Ada - Your premise is kind of silly because if the city was not self-sufficient Asgardia would have to depend on Earth. That kind of defeats the purpose of an independent space race. Their are no gas stations in space... But you should know it won't be a problem

This I can agree with but with a reconsideration to Grand Admiral of the fleet, with also other ranks such as Sky Marshall for aerial or airborne assault squadrons and Field Marshal for ground troops.
