ability!  (Special thanks to Nissem and M Helena!)

Some of these questions are very specific, and I can say frankly that until I have the opportunity in office to study the various situations and evaluate their circumstances and their actions to date based on current and actual data, it is very difficult to say what my position would on a particular decision or point of view being considered by parliament.  Nevertheless, I think I will communicate enough of my point of view or opinion here based on my current knowledge for you to be able to decide to vote on my candidacy.

In general, I can say that I will give well-considered, non-predisposed opinions, based on what appears best to makes sense, and be realistic for the needs and due process of governing Asgardia at the time.

Q: What do you think about transparency in decision making?

A:  It depends on the mode of government and the circumstances... functioning as a fully collaborative society, more transparency is needed, as everyone has an opinion and decision about everything.  This tends to get chaotic if not managed well, can easily get out of hand, and action can become paralyzed.  In a cooperative society, such as a representational republic, the representatives have a fiduciary duty to represent well and make decisions in the best interests of everyone on balance, they are in respective committees of focus and therefore, with everyone doing their level best, everyone does not need to know everything about everything at all times, (although all decisions and there respective processes should be recorded and accessible to other for future reference, that's for sure).

Q If you should rank these sectors by importance, how would you do that?  Science and space exploration/ Education / Economy / Social and Health / Military and Security / Foreign Affairs / Law and Regulation?

A.  Just as any one aspect of planet Earth's functioning affects all the others organically, all sectors in Asgardia's existence are as important as all others, and so a sensible order of "What sector makes sense to focus on right now?" to "move the ball down the field" in the right direction and most efficiently to build Asgardia as a healthy nation, becomes the important question.  The coordinated efforts of all sectors developing in the same time frame with knowledgeable and effective experts in each field, will help that development happen better and more efficiently.

Q:  In a multi-cultural environment such as our future parliament, what would be the secret formula for a successful team job?

A. Open-mindedness, communication, a dedication to hard work and an unshakeable practice of mutual respect and consideration for all.

Q Do you think we should have weapons to defend ourselves as a nation or would you consider having passive defence (shields, systems to deactivate threats, etc)?

A.  Weapons and weapons management is a ever-present topic of extreme sensitivity, and the source of great misery on all sides.  I would say that in most cases (not all) the actual use of weapons by anyone against anyone leads to tragedy on some level, from all-out war, to the smallest act of personal aggression.  Tragedy unnecessary and not our best interest as a developing species... we are trying to avoid such tragedy... That said, national defense remains an important part of a central government's responsibility to its citizens.  Therefore, the topic of national defense should be considered very carefully and conscientiously, with all the many options available, including new technologies upcoming and the yet undeveloped, with the concept of peaceful relations and diplomacy the primary focus.

Q. What do you think is the most urgent law to be made in Asgardia?

A. The next one that makes sense and is needed to grow Asgardia as a healthy and thriving new space nation!

As important as safety, governmental and physical structure, functional design and scientific approaches in the foundation of a new off-world, are the lifestyles and long-term comfort of the humans that will establish there.  I watch the livestreams of all the awesome astronauts living in their space habitats in orbit in this era, and cannot help but sympathize that their actual physical environment looks like living in a large, cramped storage compartment, with virtually any beauty and majesty confined to the (incredible) views through the portholes, and it just seems like an ugly uncomfortable experience by somewhat necessary design.  I understand that we are under the fickle financial fortunes of the political climate on earth, as well as the strictures of physical limitations yet unconquered.

Going forward, I envision a more beautiful living in space, comfortable to visit and live in for humanity.  I would like to be part of the team that sets out an aesthetic that brings those ideas into reality at the design stage,  just as our science fiction writers of the past two centuries put the visions of new technologies, new devices and designs into the minds of our combined creative intelligence to bring them into physical being, as we collectively create our space nation from scratch.

The combined creative influences of art and music will also lift the minds and hearts and support the mental and physical health of those who live there, just as it does here, and if I seem idealistic, we live in the constant reality that acts of creation and creative intelligence can go in both directions, we can live in purposeful scientific dumpsters, or a form of created heaven-in-space, whatever we decide.  Therefore, I am putting out an intention of beautiful, functional creative design, so we can live happily in our new space nation, not merely survive there.

Granting access to the public to view also being there are many many private pilots that could benefit from the use of these cameras. In this case, a scientist researcher of planetary studying the Nibiru and Nemisis solar system has found great benefit in these FAA cameras bring this system is ensuring our own.
