After deep reflection and support from different Asgardians friends, I finally decided to address my application as a government candidate. I hope getting your trust and backing to join the Foreign affairs department where I see myself the more effective for Asgardia’s development.

Personal introduction:

I am Nissem Abdeljelil, 31 years old Tunisian women. On an academic level, I’m a scientist with the majority of my researches done on the biological applications of porous particles. On the professional level, I am an entrepreneur and sales coach. My natural sense to easily connect with others started long before the sales career. Since the university, I had a high interest in bringing people together around a common goal.

That’s why I founded in that time the first Tunisian biotechnology students NGO and was the president for four years before democratically resign and leave the opportunity for my colleagues to develop their leadership skills. This adventure was a real occasion for me to practice management and diplomacy, as we were claimers of improving employment and entrepreneurship we had to deal a lot with government institutions and meetings with politicians during a critical period of instability caused by the "Arab uprisings".

I grew up with my two brothers under my father’s special supervision who was a successful engineer with the eyes always turned up to the sky. Since our childhood, he encouraged us to understand the secrets of the universe by making us an astronomy home-library and spending hours on the roof to observe cosmic phenomenon. I still remember how he used to show us Venus rising, rare comets passing through, falling stars, Moon craters, the marvelous edges of the milky way when the night was dark enough, eclipses and satellites crossing quickly over our curious little heads. This early discovery of the immensity and complexity of the Universe had a deep impact in my life and made me always interested in space sciences and discoveries.

This interest grew more every day. Every time I had a second to look to the sky I wondered what the future is hiding up above ? What will happen in the near future ?

Considering the fast evolution of the technology around us, I was sure that very soon the humanity is going to take that huge step of expanding into space and I was hoping to witness such an historical achievement.

My first steps in Asgardia:

I joined Asgardia in December 2017. I was instantly amazed by the idea, it totally fitted with my vision of the future. It was obvious to me that if we were to expand in space, the best way would be under an international leadership or this will create extreme tensions between earth nations.

When Asgardia appeared as a completely new community with a strong human dimension, composed by people from all over the world and built around science it was even better than my expectations! I immediately knew that I couldn’t stay a silent observer. I wanted to be part of the evolution of this great project so I volunteered in the election office to help managing the process and assisting the parliament candidates.

The more I got involved, the more I knew new interesting people. People, who created new projects and opportunities at their turn. Projects I had the chance to get involved in, like :

• - The Asgardian THINK TANK where we focus on finding short term funding solutions to propose for the parliament.
• - The project PHILEO, a Permanent Habitation In Low Earth Orbit plan submitted by the occasion of the MBR space settlement challenge.
• - The proposed guide to operational procedure for the Asgardian parliament.

Now why I’m telling you all of this ?

You already know that most of the actual contact between Asgardians is happening online. And a cold platform with some flat lines is really far from presenting a human being or his vision of the future. I preferred to detail a little bit for anyone who is visiting my blog for the first time.

My vision:

Being a candidate for the Foreign affairs office, it would be pretentious and out of context to speak about a personal program. Our international relations should result from a united team effort and shared values.

However, I do have my own vision and thoughts like:

• -  I'm convinced that the privatization of space industry reactivated the space race in an unprecedented way. This is the perfect time for Asgardia to join the players table as a neutral actor, a peacekeeper, equity defender and space business magnet.
• - Asgardia is a concentrate of skilled peoples ; a cloud of knowledge that should be the lighthouse to all seeking nations and communities. We should not get tired from branding this in all occasions.
• - The extreme heterogeneity of the Asgardian society is a blessed gift from mother Earth, Asgardia’s values are carried in the heart of every Asgardian around the globe and this is the pillar of the bridges we aim to build towards all nations .  I think that every Asgardian should be an ambassador of Asgardia. A managed flow of trained-citizen’s local efforts in marketing the Asgardian dream will result in a faster evolution toward our objectives, in the same time this will develop in our worldwide spread community feelings like pride and belonging .
• - I am a supporter of anticipatory policy and balanced decisions. If you anticipate changes, crisis, you give yourself the time to consider more than a solution when the time comes to decide. To achieve this scientifically , it will be beneficial for us to have a multidisciplinary team of analysts in charge of monitoring global evolution supported by the correspondent technological tools .
• - On a short-term level, we should pick all the occasions to build the largest number of sustainable partnerships with educational institutions, financial companies, space industries, space related NGOs and Medias.

And to conclude, I wanted to remind that the brightness of Asgardia’s reputation is not only the duty of the foreign affairs ministry; the success we can generate as a united, tolerant and intelligent society will be our best argument today in front of Earth nations and tomorrow maybe beyond ...

If we consider the history of fossils as the history of human evolution, we can consider the history of art as the history  of the evolution of human mind, and given that art is born of a ritual, if we say in the language of Freud:  art is self-conscious, and ritual is are the unconscious of man. Art is the beautiful peak of the iceberg and the ritual its hidden domain.

Thousands of years ago, people faced with a fundamental problem. A way that, in spite of the differences, shortcomings, and most of all, the language, and in general everything  that pushes a human group from one another towards social entropy, leads the society to order, unity and harmony. While maintaining diversity and plurality.

Over the years, with the increasing human population and the complexity of human relationships, and advent of shamans, man brought to the magical power of rituals and found a proper and practical answer that, regardless of all the distinct factors, feel one to be and dropped out social masks that were created as a result of more complex relationships and enjoyed the pleasure of being human. The pleasure that, in addition to removing everyday social masks, unites people and brings to the fore of humanity.

The fundamental question initially was the result of thinking about the relationships between human and how to establish a relationship between them, because the more relationships are established, the better mutual understanding is created and the amount of human mistakes, such as wars, is diminished.

Social order and entropy, such as Indian god, Shiva, are two sides of a coin, and complete uniformity, such as the contraction of space and time, ultimately leads to destruction, and the complete entropy has no other consequence.

If we need place social order interact on the one hand, and the need for social entropy and plurality on the other , we will better understand the function of the ritual and the role the shamans. Rites have a balanced function. Consider a scale, a ritual like a scale in which entropy and order are in two pillars. The shaman creates and maintains a balance like an invisible hand by adding a magic solution. Ultimately, art is the same magical solution.

With the advancement of humanity and the more complex human relations on the rites, and hence the shamans, they have also changed and become more complex, but they have never been lost, because a society without ritual is like a group of people who are unable to understand each other and community.

2. Every human society has a strong need for ritual, and it can even be said that any civilization that cannot produce ritual is disrupted by the relations of its citizens. Asgardia in the history of mankind is the first country to form a community, regardless of all appropriate ethnic and national, color, race, religion, etc. at first glance, the first time humans succeed in forming such a country, it is not only prideful, even thinking about it excite people . But sometime later, after falling excitement, we will be faced with a human group that has come together with very different cultures. Therefore it can be predicted that communicating among citizens is one of the biggest problems facing this community.

We need new rituals for this new society. Of course, this time given the experience and the era in which we live, we can consciously create the rites and we do not need to test and error like the ancestors. With the passage of the postmodern age and the advent of the intelligent human world, we no longer have to seek refuge in rhetoric and culture, instead, we need specialists  who able to draw attention to the needs of society. Creates culture and ritual in which members of the community experience pure human pleasure and strong communication.

3. In view of my specialty the theater and the direct relationship with the rituals, in the practical and theoretical way, and also in the light of my studies of rituals and culture, if I succeed, I would like to include a group of researchers, including those specializing in disciplines various related.  Initially, the recognition of the cultural roots of all citizens of Azgardia and in the next stage, the prediction of the concerns of people from different culture who want to leave the earth and form a new society is on the agenda of the research group. The ultimate goal is to investigate the relations between the citizens of Asgardia and to find and create ritual through which citizens can gather together regardless of their social and scientific status, to feel humanity and even experience unconsciously feel the collective power.

We have to work now and include a group of professionals and researchers from all over the world, we create cultural and artistic festivals that serve our goals and invite the ethnicities and countries that have participated in the formation of the Asgardia.to introduce and present their culture, art and their rituals and we also ask the researchers to find the right way to present these things and to create new customs and cultures in the libertarian society.

Transparency and accountability is the way to realize fairness, inclusion and equality, three core values in our space nation. We should stand firm in our strong conviction that we can make a difference by following these three core values. Without the underlying notions of fairness,  justice can never be achieved. Proper administration of justice is fundamental to our society and polity. I, as a citizen of the space nation, will stand firm on these core values and try my best to help realize these values.

I am a certified Water Treatment Operator and a certified WasteWater Treatment Plant Operator in Wisconsin.  I am also 40 hr Hazwopper certified, and I have confined space training.  I have an associates degree from NWTC in Green Bay in Environmental Engineering Air Waste and Water Technology.  I am a young buck, so I don't have a whole lot of field experience, when it comes to engineering, but I am eager to learn.  I have been trading Equities, Forex, Cryptocurrencies, and Futures (not options, I don't like stock options) professionally for a few years.  I joined Online Trading Academy in 2015, and it forever changed my life for the better.  I now can make money off my laptop everyday just trading currencies (forex).  If you vote 4 me, I promise to be a straightforward honest employee of the citizens.  Vote for me or not, just be happy.

We are a species of exploration and at our best when we are pushing beyond boundaries and making new paths to follow. Discovery, Exploration, and Cooperation are the tripod on which we choose, together, to launch into the cosmos. Out there, amoung the stars, we will discover ourselves and our place as a species.

1. Reemplazo del mecanismo de repetición.

La repetición de grado es uno de los factores que tiene una relación negativa de mayor magnitud con el rendimiento porque trae consigo problemas de estigmatización, motivación y ambiente de trabajo que dificulta el desempeño de los estudiantes. Es indispensable buscar fórmulas preventivas para evitar el rezago y dejar la repetición como último recurso en situaciones excepcionales.

2. Expansión de la educación preescolar para niños y niñas entre 4 y 6 años.

Es imprescindible priorizar la ampliación de la cobertura de este nivel educativo a la población más vulnerable, dado que este grupo tiene más dificultades de acceso a este nivel de enseñanza. Sin embargo, la evidencia internacional ha alertado que el aumento en este nivel no es suficiente si no asegura una educación de calidad, particularmente en cuanto a los espacios, los materiales, el cuidado y las interacciones sociales que promuevan el desarrollo infantil.

3. Diseñar y probar programas de apoyo académico en disciplinas específicas para estudiantes rezagados.

Éstos deben ser evaluados “rigurosamente, de forma tal que se transformen en herramientas basada en evidencia y su eficacia sea conocida”. Las escuelas deben tener dispositivos de detección temprana de los desafíos de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, para poner en marcha una intervención de apoyo oportuna y no necesariamente a final de año.

4. Políticas y prácticas para la equidad en el aprendizaje entre niños y niñas.

Los resultados del TERCE muestran las disparidades de aprendizaje entre los estudiantes. Las niñas tienen mejor desempeño en lectura y menores logros en matemática y ciencias naturales. Para cerrar estas brechas se requieren políticas educativas explícitas que apunten a equiparar las oportunidades de aprendizaje. Resulta indispensable que los Estados definan abiertamente que estas disparidades son un problema de política pública que atañe al sector educacional y al trabajo de escuelas y docentes. Es necesaria una cuidadosa revisión del currículum, de los textos y materiales educativos para que explícitamente se aborde la equidad de género

5. Políticas y prácticas que permitan la paridad de aprendizaje entre estudiantes indígenas y no indígenas.

Se recomienda fortalecer la educación para los pueblos originarios desde el respeto a su cultura y sus lenguas en menos tres ámbitos: reforzar la capacidad de los docentes para la inclusión de los niños indígenas en los procesos educativos; desarrollar métodos de enseñanza y evaluación, que consideren las características culturales de la población original y fortalecer el diseño curricular y desarrollar materiales educativos que fomenten la interculturalidad y que estén a disposición de todas las escuelas.

6. Medidas para paliar la asociación de las desigualdades socioeconómicas en el logro académico.

Existe una fuerte asociación entre el nivel socioeconómico de los estudiantes y las escuelas con el desempeño, por ello, es necesario el desarrollo de las políticas sociales intersectoriales (salud, alimentación, vivienda, trabajo) para mitigar la relación de dichas variables con el logro académico. Es indispensable que los docentes y los centros educativos tengan las herramientas y estrategias pedagógicas, así como las condiciones materiales, para promover el desarrollo de los niños. Se requieren programas de apoyo para las escuelas, con acompañamiento y evaluación rigurosa, que permitan su adaptación continua hasta conseguir los resultados deseados.
