While there is a great opportunity here to build, from the ground up (see what I did there?) I think it's very important to never forget that artistic expression will always compliment creative thinking.  While I've seen a lot of posts about science but not many post for art (outside the competitions for the flag and solar etc)   We need to have a way to capture the colorful and creative side of our new found combined culture.  Please consider having at least one person as a parliamentarian that would support the arts.  It doesn't have to be me, but someone.

Here is a question: HOW THE HECK ARE WE GETTING TO SPACE? My proposal: we team up with a space agency such as SpaceX or Blue Origin. I somehow doubt that we have our own rockets, so it only seems reasonable that we rely on someone else's. Just a thought.

PS: Also, Elon Musk is God, so...

I am an American citizen. I reside in America. And I am proud to be an American. I am aware that we are trying to do away with nationalism, but I can’t help feeling pride in my nation. But America has been having a problem lately, and if Asgardia doesn’t want to experience this problem too, we need to sort it out. I am, of course, talking about the shootings that happen almost daily. Asgardia needs gun laws, so that Asgardian schools don’t have to deal with students killing each other. So that people don’t have to wonder where the next shooter will show up. And we need to create these laws before heading to space.

I recently returned from my first trip to Scotland.  We saved for a long time to go on a European vacation and hope that we can do more in the future.  I was amazed, humbled and astounded at the rich diversity, culture and heritage that is Scotland (and we took a day trip to London on the fastest train I've ever been on, 127 MPH holy cow).  This is the majority of my genetic heritage and I have so much more to explore.  We hope to make this a yearly event, visiting a new country each year.  Maybe you have suggestions on which country we should try to see next and why?  I'd love to hear your views on your homes.  (I should note that I was able to travel to St. Petersburg Russia back in 1992 and was floored by the generosity and friendship that was offered to me back then as well).  So tell me about your homes.

It seems unlikely that a place called “Kingdom of Asgardia” would be a democracy, doesn’t it? So why is my screen telling me to “vote, or it wouldn’t be democracy”? WE AREN’T A DEMOCRACY ANYWAY! Also, despite being a kingdom, I’ve heard nothing of who our monarch is. Do we even have one?

Power, exclusion, prohibition, regulation, force, the list goes on and on.

A government provides essential services needed. In space, air, water, warmth, shelter, food, and transport. In a universe of unlimited resource, all should be provided freely without restriction. As no one should have power over another, the same should apply to government. All services should be automated where possible, and time should be our currency. As time is our personal resource, it should be valued as the precious commodity it is. Taking no more time than absolutely necessary, all should contribute to the elevation of all. It is human nature to strive for more. This should never be discouraged, however, when one rises above others, greed and power may corrupt. The desire of one to steal time from another must not be allowed. Safeguards must be in place to keep governments, and peoples from forcing their will on others.

I’m not sure what to write here as this is such a new concept and it’s moving forward.  I just want the opportunity to help grow this groundbreaking idea and leave this place a little cleaner and safer than I found it.
