I always had the idea to live in a free territory that people are equal regardless of what they believe or what’s their financial status. A society respecting mutual tolerance and respect, where transparency is observed through all layers of the community. I am really happy that these aspirations can be materialized in Asgardia. I hope I can influence this path with your trust and support.

Human kind has reached to a grade that can tackle previous international deficiencies and misunderstandings due to conflicting interests, now people have the spirit to work together, to build a region that guarantees human values irrespective of personal properties such as nationality, language, religion and political orientations. Together we are able to learn differences, we practice these differences to boost our competences and we make our progress eternal.

I study Sustainable Development and by each day I realize more and deeper how responsible we are towards Environment and society for the future generations. Also, I have worked in legal sector and I understand how challenging are exerting the rules into a society and bringing justice for all. I would like to have a commitment to set effectual rules, keep the order and regulate structures for a flawless interaction.

The main purpose of my work is to create a new system of scientific organizations. The organizations united by one goal - the development of space technologies. The originality of this approach is as follows. At the core are not Earth  technologies. Under my leadership will be developed new fundamental base.

Only science will give mankind a chance to colonize outer space. For this it is necessary to change the traditional vision of the situation. In the development of space science, we must abandon the Earth model. I see another way of progress.

I suggest not changing the old, but creating a new one. The activities of the Ministry of Science under my leadership will be aimed at creating a self-developing system. Thanks to competent leadership, the technological development of the space sciences will reach a new level, which will outpace the terrestrial in the next 10 years.

I want to build a future that lies far beyond our galaxy. For this, it is now necessary to choose a new path of development.

Space accommodation is a complex process of including space systems in the economy, which is developing simultaneously in several areas: space information systems, space technology and production, space energy systems. The work on the practical development of these systems is at different stages. So, space information systems - satellite communication and navigation systems, satellite meteorology, natural resources research and environmental protection - are widely used now. In the field of space production, detailed programs of theoretical research and technological experiments are being carried out. Space power systems, designed, in particular, to meet the Earth's energy needs, are in the design stage. For the industrial development of space, various classes of automatic and manned space vehicles, as well as long-term orbital stations, are used.

In the coming decades, significant progress is expected in all areas of space industrialization and, accordingly, a significant increase in its technical and economic efficiency.

For Asgardia, the following approach to its own space program seems to be optimal:

1. To concentrate on increasing the reliability and flexibility of our own satellite systems - through technologies of orbital maneuvering, automatic reusable devices;

2. Development of space monitoring systems.

3. Development of electronic warfare systems and counteraction to such systems.

4. Studies of hypersonic motion and the improvement of anti-missile technologies, which in the long run will allow to combat apparatus moving at hypersonic speed.

5. Prioritize fundamental scientific research in the space sphere, which in the long term will improve safety for the whole Earth.

Каждой сферой деятельности руководит лучший в этой области профессионал. Качество - первый главный и безусловный атрибут всех видов деятельности, товаров и услуг.

In  the meantime, artificial intelligence can play a crucial role in  organizing the integrity and autonomy of the modern industrial and urban  infrastructure. As an expert in the field of  artificial intelligence, I believe that at all levels of management and  the creation of modern cities in space, we need this field of science  and the expansion of the use of this science will play a fundamental  role in the success of space projects.
