I have a lot of objectives for this future colony. Once created, I have some hints.

To begin with, I would focus on scientific research and development that are essential to create a sustainable environment. For this purpose, it is necessary to push the engineering to create a green and sustainable environment, focusing on energy harvesting and recycling for quasi-infinite use, defeating the ludicrous system of money and resource wastage. Similarly, it is advisable to aware people to promote a clean and zero-waste environment, because our home is also yours. Another hint could be to survey people periodically about their level of satisfaction through the Nation for its future scientific improvements. Moreover, for our terrestrial neighbors it will be necessary to support the rising fight against pollution and energy wastage on Earth, where countries' governments are unaware of taking care and defeat the risk caused by pollution of air, land, and marine environments. Besides, one of the biggest achievement could be the possibility of terraforming the Moon in a process that resembles the air conditioning process, if is applicable. Then, use any process to separate methane, CO2, and other possibility for further use and application. Also, it is possible to reflect Sun's rays using solar tracker mirrors, also for greenhouse cultivation of food. Albeit the creation of domes or housing are already planned, the accommodation for citizens should be cheaper, fast to build, and energy efficient, giving all the comforts and the needs for people to feel like being on Earth. Lastly, the Earth and Space exploration must be affordable for both cargo and travellers.

Many years ago I watched a documentary titled Cosmos by Carl Sagan. In this beautiful documentary series Sagan explained how the Universe works and how humanity is so small but also so unique in it. Later I read his book titled "Pale Blue Dot" which is a photograph taken of earth by Voyager 2. It is the farhest image of our planet in space. It moved me. Since I was a child my parents always bought me science books including space exploration and moon landings. I may have studied history but my gaze is always up in the skies searching for the stars.

I'm Technology Evangelist and love to explore new ideas and ready to take challenge.  I love to travel and explore new possibilities. I believe in myself and my favorite quote is "Never Give up !!!"

I'm taking my retirement to start explore something new that no one even thought about. I think I can volunteer as Asgardian and help others to change life.

The value of the cultural heritage is recognized by the community to which it belongs, which is defined through social and subjective attributions assigned to the art collections, museums, landscapes, architectures and traditions. These values define the membership of a community that shares the preservation and the valorization of the criteria varying over the time.

The concept of cultural identity follows that of value [Amartya K. Sen, 1994; Marc Laenen, 2013]. The identity is a concept very dynamic, subject to a continuous evolution which includes the change of meaning of the same heritage. Therefore identity and value are concepts whose interpretation is increasingly difficult and complex if we intend to share them in order to ensure their conservation and valorization.

Today the tourism development calls into question the interpretation of these concepts. Consequently the Heritage Sites form part of a competitive world showing itself with a wide range of offers all different.

The result is a cultural democracy [Christopher Lasch, 1995] which, although it might pose problems of management, represents a positive phenomenon for the cultural growth for an audience that is interested in the knowledge of new cultures. This concept of democracy does not allow to acquire a knowledge always correct, that can be determined by a subjective and conscious choice.

So travel and tourism mobilize a cognitive process favorable to the rapprochement of cultural diversities. As an alternative to the conservation task today the museum is faced with the demands of a tourist movement which considers the site the museum like a reference that is required for its activities.

In these conditions the function of the Ministry of Culture today includes the need of providing a corresponding support for a correct use of the cultural heritage. All this requires a dialogue among the cultural institutions. The purpose is to promote an active participation between the local community and the temporary residents about the meaning and the role of the civic value of the local heritage.

In conclusion, in this articulation of culture-tourism-knowledge, the Ministry of Culture proposes himself as a reference guide for a conscious cognitive acquisition of the cultural heritage.

L’éducation et la science sont indispensables:

Le processus d'enseignement-apprentissage, dans l'éducation, peut se comprendre comme un art ou comme une science. L'éducation artistique a toujours été basée sur l'imitation et l'improvisation avec une charge émotionnelle très forte.

Le comprendre comme un art, c'est entrer dans le monde magique des mythes, c'est penser aux professionnels avec une vocation solide et puissante, c'est la rébellion dans les salles de classe et le club des poètes tués dans la même session. Il est sans aucun doute très agréable, mais malheureusement il n’est pas real comme processus scientifique.

L'éducation est basée sur l'organisation systématique et cohérente de tous éléments physiques et humains nécessaires pour développer le processus d'enseignement-apprentissage avec une identité prédéterminée et de qualité.

Il suppose qu'une action inhabituelle est l'exception, et considère toujours un pourcentage minimum, elle implique bien sûr, des professionnels qui ont le pouvoir d'exercer leur tâche avec une méthode capable d'atteindre les objectifs fixés antérieurement au moyen de ressources appropriées (contenu, médias ...) et avec un instrument qui valorise le processus.

Promouvoir le mythe qui nous rend plus artistique et de l'artisanat jours a jours, nous fait sans cesse perdre l'autorité morale, de ne pas avoir l'autorité scientifique dans la société en général et, en particulier, les étudiants intellos.

La législation éducative ne peut que maintenir l'autorité légale qui, du point de vue scientifique, ne peut être considérée comme la plus intéressante ni la plus satisfaisante.

En bref, il semble qu’une approche professionnelle fondée sur le de succès, et comme synonyme de science dans le travail scolaire pour la plupart des élevés, laissant entrouvert la porte à l'intuition pour les futures générations.
