There was a time I was hoping for something special and new here to take humanity further. But this "parliament" and system they have implemented is not looking up to standard of a future "utopia" in space.

Why must one pay to try to be a mayor? We should base that on a persons ability, and voting process. NOT if they can put 100 Euros into a web based nation that does not exist as of yet. It's an unfair system.

Why must one pay to be a citizen? After years of supporting this idea, why now, are we made to pay a fee in order to be a citizen? We chose to support this idea, and that should be enough. Leave the rest to donation, lest we call this a scam. People WILL donate if they believe in something.

I am truly saddened to see things going this way. I've lived next to NASA my entire life, and my faith in the future of humanity in space is going towards SpaceX more and more, and this less and less. Yet I still want to see it succeed. I'd work for that idea.

Still, right now, it's not looking good.

Asgardia, otherwise called the Space Kingdom of Asgardia, is a gathering of individuals who have propelled a satellite into Earth circle. They allude to themselves as "Asgardians" and they have given their satellite the name "Asgardia -1". They have proclaimed power over the space involved by and contained inside Asgardia -1.

The Asgardians have received a constitution and they expect to get to space free of the control of existing countries. They are choosing a 150-part parliament and they are intending to top form templates look for acknowledgment as a country state.

Igor Ashurbeyli, the author of the Aerospace International Research Center, proposed the foundation of Asgardia on 12 October 2016. The "Constitution of the Space Kingdom of Asgardia" was received on 18 June 2017 and it wound up compelling on 9 September 2017. Asgardia's managerial focus is situated in Vienna, Austria.

The Cygnus rocket that conveyed Asgardia -1 into space discharged Asgardia -1 and two different satellites on 6 December 2017. The Space Kingdom of Asgardia has guaranteed that it is presently "the primary country to have the majority of its domain in space." Legal researchers question that Asgardia -1 can be viewed as a sovereign region and Asgardia has not yet accomplished the objective of being perceived as a country state.

I would like to begin studying Developmental biology of fauna and flora when grown in zero gravity conditions. I believe this would be very useful in the future of Asgardia. I will start with online research via scientific certified published articles such as from ones done on the ISS and various already in orbit space stations. As I gather information I will collect it here.

Hi,  is my very first blog post as an asgardian, im testing it out, and more will come later, but for now, just hey!

The name is Cristian Adrian Garcia, I would like to share a little bit of my vision and philosophy in life.. A push toward the evolution of consciousness to free us from the invisible shackles holdings us down. For humans to finally realize that we are all ONE! That there is no such thing as country’s, race, creed, etc..it’s all a structure made up to divide us..the human race. To distract us from what really matters in life..ever since I became aware of who/what I am

I have a vision of a future where we all finally unite as one race and evolve instead of staying on that same patter of hate and greed that has taken us nowhere . Here for a reason, Crossing paths with Asgardia was not out of luck. I believe that it starts with our youth, by sparking their creativity instead of cutting it like the mundane school system does that most of us went to. Passing them the knowledge and wisdom from a young age, encouragement, the understanding that everyone one has their own unique abilities, ideas, ways of learning etc. Turning the next generation into little super humans. If there’s any way that I can contribute in Art, science, technology, or in the research of the human mind, psychedelic research please let me know. I would love to be part of the vision that you guys have. This is the turning point for the human species !

When I look at the idea and hope of Asgardia, I can only hope this is truly a movement that will further strengthen the foundation of the need for space cultivation and exploration.  For a while I have believed that the next step for our species is space as it is truly the final frontier; or so we have been raised to believe/imagine through pop culture.  To transcend the base needs of division and categorization found in our current social economy,  we need, as a whole, to look beyond the simplicity of our immediate lives; we need to look up at the wonder and unexplored vastness which resides above us.  If we are to grow and move beyond the limits we currently have on Earth(via race, creed, sex, etc.), then we need to move off this planet; we must explore.  I truly hope Asgardia is the foundation of this opportunity and through becoming a part of this movement I am helping to create (with the rest of you) a sound future for my son and his children.

This is just the beginning and though I may never see space with my own eyes, I am content to hope my son or grand children could be a colonist of the moon, Mars, a space arc, or some other outpost.  With this hope, I offer this towards a community that can truly hold the future of our species; I have skills in negotiation, business, and currently work for an electrical insulator industry supporting the US power grid.  If we are to colonize the moon, we will need a deep understanding of the power matrix needed to support life.  I also offer a neutral approach to issues as I strive to see both sides of an issue before forming a solution or path of action.  To me, this seems the most fair though many may not agree.  Personal belief aside, my choices to benefit a community or overall goal should never be compromised by my own personal bias/belief.  To be in this is to move beyond my own, self supported sense of belief or preservation; it is for all of us.
